With Timely Communication and updates and the professionalism of their team who actually did the work it was highly commendable and I would say, it is the reason why I am a repeat customer! Hard to find reliable and friendly professionals for the Lawn Related work I needed. The guys showed up well before time and even started their work and took suggestions from me on the specifics of the work required! They also gave their expert opinion on some of the work I was requesting and they made sure that the work was of quality and also made sense. Cleanup and level area after 7 large pine trees cut down and stumps ground. Replant lawn. Restore mulch bed. The crew was prompt, had the right equipment and worked well together. Nicely done.

Few guys in this company don t edge both sides of the fence. They leave the grass on the other side uncut and refuse to trim even after humble requests. Poor experience!
Oh myyyy! Outstanding! This company does care! They took an already excellent job on my lawn ~ bagging, trimming, edging...and kicked it up a notch by also blowing grass and dust off my neighbors porch and furniture. I am so impressed with their attention to detail. They always go above and beyond. Amazing service!!! Highly recommend!

The Lawncare team removed trees and shrubs from our front/side so we could refresh 20-year old landscaping. Having clean, neat beds is a game changer in helping us decide what they ll put in next. And thanks for trimming off the suckers from the remaining myrtles
The team did an amazing job. They were knocked on the door upon arrival, walked through and explained the work they would be completing, asked if we hhad any questions, and finished up by knocking on the door again to make sure we were satisfied. The equipment and uniforms were clean and clearly marked and noticeable safety measures taken throughout the entire job. Way to go R & B Lawn Care! Donald came to our home to troubleshoot an issue we were having with our Rain Bird system. He fixed the problem and went above & beyond. And he taught me how to use the system!
Donald was simply fantastic! He wasn t even supposed to fix my irrigation system in my backyard but he did it anyway it took three hours and it was done perfectly. Donald was very professional and knowledgeable and very very trustworthy. This company has a serious commitment to its customers I would recommend them to anybody without hesitation.
R&B Lawn Services were not what they represented themselves to be. They gave estimate for seeding, aeration, and placing 50lbs. of lime on the lawn then gave detailed directions that needed to be completed prior to their arrival. They arrived several days early with only a message (on phone-landline that was not received) that they were coming (so detailed directions had not been followed, yet) then after the service left message on phone that they were at the door for the check. My mother was not home all day so we never received messages until after their service. We were not aware anything had been done until the next day a neighbor told us. It seems they forgot to lay the 50 lbs. of lime and did an incomplete job. When called and questioned about why they arrived early without our approval we were spoken to unprofessionally by the receptionist. Later we were able to speak to manager/owner to solve and we were told if the bill was not paid they would put a lien on my mothers house. We cancelled any further services and paid an amount agreed upon. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
