B&T Landscape&Snow Solutions L.L.C in Fort Collins

Travis from B&T did shoddy work repairing a large wooden post in our yard. He did not use the materials needed for the job (despite my request) and it's going to have to be redone by someone else. He charged way too much for the work, which I stupidly agreed to. I needed to get it done due to the post having fallen in our neighbor's yard. It was a day or two before I noticed that his repair didn't work. A squirrel was running up the post and it was wobbling. After a number of phone calls and texts requesting he come back and do the work as I'd originally requested, he never replied. I feel taken advantage of as a senior. I paid cash and now I'll have to pay someone else to do the job correctly. UPDATE to contractor response. He did NOT advise me the posts needed replacing. I told him up front I could not do that due to two large vines that I did not want to destroy. Replacing the posts would require destroying the vines. If he couldn't provide support he should have said he couldn't do the job.

These guys are the real real. Had a few irrigation leaks and decided to call B&T since they had recently done my fall lawn aeration. Travis came out relatively quickly, got to the root of the issue and fixed things right away. He even reached out a few days later to confirm that there were no lingering issues and that I was happy with his work. Old school small business values are hard to come by these days. B&T clearly cares about doing quality work, providing exceptional customer service and all for a very fair price. I’ll definitely continue to use these guys and would highly recommend them for any and all of your landscaping and irrigation needs. Thanks again, Travis!

Travis from B&T came out to do some much needed yard work for us. We pulled out sod and made a breeze walk way through the property - and we love it! Looks so good and they finished under budget which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend!
