Zak George Landscaping is contracted to maintain our yards since this service is included in our HOA. This is a new development (Pelican Shores at Water Valley) and they have been fulfilled their duties extremely poorly. There is no communication as agreed upon in the recent procedure our board sent out to address all of the dead trees and bushes that are under warranty. I have waited for months on an update and there is nothing. I feel terribly I have to take to the keyboard to express my frustration and disappoint with this company but nothing else has work.
Worst landscaping company ever!! Completely ruined my property, the workers are not even qualified to run a lawn mower. On top of that, they are disrespectful and dishonest.

We are very happy with all the work done by Zak George Landscaping. This was a complete remake of our yard, both front and back. It involved demolishing old patios, flagstone, erecting a raised sitting platform and short walls trimming the property. In the front, a new courtyard was built. The company listened patiently to every question or comment. They always responded with a positive and supportive attitude to make the changes we requested. In addition, the work crews were always punctual, friendly and neat. They were very attentive to our privacy. Everyone on the crew worked extremely hard. They always put in a full day's work. We would recommend Zak George Landscaping wholeheartedly and without reservation.
The designer was knowledgeable and had some good ideas. In the end, we needed basic work on our landscape. I would consider Zak George as a high end landscaper. I do believe they would have done an excellent job just wasn't a fit for us and our budget.
Our back yard looks the best ever. Tiffany aided us immediately with a broken sprinkler head as she drove by in a truck. Mike and Bryson were wonderful in helping us plan changing mulch to rock. Crews are very friendly and polite.
We've had a great experience with Zak George. Our main contact person, Leisha, was knowledgeable about all things, and she was here supervising every step of the way. The crew was a great group of guys--clean, hard working and kind. We are very pleased with our patio, fire pit, garden box and landscaping. We'd definitely use/recommend Zak George again.

Zak George Landscaping is the real deal we had called 12 different sprinkler companies over the weekend and we re in a pinch. Jeremy answered the phone and said he would be right over not even 30 minutes later he arrived and had the part we needed to fix our problem. I had ZGL and Zach the designer, out to redo our landscaping last summer. In the midst of a pandemic not only were they working safely but they stayed late when needed, communicated to me and my wife when things were delayed and the final product is AMAZING! ZGL did a fabulous job on our backyard landscaping project. They tore out our old weed-filled yard, laid new sod, and irrigated the whole back yard with pop-ups and drip line. The crew was very friendly, and even transplanted a plant they had to dig up out of the yard. The process was smooth, and they worked with us to make sure the project fit our budget and our vision. We will definitely work with them again!
They do a great job maintaining the landscaping around the store, as well as keeping me up to date on issues to keep my eye on for the future. I never have to worrie about the lanscaping or any other issues. I know they are going to do a great job everytime they come out. I know they even do little jobs that are not even in our contract. They are a company to work with.
Did a great job replacing damaged fencing and replace all of the rock around my yard. They did what they said the would. It was so refreshing to deal with and upfront fair company that does a great job.
