I hired Carrega to install an underground gutter drain and add dirt/soil to level the low spots in my front yard. They did a very good job. Very professional, easy to communicate with, and took precautions to avoid underground cables (turned out wasn’t any issue but they were careful nonetheless). Price was reasonable as well. Very happy with their work.
Tore out and replaced our outside basement access which was collapsing in. Carrega got the work finished in 2 days! They left the area cleaner and better looking then when they arrived! Their crew is efficient, polite, hard working and do a terrific job. They also automatically used the leftover gravel from doing the drainage pipes to fill in bare areas of our gravel driveway which was a plus! The owner Alex responds quickly, gave an immediate (well priced) estimate and stays in communication about when they're starting, how long, etc. The overall experience was great and I will not only use them again for any future needs, but highly recommend them to anyone I know looking to get work done. 3 pics from before and 3 pics after of their great work! I contacted Alex regarding a paver landing that was falling apart. He replied to my message within the hour and came to look at what work needed to be done. He provided an estimate within days and his team came out within a week to do the repair. They removed all loose pavers, and re sanded the entire landing. Its as good as new. Cost estimate was very resonance. Very responsive and excellent work. I have no hesitation to use them again and will be using this company for additional work.

Alex has done a wonderful job with my yard taking care of it cutting the grass at a time I like. He has also done my mulching for the past 2 year and it looks wonderful. Lastly he added a nice pond in my back yard and a patio. He s a young respectful man who will take care of your house like it s his. Highly recommend, cheap and well worth it.

This can be challenging as it gets s an unusual lay out and we share part of our yard with a neighbor. I have found Carrega Properties to be kind and open to hear any issues I had.
