Hired Perfection 7/3/24 after Matt came out, viewed the lawn, commented it was in "really good condition" and was sent the agreement for fertilizer/pest control for lawn, trees & shrubs. They came out for the 1st application of all ($345) within a week. Later in July I noticed some brown spots appearing on my otherwise perfect lawn. Called and they sent someone out who said you have chinch bugs. He sprayed (another $115 charge) and came back a week later for the same but by then it was too late. I've since spent more $s on white sand to try and encourage growth on the bare spots which has since washed away from the last storms. Matt would not return my phone call to discuss, so we cancelled their service.
Perfect Lawn did such a great job with my yard. I’ve been doing most of the work on my own for years, but the prices were unbeatable and the results made me even happier!
Best blooms ever!!!! When perfection takes care of your ornamentals you will have the best flowers the biggest blooms they are just amazing they made a difference in my Landscaping night and day I couldn't be happier🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺
Love this company! Have had them for years. Brad is super. Always helpful when I have a grass problem. Gets me fixed up right away. Can’t say enough good things. PS this photo was taken in June 2023 after Brad helped with our relandscaping after Hurricane Ian!
I am so happy to have found this Company!!! Perfection Lawn is the best lawn and shrub care service we have ever had in Florida. Do not go to those larger Corporations, I've used many over the years and they do not provide the level of care and service that Perfection Lawn does. Their treatments and specialized service leave our entire yard worry free. They are super responsive and pleasant to work with and always on top of things. This is a Great Company, give them a try!
I couldn’t have asked for a better lawn care service. The expertises and professionalism went far beyond my expectations. When my wife and I first moved in to our new home, our grass was looking pretty rough. But with Perfection Lawn and Pest Control to the rescue, I couldn’t be more happier. I tell all my friends who are having difficulties with their grass, to please contact this company.
Supposed to treat my lawn every two months. Each time they come later and later. Out of an anticipated Schedule on the 4th of the month. They serviced on the 8th of the month. Not a problem. Now two months later I called on the 12th, left a voice mail. Called again on the 16th. Debbie said that she called me which was not true. After voicing my concerns she said that my expectations were to high. That there is NO GUARANTEE OF A TIME SCHEDULE. And this is after I paid them. $200.00. I asked for a refund since I cannot rely on them and all she did was argue with me. Debbie said I'm expecting to much from them. Needless to day I am looking for a more reliable company. The pictures attached are weeds and hitchhikers that are taking over my lawn and a picture of them on my socks as I walked through my lawn to take the pictures. Yeah I guess my expectations of a weed free lawn are way to high.
When we started 2 years ago, the lawn looks great. Now, we have dead plants that no one has addressed and weeds throughout our lawn. I agree with the review below that there has been more time in between treatments where we have had to call.

Weve only had our initial and follow-up treatments, but the results have been spectacular. The florida snow weed that was overwhelming my grass and a host of other weeds are almost completely eradicated. The lawn is greener than it has ever been this time of year and new St. Augustine growth is taking off over the areas left void after the weeds died. Recommended by my dad, I made the call upon seeing his yard is now virtually free of dollar weed, which he has waged a battle with for 30yrs!! Florida is Florida, and weeds are persistent. However, Perfection has the right cocktail to correct YEARS of neglect or bad service from other companies
I ve known Matt the owner for years now and used his services in lawn care, and pest control and have never been let down. His guys always have done a great job. I would encourage anyone wanting a better looking lawn to give them a call. Remember a phone call and information is always free.

I have had this company for about 2 years! My complaint is that they raised their service price & didn t notify me! I refused to pay the the new amount because I was not notified & I could refuse the price increase. It s not the money, it the principle. They can t raise their prices without notifying me first! They refuse to acknowledge this so I will find a company that will be more honest with me about their service. That s not a way to run a Professional business!

I have lived in the fort myers area at several different properties, all of which I have had perfection provide service at both for indoor and out. These guys are top notch. Always have neighbors asking who does my lawn. The staff in the office is a pleasure to deal with and the technicians are thorough and knowledgeable. You cant go wrong with these guys. Local, family owned and provide a much more personable service than the nationwide companies.

Travis, our service tech, is great! He is knowledgeable and fast to assist/treat when I have a problem in and around my home.
Travis was not only nice but was able to eradicate our German cockroach issue in such a quick time frame without disrupting our family or dog. Definitely 5 star service.

Travis is my guy! Perfection has done an amazing job for us. I haven t seen a bug since I called them. When I moved into my house I had ants, with in a week he had them gone. In Florida bugs come in the front door literally. I found 1 roach Travis came out that day a sprayed for me. Haven t seen one since. Great service with great prices. Thank you.
Travis, our Pest Control Serviceman, has always been very responsive to questions and concerns. He is a good listener and problem solver who gives excellent service with attencion to detail at our property in Heritage Cove, Fort Myers.
Ive used Perfection Pest Control for several years, both at our homes and businesses. Perfections technician, Travis had kept our hose and business bug-free. We recently moved to a new home and hires Perfection. We had a problem with a bug called a bagworm. We told Travis about it, he said there wasnt a treatment prescribed but he would try to find a solution. And he did. The bagworms are gone. These people are professional, friendly and effective and I would recommend them to anyone. he do a great job with our lawn as well.

We have been using Perfection Lawn for over a year now. They treat our lawn, spray for bugs and do spider mitigation in our lanai. For years Ive tried to do this myself with limited effectiveness. The spider mitigation is my favorite as the webs just dont come back.
Not happy...sorry... when common areas grass in my complex look better than my lawn....somethings wrong.... after 1 and a half years of service....NG... moving on.... good luck
We have used Perfection Lawn and Pest Control for 9 years and the previous owner used them for a number of years. Our lawn has had excellent care. They are so knowledgeable and professional. Other lawn companies have told us our lawn is in excellent condition and have asked who we use. On occasion they have suggested that we water more or less depending upon what may be going on at the time such as fungus. They treat it at no extra charge and monitor the situation. We could not be happier and our lawn shows it. Thank you Perfection.
Have been using Perfection Lawn and Pest Control at our house on Sanibel Island since 2002, and have complete satisfaction with the quality and professional care they provide. We have never had anything but 100% confidence that the lawn and plant care was correct and necessary.
While we were out of town for an extended period of time, we entrusted our lawn for fertilizer, weed and pest control. This resulted in half of the lawn being lost to cinch bugs. There was no mention of any pests on the invoices and no treatment was done for pests, no attempts were made to contact us via email or phone that our lawn was looking worse and worse each time they came to do a treatment.. We have had to re-sod on-half of our lawn due to this dereliction of services. When contacted, the company blamed the problems on lack of water management and took no responsibility for the lack of pest control. We do not recommend this company.
