We hired Flag Landscape for an entire front/backyard refresh. We had a landscape drawing that outlined the full concept. All new planting bed, bushes, added trees, new rock (they had to remove the old) expanded irrigation system and coordination with city/APS/cable company to avoid severing their pipes/lines. Ryan was our main contact and the crew of Conor (lead), Oren and Kaueswell was stellar. These professionals worked non-stop for several weeks and on some of our hottest days in Flagstaff to complete the job. They were neat (cleaned the job site every night before they left), worked with us with plant placement when in question and kept us informed of the daily work plan. Ryan s followup was impeccable. Had a great time working with Dale to create a bocce ball court. Brenden supervised completion and landscaper Eddie worked every day on our project -- they all did a terrific job, and we are really happy with the new play space in our back yard.

For many years our narrow back yard was occupied by an imposing, unusable hill. We mapped out a plan for a retaining wall and started the work ourselves before realizing what an intense and extremely difficult project it was becoming. We called Flag Landscaping, discussed our plans and they got to work. They did a solid, beautiful job installing the two-tier retaining wall and we are now enjoying the process of turning our back yard into a place in which we enjoy spending time. Dale managed the work and was responsive to our specific needs (e.g., given an initial option of round stone for backfill behind the wall, I requested angular and they were happy to switch; and collaborating on solutions for how the wall functionally and attractively would meet the fence line on both ends of the yard.) Part of our plan was to include stairs to give access to both tiers and they came out fantastic. Were very happy. The wall endured its first extremely wet, snowy winter without any movement or issues and were looking forward to many more.

Just had my irrigation system turned on for the season by Caleb & Chuck. Friendly, professional, thorough and didnt mind giving their expert advice on a couple of questions I had! Awesome service by these two - thank you!

Good responsive work

I reached out to Flagstaff landscape to have some landscaping rocks installed. I was in contact with Dell and he advised they would come out Friday May 12, 2023. However, I advised Dell I had to travel out of town for business and he could still stop over. I didn t hear back, so I reached out via text and I was advised his supervisor would stopped out and would be in contact with an estimate. A review of my Ring camera revealed that not to be true. This far, I have yet to hear for this company. Please note they are not forthcoming and truthfully.

Caleb was a great technician! Very friendly and helpful and took the time to explain all the components of my irrigation system and how to work it.

Love this company. My husband called them to have someone come out and dig out a big hole in our sewage in the back yard. They sent Chuck Peterson to do the work. He was amazing and so professional. He also helped with covering up the hole so our plumber could have access to it and so that any rIn would not get in the hole. Monsoon blew out our irrigation system. The folks at Flag Landscaping had someone at our house to replace it the very day I called. Wow! They are also overall just nice people who respond quickly and get the job done.

Flag Landscape did a fabulous job remodeling my backyard. Moses led a crew of the hardest working, nicest young men. First they had to remove a huge brick planter that outlined my whole patio. That required a week of sledgehammers and jackhammers. Then they needed to excavate the yard which turned into a challenge because of tree roots and a rock shelf. That did not discouraged the crew they jackhammered under the root to save the tree. The next step was pavers and building my fire pit an outside kitchen barbecue. These guys just never stopped. They cleaned up every day. And my dog Boots love them as much as I did. I am so happy with my new patio and outdoor kitchen. thank you Flag landscape. And a big thanks to Moses, Sam and Tyler.

Flag Landscaping, Inc did a terrific job on our backyard project. They built a beautiful retaining wall, extended our existing patio, and installed artificial turf. Dale helped us create a functional plan for this outdoor area, and communicated with us through every step of the process so that we were always comfortable with how the project was moving along. Dustin kept his crew on task so that the job was finished speedily. The entire crew was reliable and hardworking, and they were pleasant to have on our property for the 2 weeks it took to complete this project. We love the work Flag Landscaping did for us, and would definitely use them again in the future.

FIVE PLUS!! These guys are the BEST! They made my backyard go from a zero to a TEN!! Working with Dale was very easy. He went above and beyond and was very thorough in answering all of my questions in a timely manner. He came by weekly to talk through his landscaping ideas and made sure that I was kept informed of all of the decisions. When a small issue arose, Dale came by again to let me know how he thought we could fix it. The guys that came to work on installing my turf, Dustin and Moses, were very nice and friendly! They also constantly asked for my input about where I want to turf to sit, what decorative rock choices I prefer, and how I would like the turf to look around my tree, etc. It just really made me feel valued as a customer that they wanted to create the perfect space for me. Flag Landscaping did a wonderful job in my back yard. It was dirt, rocks and weeds. They installed a beautiful paver patio and walk... did a French ditch for drainage, installed excellent quality weed block and gravel. Dale was very professional when presenting the possibilities and made great suggestions. The workers were professional and knowledgeable. Greatly satisfied with the whole experience, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping.
