My experience with this company was horrendous. Never in my 55 years of living have I experienced something like this. When the guy who cut my lawn arrived, his tone of voice wasn't very nice. I didn't really think anything of it. I just ignored it. After my service, I went around the yard and was doing yard work, and I saw that they missed so many spots. I called, and they wouldn't fix it without me, paying another fee. There was also another time when I used their service, i was getting my trees trimmed, and they left tree trimmings all over the yard, i felt like it was a minor incident so I wasn't gonna make a review. But now that I had their service again, and it was done poorly, i am making a review. I am very disappointed. I will never go back to them again.
Terrible company! The customer service is bad. They messed up my cousins yard and I tried calling and they just hung up on me. I’ve never met a group of such disrespectful people. Not only are they disrespectful, but they are also lazy. My cousin got her lawn sprayed from them for pesticides. And two days later, a bunch of the plants from her flower bed were dead. She put a lot of time and effort in making that flower bed too. She was upset, I don’t know what they did, but it seems like they don’t care. They are a “get the job done” type of people in a sloppy way. They don’t care about the results or any possible damage that can be done to your yard. Please do not get service from this company. I am just warning you. I know a lot of people who have used the service and it was not good. There’s many other companies out there that are a lot better so look into those!
We have had Naturescape spray our yard for mosquito’s for quite a few years now and have been very pleased with the results—with one exception. Our last application was done by a young man who was extremely polite!!! As he was spraying I was impressed as to how fast he could work while still making sure he paid attention to detail! He didn’t miss a single shot in our yard! I thank him for a job well done!! 👍 Yippee, I could work in my flower garden mosquito free!!! Thank you so very much!!!!!!!
Naturescape mistakenly treated our yard for weeds and pesticides. Apparently they were suppose to treat our neighbors! We are beyond livid! We NEVER USE CHEMICALS on our yard. I have a thyroid disease,skeletal issues and asthma. With these health issues, I only use organic methods. I make my own organic pest control solutions and fertilizer using organic compost, our own grass clippings,mulch,goat,cow and chicken manure along with worm castings for our medicinal herbs,fruit trees,bushes and vegetables! For 6 years we worked hard to keep chemicals off our lawn/garden and herbs. I grow herbs to use for pain balms/salves, thyroid support and other numerous issues. I harvest leaves, roots and seeds to make organic teas,tinctures and oils and swap such items for other organic seeds and now cannot even use what I've harvested this spring and summer because idk how often they sprayed! We immediately talked to the worker when we caught him spraying and called the Appleton branch. We have yet to hear back from them. For over 24 hrs we cannot use our back yard,have to have our 11 year old dog use our front yard to go to the bathroom. We've never let our dog urinate on our front lawn due to not wanting OTHER people's dogs following suit!! This is probably the reason why I've been finding dead bees in my yard all summer and birds with deformed beaks. We'll see where this goes.
Signed up for the mosquito spraying and paid in advance for the season. They Haven't been here in almost 2 months. No response since I asked them to come a week and a half ago and they said they would get bsck to me. I can't even sit outside the mosquitos are so bad.
Sadly I don’t recommend this company, at least for lawn mowing. I’ve used this company for years, but have been so disappointed in the service this season that I needed to find someone else. They missed mowing the week before Mother’s Day, so I needed to hire someone else to mow since I was hosting at my home in my backyard. They came the next day on Monday to mow. I wasn’t home and didn’t know they came because my grass was already cut. I called and explained my situation at least 5 times over the course of a month, each time the lady on the phone saying the manager would call me. To this day I have never received a call from the manager. After the 5th phone call to naturescape they finally agreed to not charge me for the Monday after Mother’s Day mowing. They apologized profusely. There was one man that came out the last week in June(I believe) and ended up doing over 2 hours of work, and even did some edging for me because of the slack and poor work done by previous workers. I appreciated his time and he apologized for the service I was given. Since then they don’t come every week even though I signed up for weekly. My lawn always looked a mess after they cut because the grass got so long. The last time I called naturescape asking if they plan on mowing since it had been almost two weeks the lady on the phone said there was no plan to have my property mowed but would put in a note that I called. I feel they quietly fired me(or they are just really unorganized) and decided not to tell me which is so unprofessional. I’ve never been rude or mean to anyone there and any grievances I brought up were legitimate. I will say they were always nice and apologetic and never once was rude to me. Apologies don’t fix the ongoing problem though. It took me awhile to find someone else to mow in the middle of the season since most are booked up, but I did end up finding someone thankfully.
Horrible customer service. They were great at our old house. Took them 30 minutes to spray. Bought new house bigger lawn, they were here a total of 50 minutes for 4 sprays never touching any of the mosquitos. Would say b3 out in 2-3 days, over 2 weeks. Spent over 400 dollars for them to do nothing and now won't answer or return my calls after asking for a refund, I've never recieved. Called a different company, were out the next day, and mosquito free for 3 2 weeks. What a scam
Completely ruined my lawn. Management would never contact you to look at the lawn. Office people on the phone were friendly. They did come back to respray. A competitor stopped in and told me in 10 seconds what Naturescape did wrong and what he would do to fix it which is all I wanted from Naturescape. I hired the competitor. I would never reccomend Naturescape. Notice the rows of crabgrass in the pictures.

Have mowed the lawn 2-3 times in 3 months! Call and don t get any meaningful explanation. Don t use for them for mowing.

The specialist did a great job of maintaining my lawn and controlling my weeds, I would recommend them to my family and friends.
My husband commented to me he noted we had more crabgrass than years before. We have hired Naturescape for approximately 6 years. I noted on my RING cameras the service tech did approximately 250 sg ft. of our 10000 sq. ft. lawn (only the front yard, nothing on side/back yard). I am now wondering how long this has been going on and it would continue if I did not have cameras and bring to their attention? We will be looking for a new company next year. And yes, I did bring it to the companys attention and told they would be back out to take care of it. Edit: Since this review, the issue has been rectified and Craig from corporate office has reached out. I understand the employee was at fault by not adhering to Naturescapes mission to customer service and hope to continue with their lawn care service.
Stopped showing up with zero phone calls or explainations. Cant get ahold of anyone. Will not use them again.
We have been extremely happy with the service they provide. If there is something wrong and you let them know, they will schedule to have someone come out and take care of it. Recently, the person who mows our lawn changed to Kevin. He does an exceptional job! He will mow over an area multiple time to make sure it is cut and all clippings are mulched. The way he trims everything is as if he is edging it too. He is by far, the best mower we have had cutting out grass.
I have asked them repeatedly to spray my whole terrace for weeds and they continually ignore my request. When you call to ask them to come it might be weeks before they come and then they never do the area.
Hasnt rained in weeks, going to rain on Thursday, guess what ?! That is when Naturescape is going to come! Every time!
Great price! Service and quality of service are terrible! Missed spots almost every time. Lawn full of weeds in summer now still haven t had my fall treatment and guess what .snow!! spend the money and go elsewhere.
About five years ago, or longer, we almost destroyed our lawn. Remembering to lay the different applications, hauling the bags, and working that into our work schedule, was exhausting. Naturescape has given us the freedom to enjoy what we have, with a price that compares to what we initially were spending, if we did it ourselves. We are now retired, with two rescue dogs, and having the time of our lives!

They tried to automatically bill me after I canceled their service. They were billing me for things that they never did also.
So far it s great- noticed an immediate improvement after the first application. Signed up for the tree and roots application and are looking forward to seeing the improvement it generates! I live on the ledge and our soil in general is pretty bad ! All I can say is that the jury s out !!

Thus far I have been very pleased to work with Naturescape. Nick has been servicing my yard and Plymouth and he has been very conscientious about staying away from my garden and other edible beds. He has been very courteous to work with and is a likely reason that I would recommend them.
Signed up for spring aeration and first stage of their lawn care program. Aeration was taken care of first with no issues. The employee came and treated the lawn after treating several other neighbors lawns. Shortly after the treatment I started seeing alot of dandelions popping up in my lawn.. neighbors lawns had almost none.. As I mowed I could see the lines where the tech clearly missed his mark.. One side of the line had dandelions and the other side did not. Clearly the application was not done with much care for good coverage. Every time I speak with someone from Naturescape they tell me to call if I am not 100% satisfied so I called. I told them about what I am observing and they tell me that possibly some dandelions germinated after the treatment? huh? Then they said they would come back out to treat the dandelions which are now running rampant... One week passed and no treatment.. Saw the Naturscape tech across the street during that week but no treatment yet. Talked to them again yesterday and now weather precludes further treatment for a couple days.. meanwhile dandelions continue to grow..I relayed my observations about the neighbors yards compared to mine and was told they purchased the whole treatment package..huh? Cant say that I am completely dissatisfied yet but please dont make this blanket statement about 100% satisfaction and continually pound that message if you are not prepared to back it up. Update: received a call from Craig at Naturescape promising to correct the problem. The truck showed up a few days later and reapplied. Dandelions are under control. Thank you and I have updated my review.

We have been using Naturescape for a decade, first for lawncare treatments, and now for mosquito coverage. They are very responsive, and we are happy with the way our lawn looks! Their pricing is very fair.
Im Gregs neighbor. I tried naturescape after 2 neighbors used them. Last summer was my first year. I paid for 5 treatments. Was seeing a lot of weeds so I called and they sent a new trainee to meet with me. I showed her all the weeds and she replied I dont know, Im in training. So this summer I paid for the 5 treatments. I have dead dry spots in my yard and more weeds. Its the worst my yard has ever been. The front was so burned in spots I bought 8 bags of top soil, 3 containers of grass seed at 15.00 each to try and revive my yard. I am very unhappy with my yard and will be looking for a new company. Cant recommend this company.
Poor performance this year! We had tons of weeds and crabgrass growing this year. We used to be very pleased with them, but not sure what happened this year. Poor quality performance and horrible customer service. No one calls you back to see why you arent satisfied.
Tyler was very professional and answered all of my questions prior to my appointment. I had them come out and cut my lawn as well as mulch; I am very pleased with how my yard turned out and will continue to use them for many years to come! Thank you for having great employees!
The mosquito spray worked wonderful I had zero mosquitoes after sprain the home I moved into had no lawn it was almost all weeds they came and sprayed the weeds and as the weeds were dying McGrath started coming up through the weeds it was wonderful

Naturescape products are working quite well but I m not surprised by that I m more pleased with the service I m getting from my service tech Ross. He s getting in areas that other companies techs wouldn t get even though I was paying for . Pretty great service for the price you pay

This year (2019), upon recommendation from a neighbor, we switched from a well-known lawn care provider to Naturescape. We had been very displeased with the service that we had been receiving from the former provider - our neighbors even reported that they would come, ring the doorbell, if no one answered, they would leave notice that our lawn had been done, when in fact it had not! It was with a bit of trepidation that we contacted Naturescape - once burned, twice shy - but any fears were unfounded. They have been VERY professional, proficient and our lawn shows their results! Now, I tell everyone who will listen what a wonderful lawn care provider that Naturescape truly is - thanks!
Ross is very professional. Takes an interest in what he is doing. I believe after showing him the area which is a bit odd, we will finally get our complete lawn serviced. We have been struggling with messages to the office for over a year and ahalf trying togetall of the area service we were paying for but to mo avail. Happy with the teck Ross but the office help leaves alot to be desired when it come either being able to or not interested in trying to resolve our issue of not getting the service we were paying for. Im guessing a simple rectangle lawn would be easier to handle for the office team. All in all Im 5 star happy with the teck and 1 star with there ability to handle a problem the existed for close to 2 years.
Ross Baltz was at our Townhouse complex today. He is very personable and did a great job servicing our lawn. After 4 applications during this season our lawn looks the best it has ever looked. Ross is very conscientious and actually cares about his work and the final result. I appreciate his positive attitude and his caring that the customer is happy with the results. He is an asset to Naturescape!!
Ross came out to do overseeding and aerating. Not only did he do a great job but was also informative on the process and answered all the other questions I had. Would recommend to anyone!!

Originally I had posted not the most favorable review. . . Since then I have spoke with Tyler (local rep) and shortly afterwards his regional supervisor called. Both want to make things right. . .and I am seriously considering renewing my contract for service next season. I am very impressed that both Tyler and his regional supervisor felt it was important to focus on keeping the customer happy. Thank you! :-)

My lawn has never looked so good. My lawn needed a lot of work and just with the Lawn Program, it has improved greatly! I haven had one dandelion. The mosquito control is a life saver to be able to enjoy the outdoors.
Hands down .... They are a pathetic service!
I called to have my lawn taken care of. They said it wasnt long enough, even though I got a notice. I then fired them and they showed up for a lawn spray and charged me anyways. They did write off the charge and send me a $0 balance bill, though. They are unreliable.
AWFUL SERVICE!! There is not a 100% satisfaction. Over 1/2 of my lawn is now dead and will need to be redone. Would NEVER suggest this company for any service!!! Giving 1 star is being way too generous.
