Disappointed with this company. The work they did is fine but I made an appointment in February to have my irrigation turned back on and an irrigation zone converted to drip. When my May appointment came around the technician showed up and told me he d only have time to turn the irrigation back on. I was told he d call me later that day with another appointment time to get the rest of the work done. I never heard from him so followed up via email the next day. I was told the scheduler would reach out. Two weeks later I emailed again and received no response. It s now June, my garden is planted, and I m about to leave for vacation without functioning irrigation. I ll be looking elsewhere for a more reliable and responsive company.

I had worked with All Terrain for several years and they did decent work. It did seem like they never quite fully fixed my sprinklers seeing as they had to redo fixes occasionally. Their field technicians were a little inconsistent too. Some were good, some were just okay. But I kept using them since things went fairly well and I was familiar with them. I needed help with sprinklers at a new property that I was unfamiliar with. I did not know how many zones were in my yard. When they went to winterize them, I was overcharged for zones that didnt actually exist in my yard. Because of this I did not immediately pay my bill. To be fair to them, it did take my longer than it should have to reach out to them to fix the bill. After a couple of calls and some back forth I did eventually get them to take off the charge. It wasnt easy and I got the vibe they didnt really believe me. After this situation, I was put on a list that required me to prepay before they do work. Obviously, I would never agree with this since they had a history of overcharging me. I admit I should have reached out sooner and paid sooner but life happened. Seeing as I never missed bills in the past and it was a one time thing, this action seemed aggressive and almost like retribution for disagreeing with a charge. No big deal, Ill find another lawn service. Just thought Id share my experience.

All Terrains irrigation tech was friendly and knowledgable but most importantly he was diligent to bring the system in to prime working order. We have a mature landscape and the previous owners neglect had allowed sprinkler heads to become buried, others to be clogged and drip lines needed repair. All Terrain found the issues and tackled the repairs in addition to programming the system for optimum irrigation.

Installed yard had big dips, sprinklers didn t clear the sod. Did not prep ground completely before laying sod. All Terrain completed updates to our landscaping and hardscaping in our front and back yards. They did an AMAZING job! From planning to installation they were professional and responsive to our needs, as the general plan was implemented. One thing that stood out was their flexibility in working with us to resolve the issues that always come up when implementing a plan. The sidewalk and patio paver implementation was outstanding! We cant say enough about the installation teams expertise in their work and their patience with us as we suggested modifications. Last, the walk through at the end of the project to address any issues was a good closure. We would highly recommend All Terrain for any Landscaping-Hardscaping projects you have.

Disappointed that our sprinkler manifold was completely rebuilt less than a year ago and is already leaking.

Read the one star reviews. They are the ones that are accurate. These guys are disorganized and dont treat customers well. They took many weeks to schedule with me. Then they rescheduled. Then sent me an email with the wrong time so I had to fix that for them. Then, when I wasnt there at 9:03 (appointment at 9:00), they threatened to leave because they get to arrive early and if you arent ready, they leave. Mind you, they didnt text or call or anything. Ridiculous! When I called them out on how ridiculous it is to expect people to be there at their beck and call, they sent me some silly email about how after long thought and consideration, my yard wasnt right for them. What a bunch of baloney. These guys arent ethical. They dont take responsibility. They think they are right. Always. You do it their way or not at all.

When I reached out to All Terrain Landscaping regarding a late season holiday light installation I didnt have high hopes that they would be able to fit us in but not only did they get lights done for us they were fast, professional and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Pete and Eric were professional and ensured that our lights were well installed and looked great. Josh, who helped us get scheduled, went the extra mile to get us on the schedule and was great to work with. They were fair with us on pricing and the rates were good. I would highly recommend them and will likely use them in the future for other projects.

This company has left equipment and materials in front of my house for over 3 weeks and counting. They never asked permission or left me a note. I m not a customer. They also take beautiful things and make them common and boring. Expect them to ruin beautiful trees and tear up sidewalks.

The All Terrain install team was fantastic! They were able to fully clean the lot (1/3 acre), install Irrigation (sprinkler and drip lines), install rock, sod, trees and shrubs all within 7 days. We couldn t be happier!

We had the company do all the work on our backyard. It was a new home so there was only dirt. The crew was BEYOND wonderful! I believe the crew leader was named Jose. He was a pleasure to work with and explained everything to my wife or myself. They installed irrigation, sod, rock, and planted a tree. We could not be more pleased with our experience and our yard! I would highly recommend Jose and the crew that was here in late September! Today, Peter came to fix an issue with the irrigation that was installed by a subcontractor for the home builder. He called in advance and was here about 45 minutes early. He did an amazing job and once again he explained everything to me and answered all my questions! I would highly recommend Peter! This company is top notch. I am truly impressed with both of our experiences!

I called Josh about a sprinkler not working from the install we did late in the summer last year. He had Layne come out to fix it. They were quick and on time. Very punctual. Happy with the team

We used All Terrain Landscaping for our front yard landscaping and the process was a nightmare. My wife and I are not professional landscapers so we went to All Terrain after speaking with them because they offered a full service to design and plan landscaping. We wanted to put in some river rocks and several plants. However, we didnt know exactly what flowers or plants we wanted (which was a mistake apparently). They charged us a design fee to have someone mock up a plan. The first plan completely disregarded everything we told them. We ended up going back several times to them with our own redesigns. Eventually, we told them exactly what plants we wanted and where because they refused to take our thoughts into each re-design. However, we did get a finished plan which helped when we went to another landscaper to finish our backyard. Next, they completed the work and 2 years later it looks terrible. Sure, some plants grew in, but over 50% of the plants have yet to grow. I have called over 10 times asking them to come out and fix this (we paid for insurance which they refused to honor or found a way to push us off). I kept getting routed to the 1 person in charge of this who would not return my phone calls and emails for weeks. When he did, he would pick inconvenient times to come look at the issues. I would stay home from work to meet him and multiple times he didnt show up. When he did show up, he made excuse after excuse about how it either wasnt their fault or how we should wait for it to grow. Conveniently, this date of when the growth should happen was always set after the insurance would expire. As well, they laid a weed cover over the entire work and weeds grow up through it so it clearly wasnt done well. Finally, (and the weirdest part) I think they gave us fake rocks or something. I know that sounds weird but we have seen over 50 rocks they put down burst into dust or crumble. I mentioned this to them and they had no answer for why this happened. Overall, they are incredibly unprofessional, rude, over priced, and very busy. The whole process working with them was difficult and frustrating. When I would call to ask for help, the person answering the phone always reminded me that we werent a big client which made me feel terrible. We spent close to $10,000 so this was beyond insulting. Do yourself a favor and find an actual landscaper who may be smaller, but will listen to you and respect your business.

Their crew worked on a new landscape install next door to our house. I happened to be doing some sprinkler repair and lacked the tools and expertise. Jose observed me struggling and offered to help out when they were finished their job. I was grateful and appreciative he was willing to lend a hand. The landscaping at our neighbors house looks great and I witnessed the crew working diligently. Based on what I observed they do a top notch quality job.

Justin came and showed me how to set up my drip irrigation system which was installed by the previous owner of my house. Great guy, great service. Will call again in the Fall. Very pleased!

We had a great experience with All Terrain. Pricing was competitive and the people were great to work with on a daily basis. I liked how they were on site every day once the project started. Of course we changed our mind a few times, and they help course correct on the fly. Derrick and Ben got us going, and then Jose Hernandez, Jose Garxe, Isack Arenivar, and Nathan Hernandez were on-site every day. As we completed the project, I asked them to do a few more things, and they were on-site that afternoon.

I had a problem with a sprinkler valve. Justin found the cause immediately - a loose wire. He reconnected the wires and tested the system. It worked again! I called All Terrain because my sprinkler main outside pipe/valve was leaking and a sprinkler head was broken. Peter came the next day to fix the pipe/valve and sprinkler head. Ive used All Terrain for our irrigation system a number of times since 2015, and I cannot recommend them enough. They are very reliable and affordable. In 2015, we had a fence company break our lines and fill them with concrete. All Terrain replaced our covered/broken heads, and replaced our destroyed lines. In addition, weve had them out a few times to replace a broken poppet and bonnet on our back flow, to replace heads broken by annual aeration, repair wiring that was damaged going to our control boxes, and finally this year to replace our entire back flow, which we learned wasnt up to code and was subsequently causing serious pressure issues in our system. Our system now works better than it ever has for us, thanks to the All Terrain team including Mike, Tim, Kyle, and Luke. Kyle explained our ongoing back flow and wiring issues to me in a way that was approachable and helped me understand what our options were. Kyle seemed genuinely happy for us when the back flow replacement solved our ongoing water pressure issues and got our system fully functional again. They are always courteous and professional, and surprisingly affordable. Ive never gotten stick shock from any of their invoices. Thanks again, yall. See you in the fall

I called in mid May to schedule an estimate. The closest appointment they could make was a month out. I took it, even though they didnt really seem to care about the business. I felt more of an annoyance to them for calling. This morning they called me at 8 55 a.m for our 9am appointment. She was speaking to her coworker about how I was a no show. (She said my first name/last name and everything) This was said before she even said hello to me. Nobody came to my house for an appointment. This company was rude and unprofessional 3X in a row. There are plenty of companies that want work out there.

Tony and Simchah did a great job explaining what needed to be done, then doing it. Tony has a great knowledge of Colorado plants and their watering needs. They got the work done quickly and closed and locked up all gates and doors, even the makeshift ones, which is really important since I have destructive and escape artist dogs!

I contacted All Terrain Landscaping last fall after we moved in our new home, based on all the great reviews about them. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, but ,Mic Dugan, their sales person, came to our house and helped me decide on a final plan. He was knowledgeable and very professional, he even took his shoes off when he came in the house, which I appreciated very much. He suggested to wait until this spring, and had us scheduled to begin the work as soon as the weather changed. But we had to wait until we were approved by our HOA. Even with that delay, they still started on timely manner, and had a large crew here to begin the work. The landscaping is almost finished and we are very happy with it. Ben, who managed our work was very easy and polite to talk to, even when we kept making changes. The crew, especially Jose, Chuck, and Issack worked very hard, and cleaned up very well before they left. There was another gentleman who worked really hard to get the grounds ready for sprinkler system and moved tons of rocks around, but I cant remember his name. He was wonderful and I apologize for not remembering his name. Thank you everyone. I cant say enough great things about Travis at All Terrain Landscaping. After having another company come out to start up our sprinkler system for the Spring, they told us we had several major leaks and possibly needed the entire manifold to be dug up and rebuilt. After already running late they had to leave before even finishing examining the issues and couldnt get us in for another 4 weeks for another appointment. I called ATL who, even during the busy Spring season, got us in within the week. Travis arrived on time and explained everything he was seeing with the system thoroughly. Nothing needed digging up or rebuilding, the leaks in the line werent actual leaks at all, and he was able to replace the one faulty part on this same visit. Im so glad I found Travis and ATL- well be using them from now on!!

Some puppy chewed sprinkler system wires were repaired by ATL. Initially had some issues with incomplete repairs and charges, but eventually it was completely repaired and the double charges were removed. Thank you for taking ownership and renewing my trust again! It is very much appreciated!

They came out. Looked at the front yard and said they would get back to me the next week with a quote. That was 2 weeks or so ago. They completely dropped the ball !!!! Looking somewhere else.

Many thanks to sales consultant Derrick and work crew led by Nick (with Mark, Oscar, Andrew, and others) for an excellent job on our major landscaping overhaul; including installation of an underground sprinkler system, renovation and enlargement of all of our landscape plant beds (new weed barrier and rock), and addition and/or replacement of 23 plants in our yard. Nick and his crew were friendly, conscientious, and hard working. It took longer than it should have to get the proposal the way we wanted it (communication gaps between us and the landscape designer); and the crew got a bit too rushed on the last day of work and took shortcuts on one bed (didnt replace weed barrier or remove old rock, just dumped new rock on top) and left the yard a bit messy (staples from old beds, bits of roots and weed barrier, tire marks on driveway, etc). But the fundamentals were solid - the sprinkler system is top-notch in terms of design and coverage, and the crew followed all of our inputs for clarifications as to what we wanted. They even did some nice pruning on our current overgrown shrubs so they looked better with the newly installed ones. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend All Terrain for landscaping work, large or small.

EDIT: Abel personally saw to the resolution of my complaints. He came a third time to personally oversee the completion of my yard and it looks fantastic. I will be using them in the future. Customer service from this company is upstanding and I appreciate Abels dedication to his company and his chosen profession. Originally, I was blown away by the reviews this company had online. Most landscaping companies do not have the level of reviews this company has, so I decided to try them out for my fall cleanup. Not only did they charge me $100 over the usual amount, they skipped a1/3-1/2 of my yard. I called them to discuss my disappointment. I talked to two different people the first time, who said they would immediately send out a foreman and would like to right the situation. One week later I heard nothing. I called back and was given to a manager named Abel, who I might add was a very nice guy. Im not one to be a very rude customer because I work in construction and understand the labor pools, difficulties, etc and I appreciated how Abel interacted with me. He sent a crew out within two days, but I was unable to be home at the time of service again. Once again they did the bare minimum. They left strands of the grass bushes all over my yard, so really they made more debris in my yard than was originally there. Overall I am disappointed, especially given how great of work I know these guys can do based on the reviews. .However, in my experience, If you want to be a superintendent of your own yard and be overcharged, go with these guys. Maybe they should just stay with landscape design and not maintenance?

All Terrain replaced my sprinkler system with a more efficient, water-wise one. I found the whole team to be very professional and efficient. Mike lead the work to be done and was very conscientious about the placement of the sprinklers and the type to be used. We had a serious leak in a valve box. Mike was here when he promised to be and quickly handled the problem. He then checked the entire system. He found and replace a leaking pop-up and fixed a leak he had found on a drip line. I was very impressed with the job he did, especially the cleanup after digging out that valve box in muddy soil. I would definitely recommend All Terrain and Mike if your sprinkler system needs work.

Jason and Ben were fantastic to work with. I had about an acre to landscape and we were under a very difficult time crunch due to a graduation party that my wife wanted to have at our new home. Jason and Ben promised they would get it completed by our deadline. Our party was a huge success even though the six weeks of rain did everything it could to mess up our plans. I even had some add ons that I was quoted that came in well under the estimate. This is a great company that does what they say they are going to do.

We have had All Terrain Landscaping at our house many times. Most of the visits were for general maintenance of our sprinkler system for the lawns. Several valves have had to be replaced along with some sprinkler heads. On each visit we were satisfied with the end results. So we had them put in a drip system for our tree wind breaks and all other landscaping plants including bushes and flower gardens. Our plants have grown so much with the steady water source to them so we are very satisfied.

Good Morning, I am writing to say how much I love the lighting you did on the tree in front of the Nursing home on Lemay Ave in Fort Collins. Just wanted to let you know I think it is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. As a side note, my Mother passed away there at 1:40am December 26th 2014. I do not drive past there very often, but when I do it is usually a memory of a very difficult time. However, this evening I drove by and my heart was filled with joy when I saw that Beautiful Tree.
