When I contacted this company it was agreed that they would have to mow the back with small mower since you can’t get in fence and he would have to charge me more. They didn’t show up every week and only except for two times mow the back in over a month. Then would come mow the front and leave the back, why I have no idea. But they managed to charge me for the whole month ahead. Poor service and not a good job!
We just started with Green Leaf and their crew was impressive from day 1. They arrived and got right to our project. They were efficient and professional. Highly recommend this team!
We are very pleased with the work that Green Leaf had done for us so far! In addition to regular weekly lawn maintenance, they have removed the "volunteer" trees that were mixed in with our landscaping. We have more projects planned that we look forward to Green Leaf completing for us! 5 Stars!
We have been so disappointed with this company especially over the last few months. Service has been careless to the point of now distorying our lawn. The lawn is mowed in a 5-7 minute period with large industrial mowers that are not meant for residential lawns. The sharp turns with these vehicles have repeatedly caused our grass to be destroyed and muddy as a result. Terrible communication and absolute negligence as far as customer service goes. Despite our many efforts at attempting to have the company fix the destruction which has now led to an HOA violation, they have merely dumped sand over the patches. We gave this company a chance to recover but they failed. They continue to make the same mistakes in an effort to get the job done quickly. Absolutely no attention to detail with this service. I would not recommend!!!!! Neither would our neighbors who have witnesssed this.

UPDATE (May 2024): DO NOT USE. After a month of updating our service record to not trim our hedges, we had a crew out today with an employee who got IN MY FACE about stopping him after butchering half the first hedge. Multiple times this man tried to GOAD ME INTO FIGHTING HIM I mean really, this is who were hiring?? Green Leaf DOES NOT CARE, does not listen, and has employees that will ruin up your yard and want to fight you about it. YMMV. And look at all reviews from 2023. These guys are a mess now, too big for their britches, imo. Ive had nothing but trouble with getting consistency from this company for the last year. Management pays lip service but does a rush job when they mess up, if they even do anything in the first place. Ive given up planting anything, because the crew chops everything down. As well, I understand their winter schedule begins in October, but in the last two months theyve done my lawn a total of 3 times, and now fall onto the non-answer excuse of Yeah, were in our winter schedule now. Luckily I dont live in Cape Coral, otherwise I know who Id be sending my civil fines to for having an overgrown lawn. These idiots tried to force a r byiding mower into my backyard gate and ended up breaking one of the doors. Didnt even know until my neighbor came and let me know my gate was on the ground. So many emails have been sent, and Ive given them chance after chance to make things right, and they cant even refund me right.

We had Green Leaf lawn care for years when we owned our house in Florida. They were a reliable lawn and landscape company. If we ever had any issues or problems they would address them accordingly.
Reliable, Great communication with office and staff, friendly, do awesome work and have many contracts in my neighborhood. They actually went to the nursery for me and picked out my plants for me and sent my photo shots of them and I got to pick the ones I wanted. Now thats SERVICE!!!!! Darby is a pleasure to work with and she is the quarterback of the team!

I am sorry to report that the lawn service has been unprofessional repeatedly. Not only did their employees strip our mango tree of all the mangos on it but they damage my fence with their equipment and my solar lights. Waiting to see how their going to compensate for the repairs needed to my new fence.

Its currently 9/8/2022. I have been using Green Leaf lawn maintenance since around 2019 for a preschool with 0.25 acre of lawn and a farm with 2.7 acres of lawn. They have done a great job for both properties. Pricing is reasonable.
I reached out to GL last night at 10:30 and quickly got a response and scheduled for this morning. I was desperate to get my elderly grandparents help cleaning up their property knowing they could not do it and I could a limited amount. Rachel was so wonderful as she walked the property with me. The crew was so amazing and hard-working! Any time I had a question or concern it was quickly greeted with a smile and we will do whatever makes you happy . A lot of our community is heavily burdened right now and they helped take some of that off my heart by helping me, help my grandparents.

I have been with this company for over two years now and I am very disappointing and I am canceling my service. I have paid for lawn service and landscaping and they never touch my hedges, trees, or weeds. I have looked at what my yard looked like before them and it looked so much better before they touched my yard. Do not use them unless you want them to damage your lawn and property.

I got quotes from a couple landscape services, and I have to say that I am very thankful that I went with Linzay and Green Leaf. We had very honest conversation about installation and expectations and not only did he and the team delivered.. I kept adding on to the project! I would recommend them to anyone and you will not be disappointed in the execution and delivery.. They will be taking care of my tropical paradise for now on!

Green Leaf is my favorite lawn care company in fort myers. I have tried several other companies before, and Green leaf by far has given me the best service for the price. They are always reliable and do a great job with the tricky parts of trimming edges my lawn requires. Im pretty OCD and If I like them, they have to be pretty great. My choice for sure.
