Used this service for 4 years now, lawn has never looked better. Technicians are efficient, good at hitting the weeds. They come back to hit any weeds still standing whenever I‘ve needed them to, and my lawn is greener than my neighbors. Just started with their mosquito stuff last year too and it works great. These are photos. I just took today Sunday and it shows the progression of my lawn since it was treated by weed man. The end of May. It is now June 26th and my complete lawn is dead. Weed Man Flint treated my lawn the last week of May. They were to apply fertilizer for $29 however, they left and came back and applied a second service the same day. I received 2 bills totally $89. When I called I was told they porvided double service and that was my bill. Since the day they treated my lawn it started to die. I called them on June 10 and I was given the run around. Later that day 2-Senior reps came out, I believe Travis and Dillon. They agreed this was chemical burn as they walked around picking up tufts of grass and making eye contact with each other. I was promissed if I gave them a chance to make it right, they would be out later in the week to start working on it. I called on 06/16/2024 and after I stated my name they pretended not to hear me and hung up. I called again and they changed the story to they will be out with a fungus treatment this week. Today is 06/26/2024 and no one has shown up. I called today and was hung up on. I called back and got Dennis who also wanted to play games. I have photos showing the progression of damage. Dennis encouraged me to reach out to the owner Jenn and Marni, so I did and I am still waiting for a response. He also encouraged me to contact the news and file in court for sod. I intend to do so. Today I filed a complaint with the BBB along with with Google, Facebook and LinkedIn. Can someone please ping me. I have high dollar Met Life legal coverage and could use some direction obtaining an attorney. I continue to take photos of my dead lawn.
