I am writing a review to try and get someones attention at the company. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for a quote for days. I called twice and left 2 messages and sent an online request from the website. Is this company still in business? I am not sure.

We used Tim to design and install landscaping around our pool. He created a great design that tied the yard together and made the pool feel like a resort. Tim was great to work with and was very responsive and flexible. He was hands on the entire project. I will use him again.

We used Tim Chapman to create a custom stone border around our gardens in the backyard, refresh stone pathways throughout the backyard, and rebuild a walled garden behind our pool. Tim listened to what we wanted to create and made it happen. His crew was professional and hardworking. Tim and his crew also created beautiful landscaping within our gardens, added drains where needed in the garden, and trimmed our trees. Our backyard looks beautiful, thank you Tim!

Premier Lawns designed our front flower beds and built a stone wall. Tim listened to what we were wanting and came up with a design that was perfect for our needs. Beautiful work and very knowledgeable with regard to plants. Very pleased with outcome.

I dont remember where I met Tim, but I remember he is a real hot-head. His crew used to mow a strip of grass that bordered my driveway - it was about 6 feet wide. That is what we agreed upon. I had taken up the grass in my front yard, and replaced with gravel - I had a cactus garden instead of grass. I traveled for a living, and worked hard on my front yard. I kept only indigenous plants out front, so it made my home-life easy, and relaxing. I specifically said I did not want anyone touching the front - that I only needed help with that 6 door strip of grass that ran beside my driveway. I spent hours and hours outside creating this area in my front yard. One day, his crew came to my front door, and when I opened the door, there was his crew pulling up the indigenous plants I had transplanted from different areas in my yard. I was shocked to see my work destroyed and yelled, STOP! DONT PULL THOSE PLANTS UP! I TOLD TIM NOT TO TOUCH MY FRONT YARD!. Later that day, Tim either called me, or dropped by - I dont remember - and told me that no one yells at his crew. Okay, well, if he was a professional then he would have apologized to me for the mistake, and offered to replace. Instead, he fired me as a client! Tim also, talked about buying rent houses and housing his workers and cracked a joke about having his own indentured servants. Why I ever spoke to him again after that, I dont know. It seemed odd to me that when behind their backs, Tim referred to his workers as a form of slave, yet when I had a viable complaint, he discarded me, his customer. I was taken aback by his actions, as he really bent-over backwards for me in the beginning. Whatever. Anywho, I noticed some lovely indigenous plants emerging today, and I thought about that awful experience I had with this business owner. Ick.

This is the second time I have used Premier and again they did a fabulous job! Tim helped me come up with a plan for my back and side yard, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. I also want to compliment the great crew who did all the heavy lifting. They were meticulous in their work and did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. I highly recommend them!

We are so happy with Premier Lawnscapes of Texas. They do such an excellent Job. We have used them for years. Tim Chapman the owner is the nicest ,outgoing, and friendliest guy that you will ever meet. He is also very knowledgeable on the plants and trees.. They also did a concrete walkway in our backyard that we are so pleased with the workmanship. There pricing is also very reasonable. They keep our lawn looking amazing. I been through many bad lawn companies in the past. This company is a for sure keeper. I would highly recommend this company to any one.

I contacted Premier about a project to transform my front landscaping to something that complemented my home while allowing for low maintenance. Tim was highly responsive, captured my desires and provided some expert opinions. When the time came to implement the design, they finished the job in one day through intermittent rain. I will likely be consulting Premier for future home improvement projects and would strongly recommend them.

Tim and his crew recently finished a job for me, and they did a fantastic job. Helped refill eroded soil near the house, redid my back driveway, gave me a beautiful stone pathway, new sod, and a new gate. Communication was excellent! I highly recommend Tim for your next job!

Tim and the guys did an amazing job! Tim was super friendly and had lots of great ideas about the landscaping. They were able to rework our garden irrigation system super fast when we all decided that it needed an upgrade as well. I recently had Premier Landscapes do my backyard. Tim and crew were fantastic to work with on every level. The bid was accurate, they were timely, and the design was perfect for what I was looking for with this project. In the midst of the project my Dad passed away and Tim kept the project going and I came home to a new backyard that my Dad would have loved. I would have given them 10 stars if I could and I look forward to using them on my front yard! I highly recommend their services!!

I ve used Premier for probably 7-8 years. The owner is great at landscaping. I m not the easiest of customer in that realm as I don t like ordinary...and we ve come up with great plans. His crew mowed our lawn for years and did a great job. If there were ever any issues they were addressed quickly.

Premier Landscape has been our goto landscaper for 8 years. They take care of our total yard maintenance, including irrigation and landscaping repairs. Over the years they have completed several projects for us, including stone enclosure for your front beds and landscaping additions to our backyard. Most recently they laid sod, installed new irrigation and landscaping around our pool, as well as built a new wrought iron fence damaged by Texas weather. They are dependable, professional and responsive.

We ve been extremely happy with Premier for past few years! Utilize their services for lawn maintenance (mow and weed control) , installed new sprinkler system, cut down and removed large tree in backyard, and planted new shrubs and mulch in back and front yard. Tim is extremely responsive anytime I call. All the guys are so nice and professional. Always top quality work. Super impressed with this company and highly recommend!

We used Premier Lawnscapes a few years back to do a whole backyard overhaul. They did an awesome job. Part of the project included an outdoor lighting system around the flower beds. Recently a couple bulbs went out and I reached out to Tim, and he replied right away, and was able to help me locate a place to get replacement bulbs. That is what I call good customer service. I highly recommend Tim and his crew.

Tim and his crew did a great job giving our house much-needed refreshed curb appeal. Tim has done other work for me in the past which is why I reached out to him this time. We had our entire front flower beds completely re landscaped including the removal of several twenty-six-year-old Bradford pear trees. Tim and his crew also installed new Shrubbery and flowering plants and some small trees. He also installed Zoysia and st. Augustine grass, and fixed a cracked sprinkler line. I feel like his price was fair and the turnaround time was very reasonable. I wouldnt hesitate to use Premier Landscaping Services again.

Did a large hardscape job and yard clean up. They did a great job, had excellent communication and the result is awesome.

Tim met with us several times prior to a walk-through at the wholesale nursery to look at options. These meetings helped establish our desired outcome and Tim was able to adjust the design to our liking. The removal of old plants and installation of the new plants was efficient and the crew at Premier Landscapes of Texas did a great job. There was no damage due to the careful digging, grinding and planting. Our plantings look like something out of a magazine! We are very pleased with the outcome.

Tim and his crew were amazing to work with. He consulted with me to make sure my ideas wouldn t get myself into trouble, and any changes we needed to make were fair, clear, and timely. The work product itself was even more awesome than the transaction/relationship experience! The guys worked on installing over 3000 pavers in a herringbone pattern and it looks incredible. Retaining wall, grass down, and fixing all my sprinklers, glad I found Tim and his team! PS the crew was also super nice, kept the work area clean, and were very professional. Highly recommend especially for stone and concrete work!

He provided a fair estimate up front and then worked with us throughout the process to stay in budget. The team was professional, the job was completed in a timely manner, but with fantastic attention to detail and everyone was great about cleaning up the job site. We will definitely be contacting Tim and his team again in the future and highly recommend them to others looking for help with their landscaping projects.

We worked with Tim at Premier Lawnscapes of Texas to update our landscaping as well as add custom garden beds and an outdoor kitchen. Tim listened to our short and long term goals for our home and came up with a great plan that his team executed impeccably. In the front of our home, Tim replaced dead trees and bushes with healthy ones that complement the style of our home. He also trimmed trees in our front yard to give them a better shape and promote better long term growth. He added stone borders to our landscaping and tree beds. We really appreciated his understanding of design and how to make all the different elements work together for a cohesive look. We really couldnt have achieved that without his expertise. Tim also made improvements to the landscaping in the back of our home as well as worked with us to design and install custom garden beds and an outdoor kitchen. Again, he worked with us to choose stone that would complement our home and advised on scale of the kitchen. The mason work is a work of art - it is incredibly beautiful and makes me happy every time I see it. Tim worked with our existing irrigation system to integrate irrigation to the garden beds so I can program the beds to be watered as needed. This was a big project for us and we had very high standards...Tims standards were even higher. Tim, thank you for understanding the big picture of what we wanted for our home and making sure every detail was perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend Premier Lawnscapes and know we will be working with Tim again in the future.

Weve had Premier for more than a year now. We chose the Clean Lawn Program where they come year round for mowing, fertilize, flower bed cleaning and maintenance and bi-weekly winter service leaf removal. Its the best value of anything we pay for. The team always leaves the yard looking amazing and they always show up on the day they are supposed to. Its been like clockwork for the past year. I like that you can set up auto-pay each month and you receive an emailed invoice. This service saves me hours of my life each week that I can reinvest with my family.

TERRIBLE experience! Tim came to my home to size a landscaping job (new raised bed with stone border, new tree plus planting, rework of existing beds, fountain installation, irrigation), and he gave me a verbal bid. I accepted the bid and told him I wanted to use him, and was expecting the fountain that was on order in a few weeks. It was important that I had a landscaper lined up to move the fountain to the backyard when it arrived, so I gave him the estimated arrival date. I also asked if I could pick out my tree from the grower with him, and he agreed. A couple weeks before the fountain was to arrive, I texted Tim to suggest that he could do the work in stages, go ahead and plant the tree etc. and not wait on the fountain if that worked better, but he declined saying that he would have to charge more for that. I asked when we could go to the grower. He did not respond. I also had never gotten a written estimate for the $4000+ worth of work, so I texted again a week before fountain arrival to confirm when he could come for the fountain and landscape, and again asked if we could go see the grower over the weekend, and finally asked if he could please send me the estimate he had reviewed with me in person. His curt reply just said that he would have to pass . More jobs had come in and they were booked for the next several weeks. WHAT? He had previously said he would do the work and I was counting on him. I told him I did not understand, that he previously said he would come (And I was clear on the timeframe! I had provided several weeks notice, and we had talked about specific trees and plants and stone). He did not reply. No explanation, no apology. Just left me high and dry. I would NEVER do business with someone who treats their customers like that. He broke a verbal contract, even knowing how important the timing of moving that fountain was. I was baffled as to why he was responsive one week and the next just refused to reply except to tell me he would not be taking the job. He left me in tears, scurrying to find someone who could move a $1300 fountain so it would not have to be left in the street!!!! I have strong words for people like that, but I am too polite to use them. Just stay away from this company unless you are okay with them bailing on you at the last minute without so much as an explanation!

I have use Premier Lawnscapes for bi monthly mowing for the past year. Recently I used them for a major landscape overhaul alongside a outdoor living project. Tim and his crew are honest, friendly, and trust worthy. Service and workmanship is top notch. Pricing is competitive. Would definitely recommend.

Tim and his team did a fantastic job on our pergola, patio and yard and we could not be more pleased. They worked quickly and the quality was top notch. We didn t have too many ideas about exactly what we wanted, but Tim is extremely creative and has a great eye. We highly recommend Premier Lawnscapes for all of your landscaping needs!

I dont generally like to leave negative reviews without specifics, so here goes...When they first started servicing our lawn they did a really great job. Over the last 2 years we have watched their service level fall to a unacceptable level. We contacted the owner several times and over the last few months have been giving him specific details on what was not being done that was part of the contracted rate and was showing up on our bill. He mostly just ignores our calls and texts. Yesterday his response was ... we will cancel your contract. Yep, not a phone call, not a come and see what we were talking about...nothing other than we will cancel your contract. I guess that saved me the time and anguish over having to fire them. What it does tell us that he has lost interest in his company and customers. His crews do not show up as they promised and are nothing more than blow and go. They charge for things that they did not do and when you ask about it, you are ignored and then your contract is cancelled. They have actually destroyed several ground covers and cut the lawn so close it now has bare spots where there is no leaves left on the St. Augustine. A leaf rake was used to rake our flower beds that have ground cover in them and there are no leaves left on it...only stalks. They said they applied pre-emergent to our lawn , but I was present at the time of service and they never did anything other than blow leaves (and all the mulch I had put in the flower beds/tree rings) out of the yard, no one sprayed or spread anything on the yard. It is a shame to see this happen to this company over the last year, but just shows why there are so many new lawn companies popping up all the time.

I called Premier Lawnscapes of Texas to double check if my backyard had proper drainage. Tim was very professional and stopped by the house the next day. He called me when he was at the house and again immediately after he left to tell me his findings. He was very thorough and kindly gave me my options without being pushy (as most companies are). I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a dependable and organized landscape company!
