I never saw them, we just talked and texted on the phone. I called to have my overgrown grass in the back and front yards cut and putting the new grass in the front yard. When I first called, they would come and look at it then give me a price. When I sent a message the next day, they said they came and gave me a price. I was at home all day, I didnt see anyone but I didnt say anything. Later, I called and said I want to change the front yard done as well. Since I wasnt at home, we agreed to text them when I got home. I sent a message at home. 10 days passed, no one came, no one called or responded to my messages. I did a lot of due diligence before hiring a company to help me with my landscape needs. The biggest issue I came across in trying to hire a company for my landscape project was incompetence, dishonesty, lack of reliability and price gauging. It took me months to find a company to help me with my landscape project and I could not have been happier with my decision. V Maintenance Landscaping Professional INC., responded to my inquiry right away and in less than 24 hours Jeremiah was at my house on time to look at the project and give me an estimate. My biggest concern was making sure I didn t spend all of this money on a landscape project that was viable with my space. Jeremiah assessed my space and was the only person who said I could NOT do the project as planned due to the spacing between my pavers and the fence but recommended a solution that his team could take care of at a reasonable price. After agreeing on the price, Jeremiah had a crew out to my house the next morning on time to start the job. Jeremiah anticipated it would only take one day to clean up the existing landscape/weeds, fix the pavers, install sprinklers, replace the sprinkler timer and of course ultimately plant about 90 podocarpus plants along my poolside and he delivered! By the time I got home around 5PM his team was wrapping up and the outcome FAR exceeded my expectations! If you need someone who knows what they are doing, can assist you with all of your landscape needs, is fair, reliable and honest, use this company! I highly, highly recommend V Maintenance Landscaping Professional INC., and particularly, Jeremiah. Jeremiah made me feel completely at ease every step of the way and I ve genuinely wants the customer to be happy. There were no hidden costs and he was completely upfront that if there were any unexpected costs he would communicate with me before incurring the cost. There weren t any extra charges in the end but I appreciated the communication and honesty throughout the project. I even followed up with a few days later about a question on how to use my new sprinkler timer and he responded promptly and offered to come back to the house to help if needed. 5 stars service all around! Jeremia was the first to my house and gave me a quote on the spot. I collected other quotes many of which were much higher and took 24 to 48 hours to get a number. V Maintenance was one of the more reasonable quotes and they got me on the schedule quickly and the job was done in 2 days. They hand dug 31 ficus trees and roots and replaced with Clucia. They came in uniform and worked hard and did a great job. Will definitely recommend to my neighbors and friends. Honest hard working local company you can trust.

I needed some landscaping work done to the front and back of my property, plus a couple of trees cut down. I decided to contact V Maintenance based on the reviews I read. The comments were on point. I spoke with Jeremias and he was very pleasant and courteous. He came over on the agreed date and time to give an estimate on the work I needed done. He even noticed a tree in the back had been struck by lightning and should be removed as it was dead and could cause a hazard to my and my neighbors property. The price quoted was fair and lower compared to others I contacted. He and his team were quick and efficient. They cleaned up and hauled away all the debris. I am very impressed with their work as it was more than I expected. Truly talented and hard working individuals. My new neighbors across the street actually came to me about a week later and commented how good it looks and very impressed on how they work. Said they need some work done and asked for a card. I gladly gave it to them. I highly recommend V Maintenance for any type of landscaping needs you may have.

I had an extremely difficult job in my house to cut down and remove unwanted trees. The trees were up close to the wooden fence in my yard. Even though it was a difficult job, Jeremías still took on the job and gave me the most affordable quote in comparison to other way much higher ridiculous quotes. Jeremías showed up on time to get the job done. They finished in a few hours and it came out better than I expected. Jeremías and his crew are very professional, respectful, polite, humble people. I really thought my fence would have some damage after the job was done, but to my surprise, not even a scratch. I just called Jeremías again to help me with another project. Beyond their expertise with landscaping, they were aware of the terrain differences between cities in South Florida (customized to your area). Open/honest/no pressures explanation on their products services. We started with sprinkler repair/ fine tuning and plan to do more in the future.

From my initial meeting with Jeremias to the time his crew drove away, it was a great experience. The crew staked a tree, removed 5 others, weeded and pruned our bushes and plants. V Maintenance Landscaping did an awesome job on my yard. We just had a pool installed and they left a mess. The ground surrounding the pool deck was full of sand and rocks and had to be removed and filled with good soil before laying sod. V Maintenance took away a massive amount of bad dirt. Installed new sprinklers, fixes existing broken ones, installed new high quality sod and made everything look great! Highly recommend.

These guys do a great job!

We have been using V Maintenance for almost 2 years now. They are very professional. Within the last month we had our neighbors trees trimmed back over our fence line, and the side of our house cleaned up and laid white rocks to drain the rain easier, and make it easier to maintain. I highly recommend V Maintenance they are reliable, and Victor is very responsive with any request.

A rarity in this tree business. I needed a couple of tall palm trees trimmed. I put it out on Yelp and received a few replies. I set appointments with two companies and they never showed up. I called, rescheduled and they didn t show up then either. The verbal quotes I received were high for the job. Jeremías texted me and set an appointment to price the job. He showed up right on time and gave me a very fair quote. We scheduled the day and time for the work and he texted me that he was in traffic and what time he would arrive and he did. He and his partner trimmed both trees exactly to my request and they look great. If you want good work from good people and not any of the garbage with trying to get good help in South Florida, this is your guy!

Stay away from this company! I had these guys quote cleaning up our entire property, with 20 palm trees and extensive landscaping. I created a task list for them to quote, including sprinkler overhaul, 2 pallets of sod, trimming and shaping all landscaping, including hedges, shrubbery, landscaped areas and beds; as well as trimming and pruning all palm trees and exotics. Their bid was actually the most expensive at just under $4500, but they initially seemed like good guys. I guess I was wrong there. After paying 1/2 the agreed cost up front, they began complaining that there was too much work and began renegotiating to drop tasks or increase the price. In the end they completed most, but not all, of the agreed tasks and refused to return calls when problems occurred with the sprinklers and sod just days after they were paid. As it stands, 1/2 of the new sod was near dead within 30 days of installation. Just a bad experience all the way around.
