They are professionals and will get the job done

We have used this service for several years. The main issue is it is inconsistent because it depends which workers actually do the job, and they rotate a lot. But I have grown tired of them bringing in a huge machine that in my small backyard lawn simply is too much to handle without ruining plants that happen to be in their way, pots, etc. The cut grass is scattered all over the place, there is no attention to detail. Time to make a change

Welcome 2021 and welcome back to LeVans lawn care. This is my 2nd year with LeVans and I am thankful for the peace of mind I get knowing that when I arrive home from work this spring - my lawn will be neat, tidy, free from desbris and limbs. I like paying my bill over the phone - its quick and easy. Lastly, I am thankful that this lawn service is affordable. Having LeVans lawn service is a present to myself - all I have to do is enjoy my lawn.

My yard is so super sexy now. With my bush neatly trimmed i cant keep all the boys off my grass with their milkshakes.

ZERO STARS...Do yourselves a favor and read all the negative reviews about this company before you hire them because theyre all true. Rude staff, poor customer service and overall horrible service. After multiple visits from this company I had to finally cancel their unreliable service. After complaining about the same problems several times after each cut this company failed to correct them. The first cut I received from them was great but every visit after that was a horrible experience. Do the smart thing and avoid this company at all cost.

Ive been using this service for years now . Tommy and his helper, work wonders to my lawn. Bill and Toni who i believe are the owners, go above and beyond to make my lawn care needs happen! If i have a party on Friday they make sure a crew shows up before the party and gets the job done. If you live in North County you use Levans Lawn @ Land ...PERIOD

If I could give 0 stars I would. Used them to do front grass they cut it so fast that they missed so much the middle I couldnt even tell it was cut! The only thing they didnt miss was my 18 inch tall moon hibiscus tree that I have been babying for 2 years! Ran right over it and chopped it to the ground! 30 bucks right out the window!

I paid $100 to cut my rental property.. and they did a awful job .. there was grass all over the neighbors driveway and up against the house and they left a big path 8 x10 grass in the back yard I give zero stars

Unfortunately the plaza I work at hires this company to mow the grass within the complex and one of their careless mowers completely covered my truck in grass clippings and whatever else their mower threw out. I work in an industrial area where there are plenty of rocks and other kinds of debree laying around in the grass. He couldve just as easily mowed in the other direction to shoot the grass out to the otherside but I guess that wouldve been asking too much. The assistant manager I spoke with was very understanding and polite and said she would pass the message on to the owner. Their workers negligence is completely unacceptable. If this is a reflection of the service this company offers than I would not recommend this company at all.

Great service from everyone. My yard never looked better. The women in the office were so courteous to me especially the one named Toni, shes great.

While I was at work, the crew that cuts grass for LeVans broke my neighbors car window (he was home at the time and saw it). Rather than be responsible, they took off in their truck and fled the scene. When I got home, my neighbor asked for their contact info to see what could be done. At 1 PM, he was told a truck is on its way. I called around 2 PM and was told a truck is on its way. My neighbor called later in the day. . .you guessed it, a truck is on its way. I called at the end of the day and got voice mail. I asked for a call the next morning explaining to me what happened. No call. I proceeded to call; the phone rang 30+ times and finally someone answered and yes, the truck was on its way. I told them they had 20 minutes to call me back or I was calling my local police department to file a damage report. Twenty minutes passed and I called the Bridgeton Police who were outstanding in helping me navigate what my next steps were. One officer called LeVans and burst out laughing. He looked at me and said, guess what she said. . .a truck is on its way. LeVans at one time was a good business. No more!

They never showed up to cut my grass after 3 weeks went by so i cancelled service and had someone else cut my grass but levans still sends me a bill for a service they never did

This place is terrible. Grass is completely uneven, and my yard was even bald in a few spots where they went too low with the weed eater. And god forbid you have your car parked anywhere near grass cause they will cover it with stuff shot out from their mower. Only had my car a few months and they covered it in grass. Worst company Ive ever seen

I had LeVan cut my lawn for several years with no problems. The cutters did a good job. That led me to believe their landscaping department would also do a good job. Big Mistake! They charged $2000 to tear up my front lawn with a Bobcat, making deep ruts, saying the grass seed they spread (and ran out of before they were finished, according to another worker) would cover the ruts. It never did! They moved my own used accordian-type drain from the backyard to the front to use for the drain needed there. When it came time to pay for the mess, they suddenly wanted a check instead of a credit card, like we had initially agreed on. I later complained to the owner who said he would come fix the problems himself. I waited for over a year and he still hasnt shown up or called. I would never hire this company again. I gave them one star for the cutting service, which I no longer use.

I requested a quote on Monday and was told I would get one. Today is Wednesday and I have called twice trying to see if i would receive a quote. I was told that she would call me right back. Needless to say that I have yet to receive a call. The lack of urgency for a customer service failure that can easily be turned around makes me question if I even still want to do business. I tried to overlook negative comments that were left and see for myself....well I do see for myself. For some reason when it comes to customer service towards one another. we simply drop the ball.

Over the years Ive had Levans manage the lawn maintenance prior to selling and have always been pleased with the quality and price of work Ive received. The owner, Bill is my go-to for lawn maintenance, mulch, or clean-ups.

We had nothing but good experience from this company with snow removal and grass cutting. To be billed by a company after doing the job is rare and so convenient.

Horrible service. Customer service is very poor and rude. Was charged for trees that were allegedly cut down but theyre were none to cut down. Did not do anything but cut grass and destroy my door to my privacy fence and blamed it on my dogs that have not done any damage to the fence since its been up, only until they started cutting my grass the damage were present. When asked to fulfill what was asked during my quote I was told an entire different number by 2 different people. If you live in florissant I would not recommend them at all. Very poor service. Not to mention the time the guy was cutting my grass and I came home to his kids jumping on my trampoline. Not very professional.

Did not cut an overgrown area near my house that I SPECIFICALLY requested for them to cut!!! Ended up cutting it myself. The ONLY reason I had for their service and still left with the bill and rude customer service.

Great place some crews are better then others but all n all goid quality all around.
