If you want the worst customer service experience, this is the place you want to go. Had them come out to look at my inground sprinklers. The tech was friendly and told me what needed to be fixed. I asked if it could be done that day and how much it would cost. The tech said it could be done that day, and would get back to me on the cost. He left, then sent me a text shortly after saying he wasn't returning. Keep in mind, I have a big hole dug up in my yard, where the control valves are and im about to put my house on the market in about 2 weeks. He said I would hear back from Jeremy. I didn't hear anything that day, and called them the next day to find out when they would be coming back. The person who answers the phone is rude, and doesn't have time to be bothered. He tells me he's busy and will get me a quote late in the weekend. I didn't receive anything and called back a week later. He got even more rude because I called to find out what was going on. Said it would be another week. Then over a week later I get an email with an estimate. The next day I get an invoice for $175, just for them to leave a big hole in my yard. Then they call and ask for payment the next day. What a nightmare and a jerk to deal with. If you're going to answer the phone for the business, you should really have some customer service and communication skills.

They came to blow out my irrigation system. There was snow on the ground and I wasn't confident that all of the heads and zones were blown out because of the layer of snow so I contacted Bottem landscaping and Jeremy assured me in the event that there was any damage associated with a service they provided, the company would take care of any repairs at their expense. Very happy with Jeremy’s response time and how professional he was !! we are looking forward with using his company this spring for our landscaping

I scheduled a Sprinkler Blowout with Jeremy 2 1/2 weeks before the Oct 20th 2020 snow storm and no one ever called and no one ever came out. I called to ask why and Jeremy said he emailed me. What? A phone call is in order here, if you cant make it. now my system is frozen and will cost me thousands to repair. Do not use them for this service........ Response, I was NEVER called. don't let him fool you.

I reached out to Jeremy after a mis communication with our previous irrigation system provider. I knew it was pretty late in the game to get my sprinkler system blown out before the deep freeze that was coming. I was surprised and impressed the response I received from Jeremy. Even though they were pretty much done for the season, he graciously fit me in even though there were no other jobs near me so they had to make a special trip out to Lake Elmo. I can’t thank him enough for providing great customer service. The individual that came out was professional and answered all my questions. I hope we can make Bottem Landscaping our provider going forward.

These guys were amazing! The company I hired to blow out my sprinkler system flaked on me so I had to scramble to get someone. He showed up, pipes were frozen. They waiting until I got to the hardware store to get a torch and got back. We were able to get them thawed and the system blown out. Would HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!!!!!

I really like being able to put my information into the website and get a quote. Unfortunately, after a minimum of 10 emails later I still didn’t get my lawn aerated. I understand weather (rain) plays a factor in doing so; however, I initiated the quote on Sept 26th and on Oct 13th my lawn still isn’t aerated. There has been little response from the company....generally takes a day or so for them to respond. I offered to pay upfront and they could do it on their time, still nothing. I will not work with this company! Horrible customer service when you try to pay them and they won’t take your money to do the job!

The service was professional and timely. I expected a long wait for my driveway to be plowed. They stayed in constant communication and did a superb job, scraping the ice and eliminating the snow. Thanks and Well done!
