CLC, Incorporated in Forest

From all my experience CLC is the worst landscape I ever seen. Lots of weeds not grass.

One of the workers came through with a leaf blower and knocked over all my seeds I was growing. He didnt seem to care as he kept moving on to the next property. This isnt the first time Ive noticed carelessness as they also damaged my kids outdoor playset a few weeks ago with an edger.

CLC keeps my property looking amazing.

CLC is absolutely on another level. Professional, on time, and they will go above and beyond what you need. The relationships they create while doing business make them super successful.

Had a problem this time with snow plowing. The magic word is PLOWING not scooping and piling. I have a 9 ft pile of snow in front of my residence. It should have been spread through the street. Need to take bets on date it will be gone, like July.

My workplace uses CLC for mowing. Not sure who taught these guys to weeedeat right up against a customers tire but its only a matter of time before they do damage to a vehicle with that kind of ignorance

CLC provided Christmas light installation to our home in Forest. They did a great job, were very responsive, and made sure I got the type of lights we wanted!

I could make a book out of all the bad experiences with this company, from timing to noise. Its December currently, a week before Christmas and these guys are out here cutting grass and its 40 degrees. I pay quite a bit of rent where we live in Forest and I just love to look out my window at my dead brown grass. This company says they are landscapers, but Ive never met anyone who cuts grass in December, much less landscapers that leave your grass dead when finished. Also, they came in November for almost 4days straight. I work from home and it is impossible to do my job when they are here. This company uses INDUSTRIAL leave blowers. They are loud on their own, but I had 3 outside my home for hours. Completely impossible to talk to a customer or hear the customer while working. This isnt a sound that goes away quickly either. On the day I had 3 outside my home it was ALLLLLLLLLLL DAY!!!!!! And then I still had to hear it for 3 days in a row after! They were hired to do a job but the residents in the complex suffers because of it. I recommend you do not EVER use this company if you want nice green grass, someone who shows up at a decent hour and not before 98% of business open for the day or would like to be able to hear inside your home while they are outside working. I cant work, watch TV or have guests over while this company is here. I hate this company and have actually considered moving just because of them. Our grass didnt even need to be cut cuz they scalped it before Thanksgiving. Before I move however, I will go door to door if I have to to see if my neighbors are also as displeased as I to sign a petition to have a good landscaping company come next year. One who cares about the client they are serving, one who leaves the grass green when finished and one who doesnt show up at dawn. I kinda understand in summer but the week before Thanksgiving, with frost on the ground, they were here at 7:30 in the morning! It was 29 degrees outside and they were cutting grass...... We had a different landscaping company the year before and they came on the same day each week unless there was rain and started early but not at dawn, were finished sooner and left the grass green when finished. I also dont remember them cutting grass the week before Thanksgiving and definitely not the week before Christmas!!!!!

We believe Chris Templeton to be a very nice person. However, after spending well over ten thousand dollars for our landscaping project we have found him to be unresponsive. He has not lived up to his contractual obligations.

None of their employees speak English so you ask them something and they look at you like you have 4 heads...and noone calls you back when you leave a message on business phone that you have to Google because they dont put phone number on their vehicles...

CLC performed work on our yard when they said they would and the way we expected. And their pricing was very reasonable.

Very great experience from estimate to completion. Chris was very open about what we could realistically get for our budget, the work started way sooner than anticipated, and they were professional and prompt when working. We even had a small issue after heavy rain and they fixed it with no issues. We would definitely use CLC again in the future!

It was a great company but it has been bought out.

Let me start by saying that we have had CLC do two projects at our house. The first one, we are very pleased with. It was hardscaping and plant beds. The second project, we are very displeased with. It was lawn installation for our backyard. When the representative came to look at the project, he told us that the number of trees we had were part of the problem with the existing yard. So we took out six trees and removed the stumps prior to the work beginning. Once the work was completed in late October of 2017, we kept the area watered and had a good stand of grass come up. The following summer half of the area looked great, the other half looked terrible. After contacting CLC and sending pictures, they sent two people out to spread topsoil and reseed the area. The next year looked about the same or worse. Again we contacted CLC, this time we were told that the problem could be a blythe or fungus. So we contacted the owner of CLC and sent more pictures. After several emails back and forth, the explanation was it could be due to the remaining trees, it had been too wet, too dry or maybe even too hot. So it seems that we have a backyard that will never have grass due to the above problems. Strange that that rest of the yard has more trees and experiences the same conditions, but has grass. Last email from the owner said he was going to address our concerns. That was in mid October but nothing since then. Dissatisfied in Concord.

I want to thank Micah and his crew for the outstanding job they did on our pond clearing project. It was a project that needed to follow state guidelines and they met them easily. They were prompt, helpful, cleaned up everything and left our parking lot looking better than they found it. I would highly recommend them for any of your landscaping needs.

CLC is not only great with landscapes and hardscapes but Christmas decorations as well! Their staff are friendly and efficient too.

We are very pleased with our lawns after working with CLC, Inc for only one year. Very professional staff. Our lawns are the greenest on the street.
