Had them and watched the guy get out of his truck. Pulled out the truck hose and only sprayed about 1 minute on part of front lawn. Got back in his truck and left. Paid $650 for a full service for 6 months. This service was next to the last one. After watching what this clown did, I will NEVER go with Tru Green ever again! A DAMN RIP OFF!

My previous service provider sold out to Trugreen. Since I had already paid for a year service, I kept Trugreen on which was a big mistake! Unfortunately, I spent a lot of money for TruGreen to ruin my lawn. There is a marked difference between the old company and TruGreen. I called them to let them know my lawn and shrubs look awful and they didn t do anything about it. Canceled them and found someone new who is taking much better care of my lawn. Slowly things are looking much better! Wish I had before and after pics, but I don t.

I am a fairly new customer with TruGreen, have only used there service a few times as my lawn only requires 2 treatments a year for weeds in Fall and Spring, I recently paid approx $90 for the fall treatment, when I schedule the service they always say allow 2 weeks for the weeds to die and if they dont to call, my weeds did not die and when I called them I was told they would not re-treat my lawn, so I paid for the service for nothing, like throwing money out the window. REVIEW UPDATE: Trugreen was fast to respond to my issue, and issued me a refund for the $90, the customer service was good and they turned a bad situation around by giving me a refund

Adrian F, is in a league of his own and is responsible, respectful and has always performed the services that we pay for without cutting corners. Adrian, is only constant lawn applicator that is 100% consistent. I have requested that Adrian F, would be the only person servicing our account and my neighbors also feel the same way about Adrian F.

Live in Naples and have a very large piece of property (2.5 acres). Hired these guys to kill weeds and truthfully was frustrated in the length of time it took to make an impact. However now after probably 8 months they have made real impact. There is very little dollar weed left and they made real headway against the broad weeds and I will they will eradicate all of the weeds. My lawn is mostly good grass now. So great job TruGreen. Great job Gregory.

Overall, I would recommend this company to do lawn maintenance regarding control of most weeds and most insects. Cost is reasonable and their re-service program if their treatment doesnt seem to be working is free! The cost of the treatment chemicals is less than I can get myself, if those chemicals were even available to me as a consumer. Cons: Not usually the same technician for each treatment Some weeds like crabgrass are not covered Usually no follow-up for their treatment unless a re-service call is made

Paid in advance for 9 services and assumed that I was done with my contract when the 9 services were provided. TruGreen decided that wasnt the end and kept charging my credit card for monthly services. I never authorized these payments or these services. TruGreen simply took advantage of my CC being on file, as Im sure they do with thousands of customers. Frankly, I saw 0 improvement in my lawn after the 9 services. My landscaper told me that due to the nature of my lawn, TruGreen wasnt even applying weed killer, only fertilizer. This is not something that was relayed to me by the TruGreen team because they wanted a sale. Dont be fooled by the guarantee they offer. Avoid this company, go local.

Only had Trugreen out once and the tech Adrian couldnt find our house. GPS problem. He Didnt give up. He text and called. I sent our address via Google Maps. He was an hour late but he came and sprayed our yard. Second treatment Dillion never showed. No text no nothing. Next day Mgr Richard came to our house with no problem. Inspected our yard told us what we could do. Very informative, very professional. Hopefully next service the tech can find us !

Our first lawn service visit at our new home. The technician explained exactly what was happening with our lawn, how it s going to be treated, and the results we are striving for. I feel confident he is knowledgeable on the subject and has our best interest at heart. Of course, time will tell; however, I had TruGreen in Punta Gorda for many years and I was always happy with the results.

I had a few issues with Trugreen including after having numerous applications I still had weeds and dead grass. I spoke to Luis, a supervisor for Trugreen, he made changes to my chemical applications and so far has addressed my concerns. Luis, in my opinion is an asset to Truegreen. Thank you Luis.

Ive had nothing but problems with Trugreen and what they are supposed to fertilize and spray and what not to and Ive lost a few agaves due to fertilizing them but Malike knew exactly what he was doing and what not to fertilize, as Ive always have to go out and talk to the techs to tell them how to do everything and it seems like only a small few know what there doing and Malike was definitely one of them he told me what was and wasnt supposed to be done and I appreciate that more than anything, now just hoping I dont lose one of my palm trees they have been trying to save but looks like its gonna die

Jason did a great job with the fire ant control treatment today. Weve had ongoing problems with them and for the first time, we seem to be fire ant mound free. And TruGreen fire ant control was less than half the price of our pest control service.

I am fairly new to TruGreen on my third ever visit the tech never even performed the service just stuck a sign in my yard and was on his merry way caught this on my cameras, I contacted TruGreen they said another specialist out who actually showed concern and spent some time there performing the service which is what I would expect problem I m having now is a talk to each tech when they come and tell them about problems with weeds but whatever solution they use does not take care of the weed problem they seem to multiply every month more and more and my last application gave me brown spots through my freshly new sodded yard very disappointed I m going to give them one more opportunity and then unfortunately I will probably have to leave this company

I contacted TruGreen of Fort Myers Florida to help in the restoration and The Greening of my lawn. The process was a waste of time, and expensive. TruGreen informed me that most of my lawn was weeds. TruGreen made an application of some mixture and did kill all the weeds. That was 7 months ago. Now I have NOTHING green in my lawn. TruGreen does not offer reseeding! TruGreen offered no solution to help restore my grass/lawn. Im trying to include a picture.

We just signed back up with Tru Green after using them for about 20 years. We re on our 4th treatment and this is THE FIRST time a tech actually rang our doorbell prior to the application. Kind of disappointing to be honest. The previous techs were here and gone in as little as 6 minutes, which seems like a rush job. The gentleman today were much better. Also it would be nice to have the same tech every time in order to build a relationship to better care fir our lawn. We have had a different tech EVERY application.

I met trugreen specialist Devarial Dilard last year, since then he has consistently provide me with a thorough and meticulousness weed and fertilizer applications, a big difference from the precious specialist. Since Devarial took over my property here at Westminster, it is significantly a healthier looking lawn and has improved customer service for Trugreen.

Trugreen has been a great company to work with. All of their staff has been friendly and knowledgeable. We are receiving their basic lawn care service, lawn aeration and fire ant control treatment. Our lawn has never looked better. We are still having fire ant problems, but where we live its very hard to control them to begin with. Our fire ant problem though has gone down significantly from where it once was since they started treatment.

I started service a year ago.. the sales rep told me that the service would greatly improve my lawn.. nonsense.. it has done nothing. The worst part is that I received telemarketing calls every month from sales trying to sell me shrub service.. every month I had to tell them not to call me again. They still call. My lawn looks worse.. weeds throughout. I want my money back guarantee.
