Last year I had these guys come out and provide pre and post emergent on my yard to prevent weeds from growing. Needless to say none of it worked. My yard was still thriving with all types of weeds. I m very disappointed as they were not cheap. I advise not using this company whatsoever. The 1 star is only because they guy that came out was friendly and professional.

Your mileage may vary, but I just called and the receptionist was extremely rude and interrupted me when I asked about Lawn Lab services. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I have used Lawn Lab care for about two years now they gave to me a brake for strugling to control the weeds and putting furtilizer every time. Technician Will Coleman is exceptional good job.

If you are a homeowner Stay away!! . I have had theservice with this company for over a year. I have not noticed any progress in my lawn after a full year of service. I also requested additional service since I still see weed in my grass that supposed to be free of charge when I have signed with them but they didn t provide it. Overall bad experience very disappointing .

This is Worst Lawncare company i have ever seen after 6 months of treatment this is what the results are .. i am not sure how they are getting high ratings .. I spoke destiny and she said if i am not happy cancel the service but they dont want to refund the amount of remaining services . How fraud the company is.. I am going to report to BBB as well this fraud company has to stop cheating customers and taking money for free . These pictures will speak for it self .

I have waited to review LawnLab out of caution to see how they would perform. Over this past year, my lawn has gone from bad with weeds to unbelievable in how it s responded to LawnLab service. I have always been treated with kindness and professionalism from the office staff anytime I call for a question. But let me tell you what separates LawnLab from anyone else I have used. It comes down to the person who is at your home. Hands down, Jay is the epitome of class and professionalism! He greats either me or my wife with a smile and is happy to be at work. He always remembers our yard and our specific request, to stay away from the garden and to stay away from where we feed the birds. I can t speak to the other applies at LawnLab, but if you get Jay, you get the real deal! Thank you LawnLab for hiring and training such an amazing employee! I had to vall 3 times and never got a callback from kyle. Finally reached him and he said they dont do work in kemp.

Called yesterday & needing service & was told I would get a callback but I did not. I called them today only because a fried recommended them & was told they called & left a message bit they did not. Also they only quote you a price on an aerial view of your lot and do not actually check. I was told I had a larger lot but they dont take into consideration of my 22 pool , 10x10 storage shad, large flower bed and 8x8 electric box. Still charge you for area they wont treat. I have measured so I know what my area actually is.

The guy was here for over an hour putting out weed control and the liquid aeration treatment. Looks like he did a great job!

Had LL when we got our new house. TruGreen talked me into switching to save money and promised soil samples and all kinds of stuff so I used em for a couple years and my front yard was thinning. Switched back to LL for a small bit more but in 4 months (2 treatments) the yard is dark green, soft and thick again! Also they did ant treatment. Highly recommend!

In just a couple of treatments, I ve already seen a Huge improvement over the last company I used, very responsive and great results fast!

I have been using this service for a few years. The owner and all of the employees are wonderful to work with. Mr. Jay does my yard and I could not be happier. He always has an answer to my questions. I have recommended this service to several of my neighbors who also use the service now. We each enjoy the comfort and beauty of our yards. I USE TO have a problem with Crab (Dallas) Grass. My yard Use To Be full of of weeds. Weeds USE to grow up in my yard like the grass, only faster. I call Lawn Lab when I see a weed now, they come out, analyse it, and they take care of the problem immediately. Now I may see one or two crab (Dallas) patches a year (maybe 2) Always in a different area than before, if even. I also Use to have an ant problem in the grass. Ant mounds in the grass and drives way. I cannot tell you the last time I seen an ant or an ant mound, because its been that long since I even thought about an ant. This service really does work (this is not the 1st or only service I tried), After being in my home for over 17 years, I can tell you that this is the service that has solved my weed and insect in the grass problems. I recommend you try their services, What do you have to lose? You only have a Great Lawn Service to gain. ~P

SIMPLY AMAZING!! I started treatments during the Spring. On the first visit I advised the tech that next year I wanted to seed with a cool session grass for year round green. He asked why next year? I told him my yard isnt healthy enough to support it yet. Ive done research and understand its pretty important to have healthy Bermuda to ensure it comes back after winter. He smiled and said-- Youll be ready, trust me. Of course I smiled with him but had EXTREME doubt. Here it is fall and OMG, my yard has done a complete 360!!! They are legit and will be my company as long as theyd like to have me as a customer I offer a very genuine thank you to Will!

My Yard went from Worst to First in my neighborhood. It took a minute but my yard looks amazing. When you have a properly treated yard you mow a lot less.... so it pays for itself in that way. Plus,what I was dishing out at Home Depot DIYing my own weed control and fertilizer, not having any idea what I was doing. Finally I have not watered my yard one time since I started with Lawn Lab, the rain is all the yard needs......... The Technician is truly a professional..... all of the Lawn Lab Yards on my block look great.... The one time I called the office everyone there was super nice and very knowledgeable in their profession. Larry Morin

Love Lawn Lab. Switched to them a few years ago. Other companies could not control all the weeds my yard had no matter how many applications. Lawn Lab is local and I believe they understand what we deal with in our area rather than a huge chain that is treating all yards the same. Super satisfied and will continue using them.

Our yard was in the worst shape. Weeds weeds weeds and more weeds. After the first year of service the weeds were gone and the grass was growing back. After the second year there have been zero weeds and the bare areas where the worst weeds had died off has grass regrowing. There are still some bare areas where grass is creeping back in but still weed free.

There was no contact by the service provider in order to let us know when the application was going to take place. For the above reason the gate leading to my back yard was left locked. We concluded later that the back yard was not treaded. (No notation was left behind by the technician showing any found problems or issues). We called customer service and a follow up visit was scheduled. This time access to untreated area was provided but again no notification was left behind showing of any application was performed. For us, any type of notification before or after is important so we can plan accordingly and follow post application and safety precautions.

People are friendly and service is fine but after a year I think I m going to discontinue. First, I really don t see a difference between my lawn and neighbors who don t have a professional treatment plan. Second, other than when I specifically requested someone contact me, no one has ever really given me any feedback about my lawn condition, soil, etc. which may not be a normal part of the service but is one I think should be part of a lawn treatment program. I mean, sure it s nice to see a guy ride around your lawn, doing something, then place a sign in ur yard saying something was done. And the email confirming that service #x fall pre-emergent blah blah helps to confirm that the guy probably showed up and drove around ur lawn. Again, maybe my expectations are too high, maybe no one offers such feedback, but I guess I would like it if the professional technician were to maybe make a few personal notes related specifically to the servicing of my lawn and how it is responding to treatment.

Weve never had any problems with this company and our yard looks great all year round! Ive left my dogs out a few times on accident and they came the next day to do the dog yard. I dont think well use anyone else! Highly recommend Lawn Lab!

I used LawLab for approximately 2-3 years. Initially we were very pleased with them as I noticed a night and day difference in the quality of the turf in my lawn. The owner Mark really cares about the business, and his customers. It was unfortunately my experience that not all of his applicators share his passion and work ethic. The last year of service I had to call Mark and have him come re-do several of the 8 annual applications, as his applicators weren t doing their job properly. I suspect they were ghosting my lawn, because as soon as Mark would come redo an application, we d see immediate results. It s for this reason that I canceled the service. I also found it odd that when I called to cancel, the customer service rep made no effort to retain my business, or to at least find out why we were displeased with the service.

Lawn Lab has changed the game of having a beautiful-plush- green lawn! My lawn started out a total mess...I mean total wreck...now its green and the envy of my neighborhood! Thank you for bringing my great lawn back. You guys are AMAZING!!!!

The best lawn care EVER!!!

Terrible. If you want to pay them $1000 and still have a yard full of weeds, go for it. They couldn t kill my weeds so they sprayed them with Roundup. It killed the weeds but killed my grass too. After the next treatment, the weeds came back but the grass didn t. So I spent 1K and a year later, my yard looks 10 times worse than when they started.

I recently switched to lawnlab and couldn t be happier! Mark killed major crabgrass problems in one application along with one supplemental recheck! Outstanding! My whole yard was infested and I have 1 and a 1/2 acres. Killed my Dallas grass also, I can barely find anything resembling a weed ! Some strain (browning)on grass , as he told me, but it s greening up fast ! So happy weeds are gone! Great job lawn lab!

My lawn is the best in my neighborhood thanks to Lawn Lab! Technichian is always on time and never has to reschedule (unless bad weather). I love the way I do not have to wait to water or mow. Great company that I highly recommend.

Great company and service. Our lawn is weed, fire ant and grub free with their services and looks great. Kyle services our lawn every time and worked with us when we installed St. Augustine grass due to having shade from trees that have grown up. We have used this company for 4 years. Also like we can pay once a year for services.

I rarely write reviews, and I dont know anyone at Lawn Lab personally, but they have been excellent to work with. I spent 3 years fighting crab grass, and nutsedge in my lawn. I was spending hundreds of dollars and many hours a year trying to get control of the weeds and I had very little success. I have been with LawnLab since March and my lawn has never looked so good. I highly recommend their services.

Ive spent hundreds of dollars trying to control and eradicate weeds with little or no luck. Lawn Lab was able to control weeds after the 2nd application. Im very happy with service and results.

My yard was being taken over by Dallas grass, I am impressed with the results from Lawn Lab. I will recommend to my BIL. His yard is bad.

I was asked when I signed up with them to give them a year to get my yard in order. I paid for my service and waited and waited but didnt think I was getting what I paid for. I fired this company but both of my neighbors hired them, claiming that they were impressed with what they had done to my yard. I must say that my yard looked a lot better with them taking care of the weeds than it looks now. Time to eat crow and call them back.

Third lawn severe Ive tried and lawn lab is best. Ill never go back to the more known companies as I never saw any improvement in lawn when they treated it. With Lawn lab the all weeds went away by the second treatment.
