I stopped by a few months ago and talked to a couple employees about a job a have at my house. They were rude and showed me half dead plants so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Beware - Do not pay this company until you have all your work completed. I used Ft. Lauderdale Landscaping to completely landscape my property, including irrigation. As the job moved forward the owner, Dan, kept complaining about the amount of work and asking for more money. At the conclusion of the job I paid in full including the extra money added on and was assured they would come back if we had any issues. Well, we had several issues including major irrigation problems. I was assured they would be back to finish the work but after many attempts to contact them and being told they would be back soon, they never completed the job.

Phone listed in google search shifts to an answer machine, giving other number, without confirming name of business. No human answering within business hours. Am totally turned off, tho trying to give smaller site my business, instead of going to a major. . . .

Ft Lauderdale landscape did a job for a Doctor that I know and it was awesome work.

I found Fort Lauderdale Landscape driving by one of their storage facilities. Upon googling the company, I was happy to see all the positive reviews. I hired Dan (the owner) to re-design and completely redo the landscape at my condo. Most of the positive reviews he already had, are the exact same things I experienced during the entire project. Dan was simply amazing. I m not the easiest person to deal with, as I m quite particular and picky about what I want, and within a reasonable timeline. Dan EXCEEDED all my expectations. Along with all the planting Dan did, he also designed and installed a new paver walkway that connects to my Terrace. It was exactly what I wanted! Perhaps the most comforting experience throughout the process, was Dan s willingness to take all my calls, and send photos as the landscape was coming together. Being out of town, (we live full-time out of state) it was critical I was updated, and got exactly what I paid for. I have had NOTHING but compliments from everyone in our condo association. This is all because Dan was transparent and DELIVERED on what he said. This guy isn t some shady- New York transplant he s native to the area, creative, and has a strong desire to exceed his customer s expectations. We wanted to transform the outdoor part of our downtown Fort Lauderdale townhome in Tarpon River into a paradise . After spending a lot of time scouring google reviews and interviewing landscapers and hardscaper , we hired Florida Landscaping Company and Dan Squillace to work in collaboration with his brother Mike who owns All Terrain Lands to the chase , we are thrilled with our decision and now have the paradise we envisioned . Dan and Florida Landscaping we always punctual , professional and caring . Dan was always available to talk or text and was constantly on site . Dan has a beautiful location in Wilton Manor where we selected our tile ( we retired our entire outside areas ) and looked at possibilities for plants etc. Dan , like his brother Mike , is passionate about what he does and is an expert horticulturalist . We loved listening to his vision and love for what he does . That was reflected in the job he did . We love the tile , that aspect was surprisingly clean and well done with great attention to detail . No corners were cut. It is beautiful .The outdoor lighting he designed and installed perfectly compliments the tile and landscaping . Like the landscaping , it is not overdone , but just right . Dan s staff and workers were also highly professional , skilled and very hardworking . We asked Dan and Florida Landscaping to transform a relatively small area into a paradise which was made even more difficult by the fact we wanted to fit a hot tub into the area. They did it ! Together with his brother Mike they delivered everything we wanted and everything promised to create our little paradise . All within budget , despite the changes made on the go . Fort Lauderdale landscape is my go to landscape company in South Florida. I wouldn t call anyone else. Dan is professional, reasonable and he sends his own crew. This is huge in SoFl. A lot of these landscaping companies don t even know who is doing the work for their own company because they sub out. FLL redesigned my front center island and it looks amazing! I m not really creative so I knew what I didn t want..not the easiest customer. Dan worked his magic. Totally blew me away and guess what it was done the proper way. These guys were amazing! My daughters wedding was coming up and I had a bunch of people coming into town. I wanted to landscape and put a paver walkway in the backyard beforehand, and had very little time. Dan made it a point to squeeze me into his schedule and showed up as promised. I stopped in today with a laundry list of plant questions and wow! The store was hopping with a lot of people. The welcoming atmosphere when I 1st got out of my car was phenomenal. I was welcomed by a young man in a hat, that you could tell loved his job. He was very patient with me and answered every question that I had, without hesitation. He took the time to show me which plants would do well in my yard and what to avoid. AND THE PLANT SELECTION! Just wow! So many beautiful plants! So many happy beautiful people. Love love LOVE this place! I ll be a regular for sure!!

Just had a great experience at Fort Lauderdale garden center. I highly recommend stopping in for a great selection and variety of tropical plants. It was my first time there and I am impressed with the helpful, nice staff and the prices ,I found exactly what I needed and more. I will be going back definitely many times.

First and foremost I just want to say I Love this Garden Center!!! If you re an avid gardener or just love plants this is your place to go. I ve been there many times and each time I ve gone back there are new plants, new decor and arrangement! Sometimes I just go to walk around and look , it s so peaceful. I ve never left there empty handed. The staff is friendly, kind and very knowledgeable! I was looking for a particular plant one visit and Dan said I think I can get that for you. A week later I got a phone call from Dan and he had the plant. I was so excited and thankful . Joe also advised me where I should place my plants according to how much sun and shade I get in a particular area of my garden. I m glad I listened or I would have planted them is the wrong place . I love this little garden center! The staff was so friendly and Jeffery helped me choose the perfect plants for my yard. I left with great care instructions and cant wait to go back for more! Everyone was helpful and welcoming, Im glad we have this little gem right in our back yard!

The service is wonderful. The staff makes it a point to be as knowledgeable about the plants, as possible. The pricing competes with other plant nurseries, and I know, I shop at all of them. The staff was even able to explain to me, how to nurse a plant I was not taking care of properly, back to health, by me simply explaining the type of plant, how I was caring for it, and its symptoms. Fort Lauderdale Garden Center, has an amazing variety of plants that continuea to grow every time I visit. Moreover, the garden is always changing around so its like Im visiting a new place every time I go. First off, searching for a landscaper for our home in Victoria Park was not easy. Many landscapers never returned my calls or emails and a few never showed up for the initial appointment. From the first conversation, Dan was helpful and listened to exactly what we wanted. He arrived for our first appointment as promised. He listened to our rough ideas and was able to quickly and professionally turn those ideas into a stunning design for the entire property. Dan and his staff were at our home for several weeks transforming the entire property but at the end of the day they left things as neat as possible and could not have been more patient and friendly. Our next door neighbor was redoing their backyard the same time and often mentioned how jealous they were of our projects especially the professionalism and quality of plantings. It has now been a few months since completion and things could not look better. Dans design has really made a dramatic impact on the property and we are constantly getting compliments on the landscaping. He and his team are still maintaining the landscaping and continue to be as great as day one. Dan has now become our friend and we look forward to continue to work with him on future projects. Dan and his team were great to work with and project was complete within a week of giving the green light on the work. My backyard, which is typically my happy, calm place had been wrecked by previous landscapers, ones that apparently didnt care about doing the job right. I called Dan to fix the damage, but what he recommended and the work performed actually made the backyard look so much better than expected. My backyard has once again become my happy, calm place. My project included proper installation of turf grass, additional landscape around house and palm trees, rebuilding travertine walkway, trimming overgrown landscape, and adding gutter water paths. Honestly, dont know what this team cant do :)

Fort Lauderdale Landscape completely transformed my house! My back pool area was overgrown and messy. The side was dark, mulchy and damp. The front was uninviting and unwelcoming. Dan came out and spent time with me and came up with ideas that totally changed the look, character and feel of my home. He has 30 years knowledge of trees, plants and hard scape products and it shows. We re-did the pool, area added Areca Palms for privacy, and a marble surface. It now has the look at feel of the W Hotel or the Ritz-Carlton. And out front, a sensational Triple Spindle Palm has created a magnificent and dramatic entry to my home. Dans crew works hard and theyre super friendly too. This was, candidly, a perfect experience for me. This review probably reads like a paid commercial, but in reality, we just dramatically increased the value of our home, and totally changed the vibe and feel here with new hard and soft scapes that look like something out of a magazine cover. They know what theyre doing, they know what works (and what doesnt) and they get it done FAST! If we could give 6-stars on this, we would.

We have a commercial property in Ft. Lauderdale that hadnt had any landscape work done in years. We contacted Ft. Lauderdale Landscaping and spoke about what we wanted. We wanted to spruce the property up but not over-do it. Dan took a look at the property and timely sent me a quote for the work. Work commenced on-time. Once the work began, it was done quickly and professionally. Dan even installed new grass in alot of areas without charging extra and installed very high quality bushes and trees. They werent the very small skimpy stuff that I have seen used elsewhere. Overall, very happy with the work and it passed the city inspection the 1st time around.

Hiring Dan and his team at Fort Lauderdale Landscape was the best decision I made when renovating my home. The words punctual, incredible, creative, and impeccable are not words I ordinarily use when speaking about contractors, but Dan set the bar to a new level. He was in charge of demoing and re-landscaping my front and backyard, which he did with pristine care, broad knowledge, and record time. He really listened when I described what I wanted, and didnt push unnecessary projects and plants on me. He carefully chose plants that were appropriately sized, and also managed to locate a few rare hybrids to give my yard the extra pizzazz it needed. And while managing all of his incredibly hard working and professional staff, he also found the time to keep the inside projects in my home up to speed as well, helping out when problems arose with other workers, cleaning up after other contractors mess, and catching mistakes by others before they happened. He is so positive and easy to work with that he made friends with all of the other crews working in our home. Dan sent daily pictures updating me on my project and always checked in to make sure we were satisfied with the look and feel of our new home. I mean it when I say they dont make workers like Dan and his team anymore. They transformed my yard, my home and my life.
