These guys don't respond professionally if they think your job is too small.
I have engaged with this company twice. Once in February and once in May. They responded once and asked for additional information then never heard from them again in February. Then when inquiring on mowing service they didn't respond to a call or text on when they could start.
Very happy with the customer service and appointment time. They did a great job on my yard and would definitely recommend to my neighbors. I appreciate the weekly service appointments I was able to setup. Very professional work.

Great Customer Service!!! The owner of J-House Lawn Care, truly cares about his clients and how their yards look. He is knowledgeable, dependable and very easy to contact, should you need to speak to him about any issue. The owner himself was at my home every week, not just a maintenance crew. I really liked that! We are Senior Citizens. Our property is large and takes a lot of maintenance. The time has come for downsizing. I want to thank Josh and J-House Lawn Care, for taking such good care of our yards and landscaping. I give them a A+ rating!
J-House lawn care is extremely professional, punctual and do amazing work. I called and asked for a quote, they came out the same day and the following morning our lawn was done. So glad to have found them!
So happy with our service. I inquired about getting my front yard cleaned up for a party, and it was done the next day. All my bushes were trimmed immaculately, the grass was cut nicely, and my weeds are gone. Our house looks great, and we will be using this awesome company again.
I have a rental in Fontana and it’s hard to find someone or a company who can work with my needs . J-house lawn has been a pleasure to work with. He is reliable, on time and has reasonable prices. I love the convenience of paying my invoice on line and being able to communicate with him when ever I need. So far my tenants have no complaints. I will continue to use him for all my lawn care needs. Don’t look anywhere else.

J-House is not reliable. I never knew when he was coming or if he was coming. He would text me randomly and say I ll be there to cut your grass. Sometime show sometime not. He would mow and not take out weeds. Very unprofessional.
Unreliable! I didnt know if this guy was going to cut my lawn or not. I got so frustrated trying to chase down this guy! He never answered his texts, calls, or emails. It would be a week and a half or so before I hear something! He says he would cut my lawn and when I arrive to my property, the lawn has not been cut! >:(

Very bad communication skills! I will never refer a friend to Jhouse Simaj! I call him several times and left messages for my lawn to be re-cut again he never answer or return my call. He gave an outrageous price to cut cypress trees.

Awesomeness all around he gets in gets the job done just right and is on his way. I set up auto pay so I don t have to be around when he comes to pay him it just comes out of my account so I can go on about my day and know my lawn is in good hands. He s fast and reliable even in this summer heat. I d recommend him to anyone I know.

Jhosue is the best hands down, super professional, very affordable and the best customer service. I comtacted J-House Lawn care because i have a very steep hill im my back yard that was way over grown including my front yard. I had weeds that had thicker staulk than my rose bushes and the job was done in 2 hours. I have recommended him to friends and family and highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
