Thoughtful design and execusion of the installation of the landscape. Very happy with the results
Terrible lawn care; came and weed whacked the grass and left rocks scattered everywhere, and didn't even pick up any trash, now I have to go over everything and clean it up the right way myself.
Don't waste your time with Agassiz Landscaping, at least if you live in Williams. I made an appointment with them for an estimator to visit my house more than a month in advance. When the day came, I called their office just to confirm and was informed that due to mix-up, the estimator wasn't informed of the appointment. They called me back that day and rescheduled the appointment for two weeks in the future. Three days later, I got an email telling me that they've decided that they cannot take any more customers in Williams and were cancelling the new appointment. I guess that tells me all I needed to know about their reliability and customer service.
Actually 4.5 stars. I love our new patio built by Agassiz! The design was exactly what we wanted. The crews did a great job moving dirt, positioning rocks, building the retaining wall, and laying the pavers. Everyone at Agassiz was very pleasant and helpful. The entire experience from start to finish was good and the cost was reasonable. I recommend Agassiz for your future landscaping work.
Outstanding project team from first contact to the last paver installed! We went from a completely dirt yard to a cozy oasis that we will enjoy for years. Project team was very professional and kept work site clean throughout the week. I was also very impressed with the detailed scaled drawing that allowed us to see exactly how yard will be designed. We’re extremely happy with the final product!
From the first initial consultation/quote, Jeff was a true professional. He obviously has been in this industry for a very long time and knows what he is talking about. I got over 4-5 quotes from other companies as it was a very large expensive project in both my backyard and front yard that included ripping up old pavers, replacing and reusing them, installing turf grass, digging up area drains, in-fill, etc. I went with Agassiz Landscape Group because were extremely reasonable, the most responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Matt and his crew did a beautiful job on the project. I am so happy with how it all turned out. They should be very proud of their staff, they were professional, very kind, and literally worked non-stop to get the job done. Save yourself the time getting other bids from any other companies and call Agassiz Landscape Group.
I have used Agassiz Landscaping for two projects over the past few years. One project was to build a garden wall at the front of my house, where the sloped land was eroding. They built a FANTASTIC raised bed garden wall out of pavers (see pictures). The most recent was a backyard project at our new house. There was a lot going on in the backyard when we bought the place. After some conversations with Jeff and an exchange of ideas, we came to an agreement on the work to be done and a very fair price. I couldn't be happier. Thanks ALG.
We have been using the fantastic services provided by Agassiz landscaping for going on 12 years now. This is a great company with great people! We have used them to redesign our front yard as well as servicing our home with snow removal in the winter and irrigation turn on and turn off in the winter and spring. They are so easy to deal with: phone, email you name it they are awesome and provide Wonderful quality workmanship. But, truly, service is what makes them so exceptional. When I've had problems in the past with a problem another landscaper did with my pond -they bent over backwards to make sure my problems were taken care of for us. This is really important especially if we happen to be out of town. The Bottom line is: you can't go wrong using Agassiz Landscape Group! You get fantastic quality and service for a good value with people you can trust and you can't measure that!

Professionally well in doubt
Agassiz Landscape installed a sprinkler system on our property in the Baderville area in 2019. There were a number of issues with the install but the owner was very forthright and fair about discussing the experience and we came to an equitable agreement. That says a lot about how they do business.
Agazzi landscaping has been wonderful! We recently moved to the Flagstaff area and they have always been so helpful with all of our winter questions. Jenn is always so sweet and kind and understands that we are new to this climate. They return calls quickly and help as much as they possibly can. We are so thankful for this company!

Thank you Agassiz Landscape Group. I called on Monday, the week of Christmas, fully expecting to schedule a repair for either next week or the week after. Much to my surprise, Carter came out that day to take a look and returned on Tuesday to repair our leak. The group was both efficient and effective and I highly recommend their service. Called this service to clean up my lawn due the party l was having for my 70yr old father. They did an outstanding job. The front looked prestine. The price was well worth the service.
We had a complex situation in our condo s back yard that involved drainage problems outside of our property. Jeff was professional, thorough, and went above and beyond. He gave his honest opinion, even when it went against a popular opinion. He measured with the most precise tools as well compared to other companies. I highly recommend this company!

Jenn at Agassiz has been very efficient, professional and fair. A sprinkler head broke while mowing and they fixed it without charge.
Our backyard was a sand volleyball court while our kids were growing up. As the kids moved out the weeds took over. With the help of Agassiz Landscape we completely redid our back yard. Now we have a backyard that we can enjoy in our retirement years. Agassiz was a joy to work with on the project and designed, installed, and maintains the irrigation system. They notify us when it is time to turn on and shut down. We do not have to worry that our pipes might freeze. They are maintained by those who know what to do. When it omes to our yard Agassiz is who we call!

I just wanted to express my extreme delight with my new patio that was constructed by Agassiz. Right from the beginning the experience was great. I had a one of their landscape specialist come out to go over some ideas I had. Unlike other landscapers that came out that came out simply quoting me on my basic patio design I had, Katy was able to help me expand on the idea to make it more functional and visually attractive. Knowing that I just had a baby and was worried about having a week or more of construction noise she was able to get enough workers on the job so that it would be completed in only 4 days. I wasnt sure that was actually possible, but sure enough they delivered and 4 days later I was sitting on my brand new two level paver patio. The whole construction process was great. They never compromised quality even though there were time restraints. No concern that i had was taken lightly. They even dealt with my fun OCD behaviors which resulted in removing and replacing pavers because there were just too many pink ones and it would drive me crazy. Haha. The construction foremans favorite phrase was... just tell me what you want and i will make sure it is done. Even though they finished right at 5pm on the last day they still took the time to make sure the yard was in great shape and everything was clean. I even watched the foreman pressure wash the road in front of my house for a good 30 minutes just so that I would not have to wait until the upcoming storm to have the dust washed away. All in all I loved working with these guys. I wish i could upload a picture to show the finished product.
