Fast and tidy lawn care. I used them for spring clean up at our old home and new home. They pruned everything perfectly and removed dead shrubs. They cleaned several years worth of pine needles out of the planter beds. They do a great job!

Gee came over to look at our yard. Quoted me a good price to mow the grass while I was traveling. Yard looking beautiful after I returned after being gone for two weeks.

Guillermo Hernandez runs an excellent company. He brought team of workers to my home for a BIG yard clean up job. They trimmed shrubs & trees, weed whacked my flagstone for weeds, spread a ton of mulch, spread landscape rock and renewed our gravel drive. Guillermo kept me informed about what they were doing and when and he didn t stop workI got until the job was completed.

I hired for regular lawn service and snow removal. So far, he showed up for the first month. Then it became sporadic and unreliable without follow-up or answering his phone. My snow never got shoveled and I was counting on him as a disabled person, again, no response. It took me moving twice and contacting him multiple times and telling him that, before he actually responded in the first place, so I shouldve expected this. But very unprofessional, unreliable, rude and inconsiderate.

Gee came out and did a quote within a couple days of my request. They were here a week later and did a great job for a great price! He also took the time to explain what my husband needed to do for a simple sprinkler repair we could do ourselves. Thank you!!

We have used several Fort Collins lawn care companies over the past 12 years. The companies always start with great service but then the service deteriorates while their fees increase. That s not the case with Siesta Lawn Care. Gee runs a great company, he s very friendly & his fees are extremely reasonable. We use the company for mowing & complete landscaping. We couldn t be more pleased.

I forgot to get our sprinkler blowout scheduled ahead of the early freeze in northern Colorado and had two different companies I scheduled last minute never show up. After contacting Siesta they called me right away and calmed my concerns about whether we already had frozen pipes. They talked me through steps I could take preventatively and promised to come the next morning. They showed up promptly and were respectful to my wife who was the only one home to meet them. I texted with them from work throughout the process as my neighbor had told me that our sprinkler systems were unique and required specialized experience. Siesta sent me videos of the work as they did it and educated me remotely on some of the components to my system that I could use in the future. I m very impressed with how quickly they were scheduled and came, and their patience in explaining the process, answering questions, and even showing me from afar the work being done. I ll definetly be using them as my go-to for lawn and sprinkler projects in the future!

Guillermo returned my call in less than 5 minutes and was able to have my sprinklers blown out less than 2 hrs later! He was professional, polite and incredibly easy to work with. He also beat all the other prices I was quoted and was one of the only services willing to come to Bellvue! I will certainly be using his services in the future!

Have been meaning to review these guys for a while. Over all great experience! Moved to Fort Collins las year and didnt know who to call for my lawn care. A neighbor recommended these guys, and they did an excellent job. Paid close attention to detail and were reasonably priced. Will certainly use again, and highly recommend them.

I attempted multiple time to hire this service and would get either no answer or they wouldnt listen to my availability and attempt to schedule me when I said I wasnt available. I can only assume they are the cheapest Ive found for a reason.

Id like to share with you the story of my experience with Siesta Lawn Care. I hired them to mow my grass in late spring this year. The first bill they sent me charged me for two weeks of mowing prior to when they actually started. I called the company and they were willing to correct it, and I adjusted my payment on the first bill. As the summer went on, I started to notice that there was no rhyme or reason to when I would receive bills from them. Some bills would show up at the end of the month, some would show up two months late. Once, I received two months worth of bills on the same day. From a budgeting standpoint, this was terrifically inconvenient for me, but I found a way to pay each month. Around late August, I turned down my watering times and my grass did not grow as quickly or as much as it did in the earlier months. I also started to notice that on Thursdays, when mowing would typically take place, the signs that the mowers had been there (a few clippings here and there in the driveway or on the flagstones in the backyard) stopped showing up. My assumption was that they noticed that there was no longer a need to mow weekly, and so they adjusted their schedule. Then, a few days ago (in DECEMBER), I received a bill for the weeks they claimed they mowed in September. I tried to call to air my frustration at the lateness of the bill and to question whether or not all those weeks were weeks they actually showed up, but I received a message saying that their voicemail was full. I emailed Guillermo (the owner of the company) and voiced my frustration. Guillermo replied saying that I must be wrong; he mowed every week in September and even some in October, a fact I highly doubt based on what I saw in my own yard. Furthermore, Guillermo also accused me of being past due on one of my bills, a bill from June, which I found offensive for two reasons: one, I had always paid my bill on time, and I emailed him screenshots of the checks he cashed to prove that was true. Secondly, if by some chance I hadnt paid, he only informed me that I was past due because I contacted him first. If I was past due in June, I would have liked to have been informed about it before December, and who knows when I would have heard about it if I hadnt contacted him first. When I pointed out his mistake, Guillermo did not respond to my email and apologize to me, but rather had his office manager reply to the email I sent him and say it was her fault instead. There are a lot of companies that will mow your lawn for you. Im sure many of them do a great job. I cant complain about the quality of work that Siesta Lawn Care did on the weeks they showed up at my house. But if youre looking for a company that sends you timely and regular bills, this is not it. If youre looking for a company that keeps accurate records so they know when you have paid or not, this isnt it. And if youre looking for a company that communicates effectively and is run by an owner who recognizes and fixes his own mistakes, this is not it. I cannot recommend Siesta Lawn Care, and I suggest you find another company to take care of your yard. EDIT: Google does not let me reply to the owners reply below, so allow me to do it here, as an edit to my original review: Guillermo, while I appreciate your recognition that invoicing is not a strength of your company, the appropriate forum to apologize to me would have been the email I originally sent you. It seems as though you are not concerned with customer service unless the customer voices their frustration publicly. If you truly believed what you said in your reply here, you would have had the decency to say it to me when I emailed you first. It is clear that your companys reputation is of greater importance to you than the satisfaction of your customers. So if you are interested in hiring a company for which invoicing is one of [their] weak points and who wont address you directly unless you post a review online, then by all means, go with Siesta Lawn Care.

We have used Siesta Lawn Care exclusively for 15+ years, which pretty much indicates our level of satisfaction! The Siesta crew has always been courteous, professional and friendly. They do a great and thorough job, and are 100% dependable. Plus, owner Guillermo Hernandez is an absolute gem to work with. I highly recommend this service.

I would appreciate better communication. The last snow storm that was 7-9 my properties were not plowed until the 3rd day. No contact was made until late the day of the storm and what was stated did not happen. I understand it was an equipment breakdown, but I should have been kept abreast of the schedule.
