Left tire tracks in my yard. They may as well have done donuts at the edge of my drive. And when I confronted the driver he just laughed and pretended not to see me. I called the company and some “new manager” took the call and had zero experience or knowledge or so it seemed on lawn maintenance….And before the owner says…”we don’t have you as a customer” I have a home watch who is signed up for me. I was just so distraught at the unprofessionalism…I’m the HOA president and will be making sure that our community pulls their contract. Unbelievable and unacceptable! AVOID!
Terrible service!!! They let our grass grow knee deep! The last two holiday weekends they let our grass grow so tall that it was embarrassing to have company over! They win the prize for being the worst lawn service in town!
Newell lawn care came on to my property without my permission and destroyed my Bougainvillea. I then called the owner she said she'd look into it and never heard back. They don't deserve 1 star.
If you like your hibiscus, they'll lop the buds off. If you like your umbrella plants, they'll take to the ground. Don't even think they'll leave your happily growing Boston ferns alone.
Employees left trash all over my lawn, including chicken bones. When I asked them to clean it up they were disrespectful. I’ve asked multiple times to please respect my home and they refuse.
I purchased my home in January 2023 and Newell Lawn Care has been maintaining my property. The team of Newell Lawn Care is hands down a great team that does a fantastic job. I had the opportunity to watch them work today and they worked non-stop and did a superb job. My lawn always looks great. If you are looking for a service that is top notch and very reasonable then give Newell Lawn Care a call. You can rest assured they will take care of you.
We are a luxury condo community in Fort Myers and hired Newell to restore our grounds and irrigation following Hurricane Ian's total wipeout. Newell has been incredibly responsive and dependable. Problem solving has been a breeze. Our project manager, Adam, has been on the ground nearly everyday and designed plantings that exceeded what we have had in the past. We have since hired them to do all our property maintenance. Top notch company.

So, our neighborhood has large trees and the home owners around here struggle year around with leaves. To have a business come with their crew and just blow leaves in adjacent property is unfair and not the right thing to do. Would not recommend this company.

I signed up for service two month ago and I was very disappointed and dissatisfied since day 1. Debra is very sweet but the lawn mowing services was mediocre and unprofessional. They did not mowed the lawn when they said the did, bushes were not cut and I had to complain multiple times for this issue to be fixed. They stated the lawn professionals will come out once a week and in winter twice a week and it looked like they came once a month. They will always change the date and time and it was never consistent. I sent Debra pictures of how the grass didnt look cut and the weed beds were not cleaned which She sent her guys again to redo the service but the quality was not good for the price we paid. We definitely overpaid for this mediocre service. Do not use them!

I dont know what has happened but may be Newell needs to follow up after their cuts to see what has been going on. We have used them for years, at one point i would give them 10 stars. Now, I cant even get someone to clean or cut the yard at a 0.5 star rating! The front of my property looks horrid, they dont cut the yard to the property line, no raking, no leaf blowing to clean the extra leaves just no care. They blamed it on the package we chose. Saying it doesnt include this and that.............leaf blowing? Cleaning? Cutting weeds?

Ive never thought a company would treat a new customer this way in my life. Always had to call to make sure they were coming that day , and they never showed up. Highly dissapointed. Clearly I found a new company when I asked for my money back i had to call again and they forgot to pay. Clearly I was unimportant to the company ...i wish I could give no stars but I have to, to post.

We had a different lawn service for three years. Newell updated our landscaping and we were so impressed that we kept them on as our regular service. They not only cut the lawn, edge and blow, they take care of our bushes, weed and make our lawn look amazing. Highly recommended.
Newell Lawn Care & Property Maintenance is a company that goes above and beyond for its Clients. Not only will they maintain your Lawn/Landscaping- if you are in a pinch & need to remove bulk trash they will pick it up. They are a full service company in every sense of the word. The customer service is incomparable to any other in the business. The customer service does not end with your Landscaping needs; I have had the entire Newell staff come out to resident events with drinks/food/entertainment basically anything needed. Theyve joined me in charity events as well. Just a few weeks back i had an emergency with a tree down, just one phone call to Josue & within 15 minutes i had a 3 man crew that included Josue to remove the limb in what seemed like seconds... Newell Lawn Care and Property Maintenance will forever have my business & referral!
Just recently hired this company to take care of my lawn service and i can honestly say that they have done a superb job. They even did an inital clean up at my property since my lawn was so over grown. I can honestly say that im one happy client. The customer service is top notch and very friendly. I will recommend anyone in need of lawn care service to give them a call and dont look else where.
