When hired, we did a walk through with the proprietor naming all the concerns we had and was told they would all be addressed, including our beds, trees and shrubs. Their lawn service is as good as any for mowing, edging and hedge trimming, but we never fail to have to request that the ginger and crepe Myrtle s be trimmed off in the dormant season take care of the weeds and vines on the fence. They will take care of it if reminded

Its easy to do the right thing when someones watching. It shows integrity when you do the right thing when you think no one is watching. The team had come to service my lawn and had run out of weed killer which they use to keep my rock beds looking good. Instead of waiting until the next time they come he picked them by hand. I seen it on my ring camera. Thats not only excellent service but integrity. He couldve just pushed the rocks over the weeds an moved on. We recently purchased a house in Mandarin that was everything we wanted inside, but aside from the fence, the backyard was almost to the level of being an eyesore. Exposed Oak Tree roots, weeds, and a blank concrete slab (the only useful part of the yard). I messaged Bryan, he met me and we discussed options. He had a great idea of partial landscap rock/slate for the area we wanted to have some seating/gardening...and sod for the rest. Their quote was very detailed, and we okd the work. They showed up and got everything done in 2 days, absolutely perfect flattening of soil and laying of sod, and the landscape rock area is better than I imagined. All for a VERY reasonable price vs. what we had done at our place in Fernandina Beach. I HIGHLY recommend Bryans Landscaping.

My husband and I wanted to have our backyard sodded but we ve never had it done before, so we had no idea where to start. After calling around to ask questions from different companies I googled, I literally lucked out when Bryan answered the phone! I knew immediately that Bryan was our guy! His patience and sincerity in addressing my concerns was noticeably genuine and I could tell that he wanted to be sure I was fully informed and comfortable with whatever decision I decided to make- whether I chose his company for the job or not. The timeframe he provided to come out to give an estimate was very reasonable and he arrived in a timely fashion. He stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process and his promptness boosted my confidence in his ability even more than it was already! His quote was budget friendly and the timeframe set forth to start the job was also within my expectation. HOWEVER, A few days before the appointment day, we began to have really, REALLY bad weather-(it s hurricane season) bummer right?? I received a call from Bryan saying he could still do the job as scheduled IF I wanted, but he would recommend we wait until the weather cleared up a bit and the ground dried out some to increase our chance of success (he even went into detail to explain what could happen if the ground was too wet during the installation) while that phone call was a little disappointing because I was so excited with anticipation to see green in my backyard, I actually got a confidence boost again! I could see that he wasn t out to make a quick dollar and he freely provided me with his expert opinion as to why he would wait if he were in my shoes. I sooo appreciated that advice! He was willing to essentially give up a payday to ensure that in the end he would have a happy customer and his work would remain pristine. You just don t see that a whole lot in todays society, where it s all about the dollar to most companies. I believe the job ended up being delayed another 2 or 3 weeks but ohhh was it worth the wait! His crew completed the job in a few hours and I was all smiles when I came home from work that day to see the beautiful transformation of my backyard! Now, everyday when I arrive home, straight to the backyard I go because it is beautiful!! I give Bryan s landscaping a 10 with no hesitation! I wish I could give him 20 stars on this review From the beginning to the end he was professional, compassionate, honest, and open about the process and for a novice such as myself, those qualities are like gold. I recommend Bryan s Landscaping for all your landscaping needs, and I will definitely be using him myself again in the future-thanks Bryan, your amazing style has created in me an advocate and supporter of your company for life!

I was very disappointed, unsatisfied with his services I paid him $2300.00 to prune my trees/plants and Mulch my backyard also part of the front yard? He didnt complete the backyard with Mulching and pruning He said to be back to finish Had to call him repeatedly to complete! The plants were missing (plumeria)& came back to prune. still did not complete a shovel was missing , did not clean debris, day late then agreed?? Did a bad job, so we finished it and DISCONTINUED SERVICES NEVER PAY UNTIL JOB IS 100 COMPLETE BLS there was no refund!! I canceled my lawn service with you which NEVER started because of your POOR service with the Mulching?? 2 Plants you transferred was poorly done, eventually died I paid you in advance for a bad Mulching job Trusting your word you will be back to finish the pruning and Mulching behind my pond? Which was ALREADY paid in FULL COMMUNICATION was poor or none after several messages left wanting to know when you will be back to finish You stated weather was poor when we mowed our yard fixing your mess Im sharing my experience so this doesnt happen again to others

Great job! We have a small yard and my front got hit with fungus and killed a lot of my front yard grass. Bryan s came in and in about half a day cut the dead sod out and replaced with new. The crew was very considerate and did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves. Will defiantly be my go-to for sod and landscaping. Thanks guys!

I dont use them however office dont open till 8am. Yet guys are mowing lawn across street at 7am. I work nights so not appreciated. Also got their truck so I cant pull out of driveway. Dont know if owners are aware they are doing this but should be.

Damion (Bryan s Landscaping) replaced my dying front lawn and added a large bed with 3 beautiful crepe myrtles. His continued communication, answering my many questions, was something you dont often find with companies today. He showed up when he said and finished the work in a very timely manner. He also ensured my sprinklers were set and ran through the zones to make sure all the new sod was being watered. The end result completely transformed my curb appeal. Very satisfied with the work and professionalism from Damion and his crew. I replaced the sod in my front yard and the quality of sod he put down was exactly what I asked for! I have seen new sod that is brown and looks halfway dead off the pallet which I told him I did not want, he told me not to worry. He followed through and put down some of the best sod I have seen. We just finished the landscaping of my backyard today by Bryans Landscaping Service. It was the best experience weve had with a large landscape project in many years. There are many things to share but I will focus on the top three: 1) quality -- Damion delivers everything with attention to detail and of high quality. This started with the estimate/proposal to the planning/schedule and eventually the products and service his team delivered. The outcome? A great-looking lawn now surrounding my house. 2) professionalism -- Damion himself and his team are professional and experts of what they do. They are on time, respectful and considerate. Case in point -- they thoroughly cleaned up of the worksite and my driveway now looks cleaner than before. 3) extra value -- In most of my previous remodeling or landscaping project, the contractors do enough to get the job done. But Damions crew went beyond the scope to deliver values. While preparing the site for sodding, they cleared all the overgrown plants, trimmed the palm trees branches even those high-up. The backyard looks so nice with these thoughtful touches. Im not easily surprised as a homeowner having gone through many projects over the years, but this one is truly a gem.
