Turf Concepts replaced our weeping Mulberry tree which was getting quite out of hand with a new Korean Lilac. The crew did a great job from start to finish. We used Turf Concepts for our front landscaping this year. They did a wonderful job! The crew was fantastic! They were on time, helpful and didn t hesitate to answer any of my questions. They listened to what I was looking for and planted exactly the right plants for my front yard. Everything looks beautiful! I would highly recommend them!

I originally decided to use Turf Concepts because they did some work at my parents condo and I was impressed with the work that they did there. I had landscaping and landscape maintenance done by them. I am very pleased with the results of both. Everyone was very professional and worked with me even as I added to/changed the original plans. The work crews were very professional, friendly and courteous. The crew that did my landscaping worked really hard in the sweltering heat but were very conscientious that the job was done correctly and exactly how I wanted it. They were really great friendly guys and I enjoyed having them at the house. The crew that came out to trim my bushes were also excellent. They were very concerned that the job be done just how I wanted it and were professional and friendly. Both crews cleaned everything up and when they left you wouldnt even know that they were there. I am very pleased with this company and will happily use their services in the future.

I highly recommend using Turf Concepts for any of your landscaping needs. Their team is friendly, professional and truly wonderful to work with. After seeing several properties in my neighborhood designed by Turf Concepts, I knew right away they were my #1 choice. Jeremy listened to my likes and dislikes regarding plants, flowers, maintenance and came up with a beautiful design. I m looking forward to gardening this Spring.

Based on the reviews, being local and we wondered if Turf would solve our issue I submitted a request on the company website. About 4 days later (not 24 hours) the owner called and we agreed on the first appointment date. We discussed the project over the phone and I emailed him a cad plan (that took hours to prepare) and photos of the area. On the date of the appointment I called him when he was half hour late. He had to reschedule as he overbooked due to rain. I rescheduled via email and sent him an updated plan and scope. I did not receive a response in 2 days so I texted him the night before to confirm. He did not respond until 10 minutes after the appointment time stating he could arrive 45 minutes late and I agreed. When he arrived for the site visit I provided a hand copy of the plan. Thus he had no need to take measurements. We discussed and turf was not advised so rubber mulch or an alternate for river rock was requested. He indicated a quote with alternatives would be sent soon. 4 days later I texted I had yet to receive a quote. The following day he said he would send again. 12 hours later I let him know the quote was still not received and not found in spam. Now 11 days after the walk thru I ask why he would not quote us - again no response. Someone who clams to respond in 24 hours I guess that is only for projects over $5,000.

Turf Concepts did a great job with adding pavers around my flag pole, garbage can area, and rebuilding a retaining wall in front of my house. Someone took the corner out with their truck. They finished all three in a day. I love it. Here are before and after pictures of my flag area.

We had a patio installed and are very happy with the results. Jeremy came up with a great, unique design and the installation crew was very courteous and thorough. We would love to work with this company again.

Turf Concepts removed a concrete sidewalk and brick paver parking area that had reached the end of usefulness. A brand new beautifully spectacular wider sidewalk that prevents arms and legs from being scratched from the established shrubbery has been installed. Gracefully curved brick pavers lead the way to the parking area thanks to Juans expertise. Three over grown scrubs were removed from the front of the porch and replaced with Summer Crush Hydrangea that blooms spring to fall. Adam, project manager helped me pick them from a large variety of choices. A extraordinary retaining wall that gradually lowers was added to prevent the dirt from falling on to the sidewalk. Downspouts from the side of the house were all buried underground into two wells that hold water. Very important for a canal home. The installation effort to build aesthetic durability for years to come was evident everyday during the entire process. All our neighbors know to hire Turf Concepts for their landscaping project!

Reached out to Turf Concepts because I had no idea what I wanted to do with the landscaping in the front of my house. Jeremy got back to me very quickly. I told him what I had in mind and the digital design he gave me looked amazing. They planted everything today. The detail is great. The guys worked very hard. They were very nice and professional!! I knew it was going to look good but it looks AMAZING. Great job I would use them over and over. Highly recommend. Very easy to work with and very responsive to all my questions.

Ryan Robinson & Jermey Giles did not take the time to explain to us the process of the job before starting. They did send email stating they were removing the grass & would be back sometime next week to finish it. We had some questions about the process & had to email him since they left their guys on the job & did not answer their phones when we had questions about the work being done. They did not confirm when they were coming back to finish the job. I emailed them 5 days later asking them when they were coming to finish the sod. They replied that they would be back next morning. The day before is not sufficient notice to plan on being home. I requested that Friday , Saturday or the following week would be best for us. They responded by saying, we had to do it that day or, we have to wait a month because they had a full schedule. Seeing as they already removed the grass, we didn t want to wait a month with a dirt yard (our job had already been postponed a month). After Ryan reviewed the quality of our dirt we decided not to have screened topsoil brought in. We were told we would be reimbursed for the 5 yards of dirt we were quoted in the contract. 5 yards of screened topsoil, delivery & install labor that was not completed, but they decided to only reimburse us $45 total! Neither of them showed up at the end of job to answer any questions we had, or to verify the job was done to our satisfaction. When their employees were getting close to finishing we tried calling them to ask them a couple questions but they did not answer their phones. We tried to calling them the following day during normal business hours, they would not return the call. The quality of work was good, the works were very respectful & yes the sod looks good. But we were very displeased with their communication during the job. It was impossible to get a hold of them during the job. Had they been on the job site we could have asked them questions as they arose. Since they never returned our calls, we always had to email them & wait till later to get a response. I am sorry, but Turf concepts let this job fall through the cracks Very disappointed customers

Turf Concepts and Jeremy really delivered on our new patio. We had gotten several other quotes but theirs was overall the best option. Other companies we met with added extra bells and whistles just to pad the quote. Turf Concepts gave us exactly what we were looking for at a fair price. Total instal took two weeks but that was with heavy rain some days so felt like it went pretty quick. Happy to enjoy our new patio with summer just around the corner!!
