So far the lawn is looking better since Green Giant started a few months ago. Much fewer weeds and the grass looks healthier. They are professional and answer questions whenever I have any. I have them over-seeding in the fall and will update after seeding the overseeing results. Update Aug 21: Lawn continues to look healthier and weeds are decreasing. Happy with the results.

Ive been using this company for the past 8 or 9 years for my business. They perform preventative monthly inspections and address any issues that arise in a timely and effective manner.

I was dissatisfied with the appearance of my lawn and frustrated it was not improving, so I posted a complaint. Within an hour, a horticulturist came to my house and not only explained why I was having problems, but is taking all the steps necessary to rectify the problem. One has to be very thankful for such excellent customer service these days; I really appreciated how they responded immediately and addressed all my concerns.

We have been using Green Giant for the past year for wasp issues. When I call, they are always out within a day or so. The exterminator has explained why we have wasp issues and what to keep an eye on. I m thrilled with them so far and hope to keep using them for a long time

This organization is great. They take care of the bowling alley, tavern and snack bar with great service. With their preventative treatments, we don t have any issues.

The Green Giant technician Brian is a great guy, explains things and is professional. I had a carpenter ant problem last in 2022 and he found the source of them and corrected the problem, all the while explaining what was going on.

You guys have been great to work with and everyone who has come to our home as been extremely informative, professional, and friendly. Great team!

My only complaint is that they combined two treatments (weed control and grubs) which made the bill extremely high this month. This makes the budget for the month a little tight.

We have been customers since we bought our home 19 years ago. Being in the agronomy business professionally by managing private country clubs I am very particular about the care and appearance of our lawn. Green Giant has given us the best looking lawn in our neighborhood. We have referred Green Giant to all our neighbors and with doing so has given more business to them.

I have been using Green Giant for years and have been extremely satisfied with all of their services. All of the lawn service is done in a timely and professional manner, and a handout with the information of the days service is always provided. I also take advantage of their pre-pay offer for the following years service. Although I have never had a need to contact them about a problem, I do know that they are always available and ready to respond if needed. A highly recommended service!!

Contacted Green Giant, they came out within 24 hrs of initial contact. We noticed we still have some ants about a week later. They came back out and sprayed the outside again. They said theyd follow up again in a few days. Im hopeful the situation is under control.

Made an appt and left work early to be there when they came. .. Never showed up or called. Not a good impression for a new customer

Came out last tuesday and did fertilization and weed killer. We have had their service for 6 years. When they came out last Tuesday the next morning my planted flowers were wilting. Watered them and realized green giant sprayed the afternoon before. Have been calling since then with no results. The bill was approximately 100 dollars. Cancelled the service agreement today. Had to leave another message. Do not use them.

Hello, I just wanted to reward service technician, Brian, with his excellent service. Yesterday, I had a quarterly service treatment and was having trouble with mice in my attic. Brian quickly addressed the problem; however, he was very cordial, professional and knowledgeable about my current situation. He actually explained why the rodents were there and explained how he was going to take care of the problem. I ve had numerous pest control technicians in the past and Brian displayed one of my best experiences with a pest control expert! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who experiencing bug or rodent problems.

I Called this company in the summer to help with my yard, they informed me there was nothing they could do but in the fall they could. Mean time, I find a company to help and they had it all under control. Well supposedly they emailed and called with voicemail. We received no email and as far at the voicemail, I delete them all, never listen to them. I owe 3 companies, my phone goes non stop. This company just randomly shows up and does my yard (no contract or no contact with me). They come and aerate my yard. At first I thought it was from the person that I paid 2,000 to do my yard month and half before this. Well I get an invoice an invoice in the mail. I had my office reach out and try to figure it out. The office staff here is so unprofessional and cant even get the owner on the phone. Josh has never called me back. I got a puppy 4 months ago, and when we were training him on the unground fence we noticed it did work. So the company came out and noticed the wire was broke in two spots in the yard. He informed us it was from the Aerate and wasnt under warranty. Now when I told the office manager, she told me I was lying and I just made this up. When In fact, we werent using the fence prior to this. If they woulda made contact and actually talked to me, I woulda told them the fence was there. The Other company asked and knew this. Now they send the invoice to collections because I refuse to pay for something that I did not ask to have done after they told me they couldnt help me. Also had to contact a lawyer about this situation. There was NO confirmed answer of me having them come out. There sales person took it on himself to have my yard done without my permission. like I said when contacted, they told me they couldnt help me at the time of need.

We are customers of both lawn care and tree/shrub care. While I find that their overall service is very good, I have had an issue over the last two months that has not been resolved. The general manager, Josh, came out to my home to look at our problem. We made a plan to resolve our issue at that time. He did not follow up with anything. I have tried to contact him three times and have not received a call nor service to resolve our issue.

We had excellent service from Green Giant. They were incredibly responsive to our request. They came out to spray and do a soil injection for our issue with spotted lantern flies. The technician was incredibly knowledgable, he also explained the concerns of spraying on a windy day and offered to come back if needed. In the end we had the service performed on the original day and everything turned out great. I would highly recommend Green Giant for any of your needs.

Was a wonderful experience. The office staff was helpful with questions that I had.

Overall, Green Giant does a good job. However, they could do better with the monitoring and killing of weeds on the lawn. Oxalis is one weed we get in the yard a lot. Wish they would kill it with something when they see it, no matter what time of year it is.

We had Green Giant treat trees at my residence last fall for Spotted Lantern Flies, with a secondary treatment this spring. We did not have ANY Spotted Lantern Flies this year at all, where as my neighbors (who didnt use Green Giant) were infested with them. Great Job!!!

While I do not have a lot of experience with them, they were a HUGE help in getting rid of a wasp nest low in a hawthorn tree after my mother was stung in late summer. I just had email communication, and the next thing I knew it was gone! I can speak about how they are price wise. I am terrified by bees/wasps, so they could have charged $1000000 and I would have been okay with it! Thank you!

Very pleased with sales, office staff and their technician who came this morning. Customer service rep came to the house, looked carefully at our bushes and trees and discussed our issues and presented a plan that day. She was thorough, thoughtful and I felt very comfortable with her ideas. Tech called before he came and then took the time to review the plan. I am extremely satisfied. Sharon

Great Service with awesome results. A visiting Grandfather, out for a neighborhood walk with his two year old Granddaughter, commented how nice the yard looked. A couple of minutes later the granddaughter came running back and asked me if the grass was real!!!! That experience made my day and says it all!!

We have a property that was maintained by a higher end landscaping company for a few years. We decided to do the mowing and flower bed care on our own last year. Weeds quickly came up in the yard and by the end of the first year without the landscape company it was a mess, and the flower beds took much more work then realized. We hired green giant just for the lawn care (fertilizers, weed control etc), and weed control for the flower beds. Within a few weeks into the new year green giant made the yard look green and full again after all the weeds they killed died off and was replaced by new grass. Their bed treatment really works as well. Even for the annoying thistle weeds we couldnt get rid of. Prices are great. People are very nice. They always call before coming and are just polite. Also we have a lot of area with landscaping and beds and one day I dont think the tech new anyone was home. Just looking out through and watching him for a few minutes it was obvious he was very thorough. Will keep using them!

We have used Green Giants lawn care service for many years and have always had excellent care. When you call their office, they are very friendly, professional and helpful. They respond to any problems quickly and efficiently. My lawn always looks great. Each year we sign up for a year of service, and they are very good at calling before they come out to do the application. If the date they are coming is not convenient, they are happy to change the day. We just started using their pest control and it has worked out very well. We had a wasp problem where the wasps were getting into the attic of our house. Green Giant came out repeatedly until the problem was taken care of. We also had another problem with very aggressive bees, and they came out the same day I called. I would recommend this company to anyone!
