Green Dream Lawn Care provides quality service for a fare price. Their personnel are very qualified and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!
TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND QUALITY OF WORK. My grass got overgrown because my lawnmower broke, so I called these guys. I told them my grass was overgrown but they still only quoted me 50$. I leave my gate to the backyard locked. The day after I approved the quote they came out and cut the grass but they gave me no notification that they were coming out, so I didn’t unlock the gate for them while I was off at work. I didn’t find out they were cutting my grass until they called me while I was at work saying they couldn’t get into the backyard. I was unable to go home to unlock the gate for them so we agreed coming back the next day was fine. I get home to find grass clippings all over the yard and they weed whacked the weeds in my mulch beds where there are trees growing and got mulch all over the place. Then I check my bank account to find a $70 charge from them when I was quoted $50 NOT $70. I check why it was more and they charged extra for it being overgrown. I get why it would cost extra but at least let a brotha know you’re charging extra or charge me the price you quoted me for, and if you’re going to charge extra for it being overgrown then shouldn’t you blow off or pick up the lawn clippings for that extra cost?
We have used Georgetown lawn and the have done a fantastic job. Just recently they trimmed hedges and laid a bunch of mulch. The prices very very reasonable to say the least.
I had several bids to install about 1000 sq ft of sod. GLC was about the same as the others. But, their rep came out and really impressed me with his professional presentation and knowledge. The rain held them back a week or so, but they kept in touch and rescheduled as soon as possible. The install went quickly and they even removed a few stone steps I wanted to take out. Great communication and service.
I setup service with Georgetown Lawn Care and things were going fine for awhile, but then they all of a sudden just stopped coming when scheduled. I emailed them and they got me back on schedule, but they came one time and that was it. 2 months later, I ask if they can get me scheduled this week, and they say I have an outstanding invoice. No problem, I login to their client portal, add a card, pay the outstanding invoice that I didn't even know I had, and then I get a follow email saying the invoice has been paid but they are removing the card on file and will not do business with me going forward because the invoice had gone unpaid for 2 months and I didn't respond to any calls from them. I never once received a phone call or an email or a text. Had I known there was an outstanding invoice, I would have paid immediately, just like I did today when made aware. But while I am here writing this review, I might as well lay out my other complaints. Communication with these guys SUCK. I have two dogs and have requested multiple times they let me know when they are coming so I can bring my dogs in so they can get to the backyard. That was fine at first but they started dropping the ball. If they sense the dogs outside, they won't knock on my door or call me, they'll just ignore the backyard and charge full price still to only do the front. I don't know why it seems so hard to get them to communicate with you. I will gladly give my money to a business that deserves it.
The team are very polite. The owner is very meticulous with his employees. If he sees that there are spots in mowing that they could have done better. He sends them back out. I’ve been using them now for almost 2 years and I am extremely impressed the appointment scheduler I apologize I can’t remember her name, but she is very accommodating and if she doesn’t know the answer to the question she’ll find out and respond in a timely manner. Great job.
I called and spoke with Veronica who seem to be extremely nice and helpful and I was very excited to get an estimate or at least to get my yard done within this week, but I can’t seem to get back in touch with her and their voicemail box is full. I fully expected to have their services and was excitedt because I see their services being advertised at my gym. However, no one‘s calling texting or contacting me back. I’m very sad that I’m not able to use this company as I wish I could that is why I have provided the rating that I have. If I could be contacted back then I might change it as they seem very nice and fair.
The lawn care I received for weed control and fertilizing was good. But communicating with the office is nearly impossible. I've called and left 4 messages during business hours, over the course of a week, and have yet to receive a return phone call. I have even tried to contact the technician on his personal phone, and have not received word back. My inquiries are not in the nature of a complaint, but questions regarding additional services. In addition, the services are not cheap. But I did receive good results. It's just that you cannot communicate with anyone in the "office", should you have questions about services or billing.

Horrible. Not reliable. No communication. You ll be on their schedule for weeks and they can t make time for you and will not even communicate that to you. Don t waste your time. Don t recommend.
Our technician, John D., has done a fabulous job of turning our struggling lawn from a yellowish color to a very beautiful and luscious green!
This is one of the professional company in the Georgetown and Liberty Hill area. They are very prompt and responsive. I never had any questions regarding my yard.
They no showed on Wednesday and No showed on Thursday. I text them on Friday asking if they were coming. They said they didnt come yesterday (Thursday). I was nope. I said flowerbeds still full of weeds and yards not mowed. They said they would be there sorry that they would talk to the guys again and then asked if I could clean after my dogs. I said I do every Wednesday and try, but with their nonconsistency its hard to keep up. They havent been consistent in months and I have delt with it. Again no showed on Friday. I text, I emailed, no response. If there was an issue never addressed anything with us. The guys have been doing a bad job from mowing to weedeating for weeks, but I havent said anything just hoping they would get it next time, but no. Started paying more for weeds and they havent done anything to control them. From service to communication has been horrible. They were good, but definitely went down hill. Very sad, so now I have to find someone else and will not recommend them. Im sure they could care less since they dont communicate or care about their customers, apparently they have plenty of business. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and to be treated like this is very upsetting.
They do such a great job. No hassle and consistent. They say and do what they say and will do. I highly recommend this company. I had to go through several local businesses before I came across this local company and I am sticking with them for now!

Have know them for years! Very knowledgeable about what they are doing, especially plants. They helped me pick out some flowers and plants, as well as landscaping my mothers yard. Looks incredible now, they are very responsive, I highly recommend!! I will keep using them for all my lawn care needs.

This was the first year I did not cut my own grass. I watched the other lawn companies cutting my neighbors yards and I was not very impressed with the job they did. One evening while shopping, I spotted the Georgetown Lawn Care truck and thought, what the heck I will give them a call. I am glad I did. The crew treats my lawn the way I did when I was cutting it. Only they do it in half the time...Heck I like them so much I gave away my lawn mower and gas can. Thank You GT Lawn Care. I think we have a long term business arrangement.

My lawn went from looking very dry, thin and brown to a lush green without weed and disease. We also treated for grub worm and red ant and it has worked great!

This is my initial review, not yet having seen the service, will amend appropriately! We were provided fully detailed quotes of exactly what they would be doing and a breakdown of those costs. Exceptional customer interaction/service and 100% friendly! I would recommend this service to anybody in the area for being both fair and good! Dont hesitate to give them a call for you home or business!
Great job trying to keep my lawn weed and pst free.
I have used Armando for going on two years now. The has helped me several times, the most recent being cutting up and hauling off many limbs that fell recently in the ice storm. He put down extra sod after we moved into our new home and he currently cuts our lawn on a regular basis. He came and replaced some busted sprinkler heads for us as well. You won t hear any complaints from me. I think I am going to use him this year to treat our lawn for weeds. A+++++ from us!
Armando and team are awesome. They replaced our Bermuda grass with Zoysia Palisades and did a fabulous job! His follow up was great and delivered on all his promises...very responsible! Would recommend him to anyone.
Ive been a customer for over a year now, and Georgetown Lawn Care has exceeded any expectations I couldve had. They do a great job, they work extremely quick, they are respectful to my property and best of all they own up to any mistakes they make. I hope they continue to grow!
They were very responsive and sent someone out to do an estimate the same day I reached out. They have been doing a great job keeping our yard looking great. They also cleaned out our front flower beds when we were getting ready to re-do some landscaping. We have over an acre, and they gave us a very fair price.
Armando with Superior Landscaping has been servicing our lawn since Sept.2018. The scope of work they have performed has included weekly lawn mowing/weed eating, mulching the flower beds and installing river rock along a driveway. To date, we have been extremely pleased with the service they have provided. The one suggestion I would recommend is to have clearer communication should there be a postponement of a scheduled landscape service due to inclement weather.
Did a spectacular job at trimming up our trees. Very professional. Highly recommend.
