I am the president of an HOA. We have recently started working with Estate Landscaping. I along with EVERYONE in the community could not be happier with them. Their attention to detail, professionalism is by far outstanding. Justin Lucas, Freddy, Richard and the entire crew of friendly professional and willing to go above and beyond. If you are considering hiring a landscaping company I would highly recommend Estate.
Unfortunately the rating system does not allow for ZERO stars, otherwise Estate would have been graded accordingly. When awarded the contract in our community, they were not well received, because of the higher cost for service. Supposedly they brought more expertise, which would in time save us all money in repair and/or replacement. I was willing to be patient, but instead became a victim of their superior knowledge. They claimed our hibiscus plants needed to be routinely hard pruned, to remain healthy and stimulate growth. After several weeks, five of my hearty blooms were dormant. I asked for immediate consultation and their representative took no responsibility for the current condition. When asked if they will replace, if now dead he said only what Estate plants. Being a phase one resident in Watermark (Fort Myers) I enjoyed 7 years of colorful, healthy and beautiful flowering shrubs. This is NOT coincidence and expecting the homeowner to shoulder the expense does not demonstrate sound business sense, or any attempt at good will. They will definitely cite company policy, when it is convenient and puts their customer at a disadvantage. I can only hope this review will discourage others, from considering their hidden agenda, to charge more and do less.
We use Estate Landscaping at our community and have been working directly with Mike Mendino on a number of projects. Mike has been very responsive, great to communicate with, is very professional and gets things done. Estate Landscape is fortunate to have such an asset on their team.
I have been having the pleasure to work with Don Benham for the last couple years . Don is knowledgeable and always willing to assist the residents of Bella Terra with their landscaping needs . He also takes the time to share his knowledge with our office staff so they can better explain the landscape and irrigation process to the residents. We have learned so much from him .He has fabulous lawn improvement ideas and is a definite joy to work with. I would highly recommend Don for design, install, and lawn maintenance to those who are particular and want outstanding service and improvement to their property . Best,
Even though our community (Villas III in Bella Terra) has only had Estate Landscaping as our vendor since January, there is a distinct visual difference for the better with our grass. Don B, the supervisor, is knowledgeable and to the point when approached during his rounds. My wife and I can't even imagine how our property will look during and after the rainy season. Kuddos to the entire team!
Our board switched landscaping providers in January 2023 to Estate Landscaping. In the short time that they have been in charge, we've seen dramatic improvements in the entire community. I attribute this primarily to our Community Manager, Don Denham! He's knowledgeable, accessible, and he gets things done. I'm on the board and make decisions on landscaping expenditures but know very little about landscaping. Don has the ability to explain issues in terms that I can understand so as to make informed decisions for our community. Thank you, Estate but more importantly, thank you, Don!
Estate is a class act when it comes to large property management. I have worked with this company for years, and we never have to worry about the crew, the quality or the timeliness - the works just gets done. The on-site Manager, Don is great to work with, knowledgeable, hard working, and easy to communicate with. Our community is as beautiful as it is because of Don and Estate.
Living in the Bella Terra Community, I have dealt with a few landscaping and irrigation vendors over the past six years. By far, Don Benham, our current property manager for both our master and my sub-association, is more attentive and knowledgeable in the field than compared to the others. Dealing with Don as a resident and as the chair of the BT Landscape Committee, I appreciate his straightforwardness, attention to detail (both in the field and when reporting out), and most notable, the pride he shares in conquering any job. No matter how minor or major a concern may be, Don will do his best to see a job through so that a ticket is closed in a timely manner and the homeowner is pleased. Even though Estate has been tending to our landscape for only a little over four months in our sub-association, it has never looked so healthy or colorful. Being a teacher, the added bonus of "working" with Don is that I can be sure that on any given day, I will learn something new. The day Don retires is the day that I resign from my volunteer position.

Our community, Cedarbend, is now under the care of this company and I cannot overstate the disappointment of my family and several of our neighbors. During todays visit, they cut through mature and established foliage with total disregard. They are no suitable outfit if they cannot discern a juvenile mango tree in a planter area from a weed in the grass. My wife spent two years growing that tree in a space designated for planting. Imagine our disgust and rage to find it was summarily chopped down along with a shocking number of other healthy and mature plants in normal planter areas. I approached the work truck and informed them of what they had done. The employee blank-facedly asked which unit. As if it mattered! He offered no apology or response. I told him he was a butcher and not a landscaper. Our neighbors had to shout these landscapers out from their own property because they encroached on their healthy plants, which were also in normal planting areas. I am absolutely beside myself at the ridiculously poor attention to any detail. This companys crew can be expected to do nothing less than clear cut mature native plants and leave your property an absolute mess. If you have this experience, I suppose dont bother complaining as they will just stare at you blankly. To the owner operator - we will be joining our neighbors in requesting your do not continue servicing our normally beautiful community. I dont think we appreciate all of the water bottles and waste left behind, either. Your employees are making a mockery of your reputation and made no effort to represent your business professionally or with care.

Switched to Estate Landscaping about a year ago and saw a definite improvement in how our lawn, plants and trees looked. Don Benham made this happen. Very impressed with his horticulture knowledge and putting his ideas into practice. He has been able to help with irrigation problems as well as replacing plants with proper Sun placement and anti-deer destruction. He talks in language I understand and has been very responsive to our requests.

I served as chair of the Bella Terra Single Family Landscape Committee and a major committee responsibility was to monitor our landscape contract with Estate monthly to insure all contract deliverables were met. I found Estate to be very responsive to the needs of our community and always meeting the contract deliverables. Whenever issues arose, they always worked to resolve them to our satisfaction. Based on these reasons I would highly recommend doing business with Estate.

Naples Lakes started to use Estate Landscaping a couple of years ago. Since we started, we have seen a steady improvement in the appearance of our community. It is in no small way because of the hard work of staff under the supervision of Nick, who is always responsive to requests and strives to continue to make improvements.

Could you please have your crew not leave water bottles all over all the time. Every time they come to my community I have to pick up at least seven water bottles Its getting excessive especially when there are garbage cans and recycling bins all around the community. Its a really bad look and it also makes our community look gross and is bad for the environment
450 p.m. eastbound Santa Barbara and Palm Beach going im driving speed limit 55 mph one of their drivers pulls out in front of me turning right running a red light then instead of an apology yells at me to Be A Man About It. That is a terrible image and an awful driver and a work truck he should be terminated for those intentional and non remorseful actions

Your drivers shouldnt run red lights. Take thus time to remind them your name and phone number are on the side of their trucks... if you cant follow something as simple as red means stop.. how could you take care of my property?
Very poor service from this company. Their representatives are not responsive, and they are extremely disrespectful. I have called and emailed Robert Green multiple times over the past few months to get my work order completed with no response whatsoever from him. We are being completely ignored (and this is unrelated to Ian as this work order was submitted way before). Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend this company.

Theyve done projects large and small for commercial and residential applications, all of which have been extremely impressive. Their maintenance crews are able to handle any need including the irrigation, fertilization, and proper pruning that is essential to a beautiful landscape design. Estate Landscaping beautifully redid our landscaping in the front and back of our house. They helped us create a design that fit our style and environment while also enabling us to replant some of our existing plants. Nick handled our project. He was very professional and responsive.

I m part of approx 196 homes in gated community. My HOA President (who signs checks) & myself emailed Manager with numerous issues. No response even after a month. Manger claims he stopped at my residence stated no one home. He has email & photos of all issues. Staff works hard on grounds. They aren t told of issues. After a month nothing has been corrected. Same issue for years with this company. Think twice with them.

Excellent staff and very qualified
My HOA contracts with this company to maintain the lawns inside our community, and its lucky I dont pay these guys directly to mow our lawns as they would be fired immediately. The day after bringing home our new car, which was parked on our driveway, the workers from this company were trimming the bushes in our garden using some fairly large equipment. While they were cutting the bushes my wife was on the driveway and saw one of the workers walk past the vehicle with their equipment and squeezed past a gap which was around 8 between the vehicle and the mulched area. After he left my wife went to look at the vehicle and noticed a long scratch on the rear wheel fender which was definitely not their the evening before when we walked around the car with the salesman. Of course the workers denied scratching the car, but since the car had not moved from the night before when we brought the car home we knew it had to be them. I then called the car salesman to double confirm that this new scratch wasnt on there at the point of sale - which he confirmed. To cut a long story short, after numerous phone calls and chasing to get some kind of response, Estate Landscaping have denied responsibility and have said they will not be covering the cost of damage. Now the amount of the damage is only $240 to repair, but to me its a principle, and since I didnt hire them, I dont feel it should now come out of my pocket to cover this loss. So the bottom line is hire these guys at your own risk, because if their workers cause any damage dont expect them to take any kind of responsibility unless you have video or photographs to back up your claim.
