Erick has done a spring clean of our yard for a couple of years, and hes absolutely fantastic! When I moved to Flagstaff, I was happy to leave behind the fall leaf cleanup work from 4 huge oak trees at my home in MD. I had no idea that I was just exchanging it for a different kind of mess. What takes two of us the better part of the weekend to clean up pine needles and pine cones from the yard takes Erick just a few hours. This year, we also had him replenish the gravel in the yard. He works efficiently and leaves the property 100% improved. Highly recommend! Update: Erick continues to do great work on our yard and most recently helped in clearing out a deceased relatives property. He single-handedly removed over 3.5 tons(!) of debris in just a day and a half. Hes an incredibly hard worker and a pleasure to deal with. Years ago, there was a slogan for a moving company: Bekins men are careful, quick, and kind. That certainly describes Erick. Hes the best!

Received a referral from a neighbor to use this service. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. Arrived to the house precisely on time, was completely open to what I explained my needs were, and went way over-board with bells-and-whistles. For example, I needed a lot of basic yard work done, but he also cleaned the house gutters (because some lawn waste -- like pine needles -- was in the gutters) and he wanted to ensure they just didnt blow out during a rain storm and re-litter the yard. In my neighborhood, there are several lawnscaping services. Most seem conscientious about their work. Once lawn waste is collected, however, its placed into plastic garbage bags and they [sometimes 40 of them, neatly stacked on the street or at the end of a driveway] sit roadside for -- and Im not kidding -- 2-3 months before bulk trash pickup has a scheduled pick-up date. Mayan cleaned up everything and hauled it away to empty with county lawn waste. My yard looks 200% better than it did before Mayan arrived. This was a very positive experience. Highly recommend.

Couldn t be happier with Erick s work! We haven t been able to keep up with pine needle cleanup on our property the last few years due to various reasons. I started raking the pine needles to bag and realized it was too much for me right now. Decided to message Erick and see what he could do to help. He responded promptly, let me know his availability, rates, and gave me options for the removal - having him rake and load/haul in his trailer, leaving his trailer for me load and then he d haul away, or loading his trailer from the piles I raked and hauling away. I opted for the latter since I d already made a good start raking and making piles. Erick arrived a few minutes before the time he promised and got straight to work. He was very communicative, letting me know what was going on through the day (trips to/from the dump, heading out for lunch and back, when he was finishing up). Neither of us realized he d be working all day, otherwise I would ve planned better for him, but he took it all in stride. In addition to loading and hauling away all the piles of pine needles I made, he also did a bit of raking to complete the cleanup and it looks really nice. My yard cleanup took him three trips to the dump and was about 3 tons of pine needle waste - wow! Wish I d thought to take pictures of the yard before and after. Thanks, Erick, for a huge job well done and at reasonable rates. I definitely plan to call Mayan Landscaping for future needs!

He also thinned all of my Pine Trees and saved a dying 15 ft. Austrian Pine. The property looks beautiful now and is clean.
