They are great to deal with onsite, and do a great job on my large country lawn. But the office staff is rude and nasty. Customer service skills make life much better than there are misunderstandings with your clients.

Living in Whisperwood in Fenton, Mi.has been a most wonderful experience. Our condo development is located in a quiet, serene and beautiful location surrounded by a wooded area. The landscaping is lush in the summer months and scenically white in the winter. Atlas, our landscaping company, has kept our development pristine in all seasons for many years by the hard work of Tim Babcock, one of their faithful and hardworking managers. Sam Gambel runs an outstanding company that has grown remarkably over the years.

I just saw the work of Joshua Beeler at the dumpster area behind Dollar Tree on Lapeer rd! What an amazing transformation! Dude! You are one absolutely, fantastically hard and talented worker!!!!! A pleasure to meet you and tell you what an excellent job you did!

Fiddler Grove HOA asked Atlas to install 450 of 2 irrigation line. They were on time, Lee and Leon were on site attaching the new line to our existing system, repaired leaks from our current system were skilled , courteous and completed the project on time, on budget and done right. These people are terrible. Always in a bad mood when they come mow our complex in Davison. At Stratford. Today though really pissed me off. I m coming out on my way to work. Seen a kid on a mower at a distance & he sped up just to mow by me and spit grass at me. Then as I m pulling out another kid is weed whacking everyone s back tires. No respect. Absolutely no respect for the people that live here or our vehicles.

What a wonderful company to do business with!! They have mowed my yard, as well as several others in my neighborhood. This year I added treatment of my lawn for fertilizer a d weeds, had landscape stones brought in, and they did a beautiful job! Josh took care of our irrigation system!! And FRANK....if you are lucky enough to have Frank mow your lawn, you are lucky enough!! He even brings my trash cans back up to my house!!

We called Atlas to help fix our sprinkler system after a driveway installation. They fixed what we knew was broken and found addressed some other issues. The team was professional and friendly and set us up with a working sprinkler system. We will be repeat yearly customers for set up and shut down.

As a resident of Mallard Ponds Condominiums, I see the hardworking team who regularly work to keep our community yards and grounds looking good. I had a chance to talk with Dre today - he was mowing and I was filling my bird feeders. He waited for me to finish and chatted for a minute. He could not have been nicer and all other interactions with Atlas staff have been positive. Very professional company.

I live in a community (Chatwell Club in Davison) that Atlas Outdoors cuts and has in the 2 years Ive lived here. Coming from someone that personally has 12 years in the career they do a terrible job prolly one of the worse Ive seen. Last year they blew grass into my house when my girlfriend was walking out the door. Then then didnt even whis or cut all the grass around our building in front of our house. Left grass on the side walks. Then today being the first cut of the season theny didnt even cut the grass in front of our building. Not a very professional company if you ask me. I hope we dont pay them a lot. I have pictures to prove it all. Then a guy walks by my house with a blower like what are you blowing off nothing got cut or trimmed

Atlas provides services to our apartment community for all seasons. Nick is patient with snow removal, allowing us to move vehicles and get everything out of his way. Dre is doing a great job getting the lawn in tip top shape for summer! You can tell he cares about the work his crew puts in! Thanks for all you do to keep us and our residents happy!

The sales guy named david burton is highly unprofessional and very rude. I got sent a quote for mosquito spray and was pleased at first and wanted to persue a few days later with the quote provided by email. When i emailed him back to start the service i got a other quote send to me at a higher rate and i reported i already had a quote provide and had it in my email, then he said that was only good if i got fertilizer done to and i said i never inquired about that service just the mosquito sprag as we discussed in many emails, he then raised at me on the phone and said if i wanted the service at that price i should of signed up at that point and would not honor it just the increased quote. Will never use them! Gladly taking my business elsawhere.

We stopped in to chat with Atlas Outdoors today and every employee we got to talk to, was amazing. If you are looking for outdoor hardscaping projects or lawn maintenance, Atlas Outdoors will meet every expectation!

The employees and the way they drive represent the company and some of them are very aggressive drivers towards others in smaller vehicles in bad weather. I experienced an aggressive driver within this company and I had to stop in the middle of holly rd just to get away from this person driving reckless around me for many miles.

Was being tail gated by one of their trucks by a man named James. He followed me into a parking lot trying to fight before speeding off. I have not used this company but would never recommend them based off of who they allow to represent their company.

We at Brookwood Village have, so far, has an awesome experience working with The A Team Travis and his team are very responsive and supportive. It s been a breath of fresh air having someone give us the attention and care our once neglected pool/spa and equipment room needed. Travis always educated us on what we need and why and how things function. He is very responsive and shows up exactly when we need him to get the job done! We are excited to grow together and learn from Atlas and their team to keep our pool and spa Open, clean and maintained appropriately.

From Travis quoting the job Dave figuring out logistics to ( and I cannot stress this enough) Junior, Gage and Allen being the boots on the ground. Tom got me set up with the resources I need to get the job done without pushing unwanted services on me. Tom went above and beyond by calling a couple different specialist to make sure we were on the right track and even put me in touch with one of his contacts . Atlas Outdoors is a very well run business. The most professional landscape and hardscape company in the industry.

My sprinkler system was not working properly and water was spewing from the pressure breaker outlet when I tried to turn the water valve on. Josh came out to look at it and did a fantastic job. Not only did he fix that issue, but he also checked all the sprinkler heads and even got one to work that I thought was broken! While he was checking them, he also noticed that I had some exposed wire from an electric dog fence I had installed a few days beforehand. He put flags around it and let me know, which I thought was super thoughtful and very much appreciated! Before heading out, he made sure to set the auto timer for the sprinklers and showed me how to set/change it, talk about a full service experience! Thanks so much Josh, really appreciate it. This is the best lawn service I have ever had. Atlas pays attention to detail where other lawn crews complete a job as fast as they possibly can. Chad, who cuts my lawn every week, is detailed, listens to my requests, and cuts my lawn to perfection. We use Atlas Outdoor for all of our outdoor maintenance work. They do excellent work when mowing and fertilizing our lawn. The grass is greener on our side of the fence! They are prompt and very efficient when it comes to salting and plowing our driveway before any customers show up. It is wonderful not having to worry about our grass getting cut or our driveway getting plowed or our sidewalks shoveled and salted. Lee Duncan who is our winter guy is the best! We had our pool and patio installed by Atlas Outdoor and they did a phenomenal job. The team doing the install was helpful, responsive, and considerate of needs. The options they had for everything for the pool and patio far exceeded what other companies offered. The final product was amazing and our whole family loves swimming and enjoying the new space. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have anything done on your outdoor space.

Wow- we ve used Atlas for lawn, snow removal - and spectacular Christmas lights! - for 15 years but this year we transferred our entire garden bed maintenance and irrigation over to them as well. Our yard was looking pretty bad after a few years of deterioration. Bobbi did a walk through and we discussed the whole property- a huge team of hard workers came out for two straight days and pruned, planted, mulched- I was so impressed with the quality of the work and the efficiency. They really know their stuff. I did not have to second guess them at all. Could not be happier with Atlas, I love my garden again. Thank you!

Worst lawn care/snow removal company we have had in our condo neighborhood. Rush thru and do very poor quality work. The only time they trim the yard is if you complain. They tear the yard up when they mow, they plow the yards up when they do snow removal. We are told they will fix anything they tear up THAT NEVER HAPPENS!!! This is the company our HOA has hired. We get no choice. If I had a choice I would never hire ATLAS OUTDOOR!!!

I live in Thornridge apartments. I m no expert but snow plow trucks shouldn t drive 40mpg in a parking lot. Also came inches from my car and I had to swerve over so I didn t get hit while a mountain of snow crashed into my car. Absolutely ridiculous

Atlas completed our backyard Oasis in fall 2020. We were BEYOND happy with how our backyard / pool turned out!! From the start Sam and his entire team communicated everything with us step by step. Anytime we had a question Sam or one of the team members answered us within minutes or hours! We are so thankful for how everything turned out. We have been creating so many amazing memories with our family and friends. We also wanted to give Travis a massive shout out ! He helps us maintain our pool during the season. We couldn t have a functioning pool without Travis haha! We Love atlas !!!

One of their drivers almost ran me off the road and caused me to get into an accident. Extremely rude. If they can t drive professionally why would I trust them with my Landscaping?

Last year I used them the first time I was double billed and they took care of it the second time was to start the sprinkler system and replace a couple broke heads and the tech called me the day of the appointment and rescheduled me he did that 5 days in a row before finally coming. I called and made an appointment to have my sprinkler system blown out for the winter the appointment was for the 17th I stayed home from work never received a call and nobody showed up I called atlas yesterday and left a mesaage and when I received a call back today I was told they were there waited 10 minutes and left that is a lie I was home all day and I was out in my garage cleaning it waiting for them all day with the door open and her response was dont yell at me thats what they said lol I did not yell I was telling her they lied to them and her attitude was more like she didnt care AT ALL. So I will no longer use this company and I will no longer recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I have nothing but awesome things to say about everyone at Atlas! We had them design and install a new paver patio, a gas firepit, a stone seating wall, a new sidewalk, all new landscaping, and all new exterior lighting. From start to finish, they were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were in regular communication every step of the way, on time, creative, knowledgeable, and so professional. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately. They went out of their way to help us hunt down a certain set of pavers at the start of our project, which we appreciated so much. The design Travis came up with is just beautiful and beyond anything we could have imagined. Brandon and his crew were great to work with, as well as being very fun and kind. Everyone involved made sure we were happy with the project, every step of the way. We have never worked with a better landscaping company and would recommend them to anyone!

Trees were not dug and planted deep enough. Half the mesh bags are showing and above ground level. Not sure they will survive per other landscaping companies called and looked at because no one at Atlas would return emails to come out and look at them.

Great landscaping company to work with

One of their snow plow drivers hit my car while I was in the parking lot leaving work one day. The driver was very flakey and started acting like he was going to run after we called the police. They presented outdated insurance when asked for it. This was the day before my birthday in November. $3,000 worth of damage. I was not able to see my family for Christmas or afford to have Christmas dinner either. Every time I see the driver in the parking lot now he yells out of the window at me laughing. I am upset by this every day still...

This place is very good at what they do

I should have taken a photo of my lawn to go along with this post. I have used Atlas for three years now, but the quality of their work is no longer up to the standard of previous years. I placed a call wanting a manger or owner to come to my home to take a look at my lawn, nobody showed or called me back. Not sure what is going on with this company, but I will no longer be using their services.

Atlas Outdoor always does a great job every time they have been to my home to mow and trim my lawn and ditch. The employees are always very nice and very careful. They treat you kindly and do a meticulous job! I am 100% happy with them and I recommend Atlas Outdoor very much to everyone! I will always use them for all of my landscape needs!

Expensive but real excellent work

I wish I could post the pictures with this review of how my car looked after Atlas got done mowing around it. Not only was it covered in grass, dirt and debris but they hit it with the actual mower. Not a very good company if they cant train their people to NOT point the mower deck at a car or give the proper clearance while mowing around a parked vehicle. Of course when confronted about it, they denied it and said it looks like you ran over a cone on the highway Not only are their employees dishonest but so is their management and owner.

Did a good job with mowing, but they rush through their work. I pointed out that their roll bar on mower frequently broke branches on many of my new trees. They also ran over a 3 tall lilac bush. They promised to take care of it, but never followed through. Disappointing.

Ive worked with Atlas Outdoors with their work on some of our Condominium Properties. Atlas has been great to work with. Tom is the head of the mowing division and is quick to answer any problems or issues that arise. Sam is the president of the company and is always more than willing to meet with me or the communities that we work with. If we have ever wanted something corrected or changed they make sure it is corrected. Communication is a key component in our business and they make that piece very smooth and easy. Ive gotten several positive comments from our residents in our associations on the work that they do as well. Great company!

In 2015 I hired Atlas to cut our grass due to health issues and weve been very happy so far! Its been about 2 years and we still have the same crew leader Dave at our house on the same day every week which is so nice for us. They do a nice job every time, Thanks Dave!

Sam and his crew are the best! Great people, great work, great pride in workmanship. Atlas Outdoor has done several projects for us over the past year - some small, some very large. Each time the work was done timely, efficiently and expertly. We received the same excellent care whether the job was to just cut our lawn or install all new landscaping at our new building or create a beautiful waterfall on our pond.
