When you sign up for service, they notify you when they are coming. Then when they arrive the technician rings the doorbell, and asks if you have any concerns. They listen and take action. My lawn looks the best it has in three years.

This is the first year we have used this service. We recommend them to everyone we know. I haven t had to pull a single weed this summer. This is our second season with Weed Man and our yard has been looking great! I love that they keep track of the maintenance schedule and visits, but are available for a call or question anytime. Sam does a great job on our lawn and was polite, available and knowledgeable for a few questions I had this morning!

I signed up for mosquito control to be serviced every 4 weeks. They kept scheduling and trying to come out every 2 weeks and charge me $99 for every service. I asked to cancel. They wanted to pick up the buckets right away and the phone person laughed when I asked to leave them there for the duration of the 4 weeks they promised. Im not sure why its funny.

Last year I used TruGreen for lawn and tree maintenance. Unfortunately, either their technician or fertilizer machine malfunctioned leaving a striped lawn pattern. TruGreen would not accept responsibility for the mistake after I submitted photos; I submitted the same photos of the lawn results to the Larimer Co. master gardener who confirmed the misapplication of fertilizer. Weed Man came to my rescue this year and has corrected the unsightly and underperforming grass. The communication with Weed Man is much better, and I havent been shuffled from department to department. My technician is friendly, professional and competent. If youre looking for a company that not only performs, but has integrity, choose Weed Man from Ft. Collins.

I asked him if he had recommendations and he said that he hired this company, Weed Man, to do weed control and fertilizing. This is the first summer we have used Weed Man and the difference is considerable compared to me purchasing fertilizer from a box store! They used to work around my schedule and do my whole yard at lunch because they are only open during the week then they quit showing up at lunch and couldn t accommodate my schedule now my backyard is totally overgrown, but they were still charging me full price to do only my small front yard

A day or so later a supervisor, Josh, stopped by to make sure I was satisfied with the work, a step which I thought showed genuine interest in customer satisfaction. I signed up with Weed Man several years ago and routinely renew because I find the technicians and other staff professional and knowledgable, and the rates are competitive.

Weed Man of Fort Collins has been awesome in taking care of my lawn and yard needs! The weeds, grass, trees, shrubs - anything that grows, and all the stuff that we don t want growing out there, they take care of for me. I don t have to even think about it! I thought I could do it myself, and I thought I could enlist my two grown boys to help out their Mom, but this is easier and affordable and I can use the boys when I need something else done! I own a small landscaping company in Loveland/Fort Collins area, and Weed Man has serviced my lawns for 2 seasons now. I have always found them to be kind, straightforward and very responsive. I get the text that they will service my property and it is done when they say usually always (weather dependent) and the product works well. My weeds have never been an issue with their help. I had a couple clients that had unreasonable expectations with very weedy yards last year, and Weed Man worked with me to make sure these customers were more informed and happy with the results after touch ups, free of charge (although they could have charged me). They handled the situation very respectfully and professionally although I was upset for the customers sake. After discussion with Rebecca and Mike, we worked it out and continued a great relationship there after. I was very grateful for their grace and forgiveness through out this disagreement. Its my first year using Weed Man and Ive been very pleased. This year my yard looks so green and without any fertilizer burn spots Ive had in the past with previous companies. I recently made a jesting comment on a customer survey that I wish they could spray a couple of the weeds in my neighbors yard and in the greenbelt that opens from our back yard, but I didnt want to pay any extra. They called and said I wasnt at my maximum square footage for my price point and that theyd be happy to do that. WoW! That was unexpected and I really appreciated the extra service. Ive never written a testimonial before but they deserve it.

This was my first season using Weed Man. I was gone during the spring of last year and weeds overtook my yard in a major way. They re-seeded last fall and serviced regularly this year. This is the best my lawn has ever looked. All of my interactions have been professional, with all questions answered. They did not attempt to up-sell services that were not needed, even when I asked about them.

When my trees died after their service. They came by to look at them. After agreeing that they would replace one because of cupping a sign of herbicide issues they said they would arrange to have the tree replaced. While I said I would take care of the one they said did not have cupping. They stopped at the Site One tree farm and without even coming to look at the tree a person said our tree was suffering from drought. They didn t come to see the tree just their opinion from a picture. It rains here in Severance almost every day at around 3 o clock we have sprinklers that run Tuesday Thursday and Saturday. The tree is well watered. I asked the person who applied the herbicide to stay well away from the trees. At least 3 feet. It is difficult to believe that two healthy trees lived well for years until one week after the herbicides were applied and then began to die for no reason. There is no sign of insects and the fertilizer we use on the grass is Milorganite an all natural product that is used on the grass only many feet from the trees. The person who came by and looked at the trees also told me that the only education they get is from the manufacturer of the herbicide not any type of plants and trees they care for. He told me the only knowledge he has was how to train personnel on the products and that he the expert had no knowledge about trees and how they should be cared for or even how to plant one if he had to. This shows me that they are not prepared to deal with any unwanted results of their workmanship. We have cancelled our service and suggest that you inform yourself about how their products and workmanship before using their services.

I had some damage to metal edging along a pathway when they came to aerate. I reported it, they sent someone to assess the following day and repairs were made the next day!! Fantastic professional response to my report of damage and the repair was done with no hesitation or wait. Great company, very professional and speedy response. Much appreciated!

Given our exceptionally rainy May/June, we had a literal weed forest by late July. Way to much to pull by hand. Jake at Weed Man Fort Collins got us on the schedule right away. We had to have two treatments because our weeds were so established, but ultimately they dried up to the point where I could easily rake them. And they didnt come back. Super pleased with Weed Mans customer service and will use them again next spring.

Weed man services have been great. They are reasonably priced and offer thorough, timely service. They communicate well on when they will provide service and what they are doing. The techs, Travis and Reed, did a thorough job and they readily responded to my request to deal with stubborn weeds in the back corner of our yard. Our lawn is looking the best it s looked in years.

I asked to have all the weeds in my grass and rock area to be sprayed. I had to have them come out twice to get the lawn taken care of and another time for the rocks. The weeds are still growing. The thistle on the west side of my house, never showed any sign of being sprayed. I will not be using Weed Man again.

So I really take pride in my lawn and realized that I couldnt achieve the best lawn in the neighborhood by myself and I needed to partner with a service. After discontinuing service with another provider that led to issues at my rental properties, I selected Weed Man based on a referral from a friend. They have been awesome in every way. Great communication. Timely service. Very responsive to inquiries. Most of all the lawns look better than ever. Weed Man came out to do weed control of my terrible yard. They were supposed to seed grass, too, but my yard was too far gone for that. They gave me a refund (I had paid for several sessions in advance) before I even had a chance to ask for one, and when I called to cancel the service, they refunded that money too. If I had a good yard, this would be my go-to company (only wish they did mowing as well). Thank you so much for your diligence and professionalism.

This is our second season using Weedman for maintenance on our grass. Specifically, we have them do weed control, fertilizing, and aeration. We are really happy with the results seen in our grass, as well as the quality of the service/communication from Weedman! The owners are so friendly and helpful each time I have spoken with them either in person or over the phone. Our grass has never looked better! They do a great job at keeping the dandelions and crabgrass at bay, and our grass just looks and feels healthier than when we used to maintain it ourselves. I love the prepay discount offered, and that I sign up for the season and then dont have to think about it after... They just show up as planned and take care of it all. Weedman has been awesome for us this summer. This is our second summer in this house on a couple of acres. We spent the first summer losing the battle to the weeds, spending our weekends pulling, dragging and spraying. This summer with Weedman, we have not spent any time pulling weeds. Weedman lawn care is by far the best company in all of Colorado!!! They are always on time , honest and friendly, when they spot a problem they will always tell you. Their is no funny business here. All the trucks are all shiny that come to my yard , washed , maintained and all the guys who have shown up on my yard are always super happy and energetic and respectful , glad to see me, they are always sharply dressed! All the products are harmless to your kids or pets, I ve never had a problem. it won t ever stain the grass or fences . The products they use will work! I ve sat on my lawn chairs on my porch and watch the freshly sprayed weeds die literally ! The best part about this company is you actually get to talk to a real person when you call the office. I absolutely love their service! We rented a house that had been vacant for a long time and had quite the weed problem by the time we moved in. I had tried to take care of the problem myself but even after spending hours researching and purchasing what I thought was the right product, my efforts made no visible difference. All it took was one call to weed man, and they were out very quickly and met our schedule. And, literally without touching it after their service (two week vacation) our lawn was immaculate. They were quick to answer all my questions when on site, and over the phone, and ended up being substantially cheaper than other quotes I received. As it turns out, our landlord actually failed to tell us that they provide lawn care service. So in the end we had to stop our service with weed man, but already the new companys customer service has been far inferior. I will be using their service again if needed, and highly recommend them to anyone needing lawn care service.
