Professional, courteous, and a hard working crew. We had our property completely redone and we leaned heavily on Eric for design input. Everything was well explained and there were no surprises. Excellent communication. Would not hesitate to recommend or do business with again. Thank you Precision LLC. EDIT: All is true from our initial business. But on the backend we had some very simple work that we needed done on our flagstone path. I sent dozens of emails, pictures, and communicated with a person there all to no avail. We had one miscommunication on our end but there was also a no call no show on their end. Ive never spent as much time communicating with a business and not had any work done. I was able to get a referral to a smaller company from them, which was appreciated.

Eric and his team did a fantastic job building up a concrete retaining wall and patio with pavers. Eric was a always available to answer all my questions and help throughout the process. We made last minute changes and he made sure we were happy. Carter managed the team very well and the crew always showed up on time each day. Brigid in the billing department was organized with emails. We also had sod and irrigation installed and are looking forward to using Precision again to add plants in our landscape. Thank you!!

Update: now their employees are hitting vape pens while on riding mowers. Their quality continues to be subpar. Absolute joke of a landscaping company. I ve never seen such sloppy work! The worst part is they re entitled about not having to do good work. Barely cut the grass, weeds everywhere, lawnmowers zipping around so fast they re bouncing over tree roots and missing half the blades. Precision is an adjective no one would use to describe their lawn care team.

We worked with Carter this past spring to landscape our small yard from scratch. He made great suggestions after listening to our ideas. The crew who came out were thorough and did a great job...it was tough work and we appreciate them. Carter was extremely helpful, professional and patient though the whole process and was responsive through calls and email. Riley also came to help while in the area and adjusted a sprinkler for us - so helpful. The plants and trees look good after their first summer. We will call on them again next spring to plant a few more trees. We had a great experience with the landscape team.

Called to schedule an estimate to have our front yard redone. Carter came out within a couple of days and said I would have an estimate in a week. Two weeks passed so I called and left a message. Another 2 weeks passed and I called and left another message asking for them to let me know if they were no longer interested in the job. Still no response. Would not recommend this company at all!

Precision has handled our maintenance for our HOA for two years. The lack of pride in their workmanship shows. They consistently miss mowing parts of the lawn and areas they trim. Theyve missed/forgotten to mow entire front lawns.This year when fertilizing they burned a 1 foot by 3 foot spot in the grass after the first application. The second application they used a drop spreader and you could see the path they took throughout the lawns. They didnt apply it to the entire lawn. The weed control is non existent. Snow removal is just as poor. They dont clear your entire driveway. You have better choices in Northern Colorado.

The work done at Aspen Leaf this summer has been far from precise. I have called to voice my concern and it went unreturned. They work too quickly without adjusting their equipment resulting in a wide variety of blade length. They will kill certain areas from cutting it too short and other areas are 7-8 after the cut. They run over trash and leave it in the lawn afterwards. They will blow mulch out of gardens and leave the mulch and dead grass clippings in the lawn. They have mismanaged the sprinkler system. It will come on during the day and misses large parts of the lawn. Truly poor work

Thanks guys for managing to fix my broken pipe. I had a frozen pipe coming out of my Febco 765. Im a first time homebuyer so this was a hard lesson on winterizing your sprinkler system. They came over and fixed everything within an hour. Gave great tips on winterizing for the next year.

They landscaped a home we just purchased. We had an all dirt backyard. Very beautiful with full grass and carefully chosen flowers to compliment every area. Very well thought out, I would definately recommend.

Joseph did a great job improving our current landscape design. We added a pond with rocks/stone to integrate it into our current landscaping. I love how peaceful my backyard is now.

We wanted to try something different and decided to go without grass and have an all rock landscape. Precision gave us a few ideas to mow over, we decided on placing river rock with accent stones all through our backyard while planting a few new trees. The work done made me feel like we have the yard of a luxury home. Very happy with the final outcome.

Thank you guys for the hard work landscaping our yard. We put all stone laid down bricks in the back, we also had a stone fireplace built for the summer. The outcome was just as quoted by Joseph. The project was finished on time without issue.

Precision is a great company to work with. We just had a house built, we opted on having our landscape done ourselves rather than the builder. They created a stone path from the side of our yard that leads to the front that also has stone steps. Beautiful rocks on both sides with wired in accent lights that turn on with our timers. Instead of having a concrete slab poured in the backyard, we had stone tile laid down that matches our stone path. Joseph gave me a play by play as we progressed, he also gave a projected finish date that he stayed true to.

I moved to Fort Collins from California and had no idea what to do with my yard. Precision was recommended to me by one of the nurseries in the area. I was very late in getting on the calendar but they did it. The entire crew was wonderful but Eric especially was great in coordinating everything and advising us. Everything survived the winter and now our yard is awesome!! Highly recommend the crew at Presion.

On seeing our neighbors beautifully done backyard, we called Precision right away to do our new construct home. They did a fantastic job from the roots up. Precision Landscape quickly diagnosed and replaced valve near the overflow preventer. This fixed our leak completely. The cost was very reasonable.

We had a leak at a junction box and at a tee point, all under sod. Precision answered my call quickly, came out the next morning and had everything fixed while I worked. I was provided with photos and kept up to date. Could not be happier with the service, thank you!

These guys are true pros! The quality of their work is better than we could have expected, they are great at walking you through the process of the work and making sure you are involved on all decisions. The crew was always respectful and easy to approach. We even got a chance to see other projects they had in progress at other homes and saw amazing things they could get done. The only hiccups we had was on staying on schedule, but it was nothing we could not live with. We will keep them for our yard maintenance and would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality job at an affordable price.
