Simply Greener in Forney

we used simply greener for last year and they did the lawn care on time . They call a day early enough for us to keep gate open and after the treatment they lock the gate. our lawn was well taken care of by them and we are happy to recommend them to anybody who desires to keep their lawn healthy.

Nothing much to say other than very negative experience...the timeliness and communication were very sub par.

Just out for money! Customer service is rude at best! Called to cancel service over 2 years ago since I sold the house and moved out of the county. Apparently that conversation was never noted in the account so service was continued and billed. When I received the bill at my new address, I called several times and spoke to several people explaining that the service should never have been done. After going round and round and playing cat and mouse for months I thought everything was sorted out and taken care of. WRONG!! I just received a bill from a collection agency, 2 years later!!! But wait, it gets better!! So I call simply greener to find out what the heck .. they claim that no notes are on my account!! None of canceling service, none of the dozen times I talked to them about a bill that should have never been billed, NOTHING!!! They claim the only reason they actually stopped service was for non-payment! What a joke of a company! BEWARE of this scam of a company!!

This company has the most inept staff I have ever encountered, but with the poor customer service displayed by the owner, it makes sense. I received a call about my service and I advised the gentleman that I wanted to cancel, not the treatment but the service. A few weeks passed and I came home and there was a sign in my yard and an invoice on the door. I immediately called. I was told that the owner would call me back. After a couple days, I received a call and his excuse was that they'd left a voicemail message the day before advising me to unlock the gate and put the dog away. NEITHER OF WHICH I DID BECAUSE I HAD NOT HEARD THE MESSAGE! They show up to my house and treat half my lawn and expect me to pay because the employee that I spoke to didn't properly note my account when I called to cancel. So, your incompetency is now my fault. Get your act together!

My mom did not sign the renew contract for her house weed treatment this year, but they came and treated the weed without her agreement and wanted her to pay whole contract this year… They stated their previous renew contract letter stated if we do not call them to cancel the renewal contract in advance, they automatically renew the contract even without our signature. Come on, this is US. We must agree and sign paper before you start your work and get paid. This year, I also prepaid for my house’s weed treatment contract in advance. I saw what they did to my mom, I called them, canceled my house weed treatment service and asked for my refund money, I called them several times. They kept promising will look into this and they never refunded my money. We were with them more than four years. I recommend everyone dont use their service, tell your friends and relatives as well. There are better services out there. These people are terrible, not reliable, not professional and dont respect the customers.

After years of using themand nobody ever seen them until I got a late notice in the mail. Now mind you I have more weeks with them then without so I canceled and then they showed up doing my lawn

I canceled my month-to-month contract via the telephone when I was contacted to schedule service. I was asked if I wanted to cancel the one service or cancel the contract. I canceled the contract. Weeks later I arrived home and there was a sign in my yard which let me know that they had been there and performed service. I immediately called and left a voicemail message. The person who called me back the next day, said that he would discuss it with the owner. They continue to harass me for a payment for services they performed because they did not update the account correctly. There was a reason for my cancellation and their inadequate bookkeepin now has me being harassed about a payment. But, I guess that's one way to make some extra money off people.

I started using Simply Greener in 2020. Now in 2021 I have one of the greenest, weed free yards in my neighborhood. Quit waisting your money those big guys and give Simply Greener a call!
