We had a great experience. The design and construction of our new covered patio and fan with nice woodwork went very well. Excellent communication throughout and they made the process run smoothly. From start to finish , Complete Exterior Solutions was here ! When I mean , “here”, I mean every step that was accomplished from design, to demolition, to pouring concrete, to building an amazing cedar porch covering , electrical , painting , rearranging irrigation and adding zones ,and landscaping was checked and double checked . Hardworking crews and project managers (Carlos and Justin )were on site and always available for questions and concerns . We LOVE our sanctuary now ! Thank you for resurrecting a tired old backyard . Complete Exterior Solutions did an outstanding job from the beginning to the end. They built a detached covered patio, with a walkway from our home, that included a kitchen area and bar, as well as a slatted wall with a solid area for a TV. The flooring is pavers. We also had them put in stone edging in our front garden. After our first meeting with Clint and Rance, we decided we wanted to work with them and chose to pay for a visual plan to view prior to hiring them for the job and it was worth it. We would highly recommend it. The visual plan truly gives you a very accurate vision of what to expect. Having a visual that you can digitally work with to achieve that perfect patio is fantastic. We were truly amazed at how it looked like our end product. From our first meeting in their office, and throughout the entire process, they listened to everything we said we wanted, offering great suggestions along the way. The attention to detail and communication to us was top notch. Their crew of workers were highly skilled and we were very impressed watching them through every step. It was obvious that Complete Exterior only hires those that are honed in their craft. Carlos, their construction manager, was excellent. He communicated with us daily and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We now have a gorgeous patio and stone edging in the front of our home that both complement our house beautifully. The salesman Clint Rupp and his team did an outstanding job with our pool area renovation. They communicated with my wife and I every inch of the way. They were flexible as we made changes on the fly and we really appreciated their advise and quality workmanship.

Complete Exterior Solutions helped us create a wonderful back yard space. We talked to 3 companies as we planned this project and Complete Exterior Solutions presented the most professional plan. They installed an outdoor kitchen, created a new patio area and walkway, installed a new drain for the yard, and refreshed the backyard landscaping. We were impressed with the entire process - from initial project planning documents (including a detailed budget and illustrated view of the final project) to the daily texts of the work to be done, and the daily in-person check-ins with our project manager. We were also impressed with the care and quality of the stone and concrete work as well as the landscaping crew - great care was taken to make sure everything was level and their attention to detail was great. When the crews would finish a day of work, they would tidy up the area and remove the debris. Everyone we worked with was friendly, open to answer any questions, and patient as we tweaked parts of our plan as they were working. We would definitely recommend their work!
