Rick did an excellent job, removing all the cobwebs around the eaves and then spraying throughout the yard. He is also personable and professional.

I switched to EcoGuard about 7 years ago and have not regretted it! They have excellent customer service, their techs are very knowledgeable and they always show up when they say they will. We have had both regular pest services as well as rodent exclusion, and would recommend them without a doubt!

When he arrived to our house for a as needed service, he gave us a courtesy call to let us know he was in route, arrived in minutes and was ready to service our property. He was very thorough and we will continue to request him from here on out.

As promised, they sent a new tech next day and properly cleaned the area, frontyard and backyard. Appreciate Connor for working with me to addressing these issues quickly. Horible service, just had my service done today, the technician did not clean up any webs or spiders. They performed similar low quality job last time and when I complained they will we will do better next time. I dont think there will be no next time.

This place is the worst to be honest nothing but problems and issues the whole time. I guess I got stuck with a year of service from this place but they have techs that will not even come and say they did, I have cameras I know when ppl come. They have giant windows of time they might show up and have you waiting all day and then they never show up? It s crazy I would highly not recommend

Michael came to perform our regular service. It was the last service of the year, we were thinking about cancelling since we werent sure we needed it anymore. We didnt tell Michael this, but he explained his to take care of our field mouse issue, what they could do about the wasps, etc. He was great; knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to talk to. We decided to keep our service because of him.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Eco Guard Pest Management while trying to renew my service. When we mentioned to their representative, Jeff, that the $95 initial visit fee was beyond our budget, he started laughing over the phone. His reaction was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful. Its disappointing to see a company representative respond in such a manner when a customer expresses financial concerns. This experience has left a bad impression, and I will not be continuing my service with Eco Guard Pest Management based on this encounter. Update: However, Anthony called back later to waive the fee, which was a nice gesture. Despite this, the initial experience with Jeff has left a bad impression, and I am hesitant but give a chance with Eco Guard Pest Management based on this encounter. Akoni guided me through the process with diligence and continues to provide ongoing support. His understanding of our current situation has been invaluable, and he consistently exceeded expectations in his role. Akoni truly embodies the companys core values and vision, changing our impressions 180 degrees.

I don t think he did the back yard. I looked on my camera. He arrived at 1150 as I was leaving to drop me son off. I camp back home at 1230 and he was gone. I looked on my ring camera and he left at 1206. That s not enough time to do a thoroughly job for the front, back and sides.

We ve seen a decline in the service and contacted the office. They were very apologetic and offered to come back to re-do the service the following week. Of course, we accepted the offer since the service was not executed, in my opinion, at all. Will continue to monitor going forward. Suggest better training of staff and include random monitoring. Update! After a call back from the Quality Director, I say I m impressed that they take customer satisfaction to heart. Being in the quality arena for 40+ years, I appreciate that they recognized the issue, addressed the issue and did a reset and came back and provided the service we expect every time!

Our technician, Austin, came out for our second scheduled service and did a thorough and professional job ensuring house was de-webbed and sprayed. The technician answered questions and did some additional interior spraying, as requested. However, he placed a hand tank on our carpet, which left a mark. Fortunately, we were able to wipe it out with a carpet cleaner.

We had a different tech on 8/2/24; he was pleasant enough, but we really like Scott. Scott is extra thorough and arrives with the spray already mixed so that he doesnt use our water hose. Our water was used on 8/2 and wasnt shut off. He did call ahead, which is always appreciated.

Because of an issue with rat(s), my home was inspected this morning by Clifford. Clifford arrived on-time as expected. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained what he was looking for and at. He went into the attic space and Facetimed me so that I could see what he was seeing. I received his report of findings almost immediately. Very pleased and very satisfied with the service that I received and look forward to next steps in remediation of issues identified.

I called in EcoGuard after trying for weeks to get rid of an ant infestation during a drought. They got rid of that problem in a day, and since theyve been coming regularly, I havent had any creepy crawlies (and I used to). Tyler always calls to say hes on his way, dusts away my spiderwebs, and even checked my patio umbrella for wasps after he found and got rid of another nest at our house. These guys are great, and whatever product they use smells pleasant and dissipates fast. Highly recommended.

Avoid. They are the first one to respond and provide the worst customer service. They lie about what they offer, what will happen during the appointment, and schedule service visits the evening before as if their customers don t have jobs. I was promised they would schedule ahead of time which has never happened. The technicians are very vocal about how the sales team lies and shares false information, and I wish I known that before I signed. I am actively trying to cancel a service that the tech says I don t need and that I was told would be easy to cancel if that was the case. RUN, DON T WALK. So disappointed.

The EcoGuard technician called ahead to say he was on the way. When he arrived, he put on booties to examine the ant infestation in the kitchen and sprayed under the sink and around counter cabinet base. Then went to spray the entire house and garage perimeter to prevent more ant intrusion as well as to prevent other pests gaining entry. Appreciate having regular service from EcoGuard.

Lost a loyal customer. I previously had EcoGuard help with an insect issue. Since I had great experience with them in the past I contacted them again for another issue. Unfortunately they dropped the ball on several occasions: 1. They did not conduct a comprehensive evaluation. The technician was at our home for about 4 minutes. He said someone else would come out to do a comprehensive evaluation (spoiler alert the person never came out. His brief check in was the report) 2. The second technician was friendly but handed me some pest management traps to set on my own (not my job). 3. I was quoted an initial cost of $150, then they tried to charge me $200. I spoke with a manager who quoted me ballpark $500 for all services including sealing of the house. I later got a quote for over $1,100 4. When I called customer service, they did not pay any attention to the details. The first rep passed me to a second rep. The second rep was friendly and apologized. She passed me to the third rep/ manager. I had to explain my concern three times, they did not communicate to one another and the last manager was oblivious to the concerns and was condescending. 5. Untrustworthy: They gave me inaccurate information with the whole process as well as fluctuating the cost. The last manager said they would offer the client to do some of the work to help set traps do the initial evaluation. Lol. Don t spend your hard earned money here.

I was very happy with Marcos service today. He sprayed around the house foundation, plus around the windows and doors where weve had many more spider webs than usual. Also he provided advice on trapping mice in our kitchen and options for further service if that does not eliminate the problem.
