I Strongly Advise Against Using Native Pest Management My recent experience with Native Pest Management has been extremely disappointing. While their team is polite and well-meaning, they consistently fail to deliver on their promises and do not honor their commitments. I initially chose their services after my previous provider doubled their price per visit. At the time, I handed Native Pest Management a lush, green yard in excellent condition. However, shortly after their treatments began, I noticed a decline in the lawns color and an increase in weeds. I worked with their manager, Peter, to address the issues and restore my yard to its previous healthy state. Despite his polite demeanor and assurances, the promised results never materialized. The situation showed a glimmer of hope when I started working with Melissa, who is undoubtedly their best technician. I specifically requested and they agreed to have Melissa handle my lawn exclusively. However, this commitment was quickly broken. On the day of service, someone else showed up. When I called to remind them of their promise, I was told Melissa was being promoted, which was why she couldnt make it. However, during the next service visit, I congratulated Melissa on her promotion, only for her to express confusion. She was not promoted, and it became clear that the call center had fabricated this story as an excuse for her absence. This pattern of dishonesty and lack of follow-through is unacceptable. While the staff is friendly and says the right things, their actions fall woefully short. For anyone considering Native Pest Management, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. My experience suggests that they simply cannot deliver on their promises.

We walked the perimeter of the home and I pointed out a few minor issues. She sprayed the areas of concern(ants primarily). Noted a couple other issues and corrected those. Checked the 4 rat boxes and noted activity in 2 of them and reinforced with material. Very good experience.

And the few times I ve had problems or an influx of bugs, they always come right away and take care of any issue. No drama, no if s or but s, no frills, they just do their due diligence and do it well. Probably the best home service and care I ve received in any capacity. I d give them 100 stars!

Wowww! Melissa from Native was absolutely amazing!! I ve been struggling with controlling pests at home and have been getting regular treatments for 18 months with limited success. Today Melissa showed me all the openings in the walls near baseboards, behind dishwasher, and even tiny cracks alongside doors where pests can crawl right in! No one ever pointed this problem out to me. Now I know I need to get these hidden openings sealed off to get maximum benefit from Native s services. Thank you, Melissa! Lisette came to the property today and by the time she left I have complete confidence that this is going to be resolved in no time. She was kind enough to provide me with previous notes & visit dates to have a better understanding of the task at hand. She was informative, extremely kind & explained every step of the way which methods she was using, why its important to use certain methods, tips to keep them at bay in between visits etc. She worked on every room in the house, & the outside. The termites were back, this time in an exterior door and he went above and beyond to walk me through what was going on and to make sure both exterior doors were treated. The folks at Native are so professional, honest and trustworthy! I had trust issues with a larger, more well known bug company always trying to upsell me on termite control, even when there was zero evidence of termites in my home. I called Native about a year ago and they did a free termite inspection. They assured me there were no termites and explained why the other company thought there were. I pay slightly more with Native than that big competitor, but I trust them completely! I have cats and they are super about pushing the ant traps really far under the appliances so kitty paws can t get them.

Fantastic company with really high integrity. My neighbors always complement my lawn. You can see the line between my yard and my neighbor s yard because I have beautiful green grass and they have weeds. Melissa shows up every month and I appreciate having the same technician each month. She knows when something is off and can fix it quickly. I had a question once about a dry spot on my lawn and she preformed several tests to figure out the problem. Turns out a contractor left a pallet on the grass the week prior. She went above and beyond and had a great attitude as well. Highly recommend this company. I have been using them for years.

I had a neighbor with a rat nest under an old dilapidated wooden deck near their dock. When they took the deck out we started to see rat droppings on our property. I called Native Pest Management and they set traps around the perimeter of our home. The problem was completely remedied with in a few months. There has been zero evidence of rats since April of 2024 and we are now in November of 2024. Warren with Native Pest Management has done an awesome job for us. We are so thankful for his expertise.

I am very happy with the service we have received so far. Shawn did a very thorough job. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very personable with myself and my staff alike. We will definitely be utilizing this service again if we ever need any follow-up.

Shawn was awesome. He went through the whole office and explained the process so we knew what to expect. Shawn was also quick to getting out to address our pest issue.

Melissa came to inspect, service and correct our lawn. In addition she gave me an education about watering, our lawn service and ways to help our grass recover from some poor cutting over watering and weather stress. She is an asset to Native Pest.

I have been told form different companies to tent the house, but instead they treated the house and we didnt have to go to the hotel for 3 days. I went from never write a review in my life to write one everytime one of the Native tecnitian come over. They are amazing

We just had a no tent termite service and ongoing pest control service from Native Pest Management. The technician, Fabian, was here for 1.5 to 2 hours and seemed to do a thorough job. He was very responsive and I expect the service to be effective and they will come back out if we see any pests or termite activity. Seems to be a much better alternative than tenting for a minor problem. Native has been very professional from Dmitry with our estimate to Fabian with our application. Glad we chose them!
