Great Lakes Landcare in Flint

Asked if I could reschedule due to the weather conditions, and I didn’t think I was going to get my yard needed and they told me that I would have to pay a fee to reschedule without a notice. (Mind you I called as soon as they opened) so I decided to just go through with the appointment considering they couldn’t be accommodating towards something that was out of my control. And then when they came to my home, there was a lack of professionalism. They walked into my backyard before knocking on the front door. I asked them if my pets needed to be taken for walks after the fogging so they don’t get sick, they told me they’d be fine and now my dogs have had diarrhea ever since their visit. Then when I called the office to speak with someone they put me on hold, make me wait and then hang up the phone. I’d definitely chose ANYONE but these guys.
