Steven was informative and helpful as this was my first treatment.

I used them for a few years, but was not a big fan of their service and the cost ended up changing companies

Good value, service technician is courteous, professional and listened to our requests. He did his best to fulfill them. Ron Kugley communicates well and there are few if any misunderstandings.

My lawn provider explained the proper watering schedule for my lawn after aeration and over seeding. Thank him so much. This might be information to all customers so they do it correctly.

On a day I was to get yard treatment I was leaving the house when TruGreen was pulling up to my home the worker didnt know my mother sits in her window and looks out her window every morning the worker got out the work truck stuck the Tru Green sign on the easement sprayed around the sign and got back into his truck and left. Tru Green needs to come up with a better system to monitor their employees work performance..

A company that stands behind their logo, with the right fertilizer and weed control my lawn is TUR(ELY) GREEN.

William was both courteous and professional when I met with him; and he was also not rushing through our appointment, to get to his next one.

Poor customer service I called in to speak to someone about a couple of concerns I had and with the attitude I got and him talking over me I decided not to use them anymore. Told him to cancel my program and not to renew it next year. We were a customer for many years. Just plain flat rude! Try a smaller Local Company youll get friendlier service.

TruGreen said they serviced my lawn yesterday and they did not. Then they charged me $136 for it. I called the office and Holly refused to refund me the full amount for the work they did not do. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs.

TruGreen completed my spring tree and shrub fertilization today. This is the first time I have used this for my landscape. They were very thorough and also sent a nice summary assessment of the condition of my plants.

The gentleman that came over did an excellent job he took his time and he made sure he Did excellent job. I really really appreciate him taking his time because this was my first treatment and it will make a big difference.

I ve been a trugreen customer/fan for several years now. They are always on time, their lawn care technicians are always friendly and professional, and best of all, my lawn looks GREAT!

It would be so much easier to fix all the problems with the service if I could call the local office. Trugreen is just one of these companies that give bad service and make it impossible to fix anything with a simple phone call. This year the problem is they said I only have them doing the front yard which is incorrect. I have been paying for all my yard to be done glad I pay attention. So I suggest looking at local companies that have a phone on site and not a call center that is trying to handle the entire USA. I had this company for 8 years before the call centers and never had these issues. Come on Trugreen get customer focused again. Dump the call centers no one has time to waste on your issues.

Since Ive been using TruGreen, my lawn is noticeably fuller and lush. Retirement has also given me the time to aerate and overseed. Overall, Im pleased with the combined results.

** I have not used this company, yet** I am leaving this post as customer service feedback.. Please limit the follow up calls. They are excessive. I received 6 calls within 2 hours yesterday and another 2 in the last 30 mins... I went to the website, filled out the questionnaire, and received a quote. I received a call and I told the representative that I have the information I was looking for and would reach out if I decided to move forward with Trugreen. I received several more calls and I then asked to be taken off the call list. However I am still getting calls...

This is the second year that come on has treated my trees and scruffs. Chemlawn has been very good about treating my shrubs , answer my question addressing my issues.

Good service, you notice improvement in the look of the lawn after a few visits. You can check detailed information of the services online, they offer an automated reminder call the day before an scheduled visit. They could be more competitive with pre-paid plans

This was the 2nd time Corbin R was here, my wife met him last time & I was able to be here this time. He was very polite & professional, he came to the door when he was finished so as to make sure I didnt have any questions. Hopefully he will be the same person that comes from here on. Im sure they have lots of good techs working for them, but I know Corbin is really good and polite & he has done really well learning our property.

Totally unprofessional. Sales agent set me up on a severely inflated sq footage thereby significantly overcharging. Did not setup the services for the backyard. Was assured of a supervisor call which never came. After talking to customer care, a refund amount was communicated. However later Trugreen reduced the refund amount stating error by the customer rep. You committed a refund amount and then reduce it without even letting me know. And if you pre pay, its a difficult to get the refund. Multiple calls required to get things addressed and Escalation will not result in a supervisor call. The sales agents will convince you to go for their services by providing a lot of false information and also inflate your prices by setting you up on a higher sq footage than actual and not even let you know. Cannot be trusted. Avoid Tru green.

Still have a fair amount of crabgrass - after three years of using TruGreen. Also, have lots of plants with insect-chewed leaves. I thought our tree and shrub service would prevent that. Othrwise - quite satisfied.

Their representative performed weed control by spraying the yard. I would like to know why do your representative always say the services have been completed before it is. I received notification that the service was complete and I know for a fact that he hadn t even got out of the vehicle because I was sitting on the porch when he drove up.

They do not customize to your property like as advertised. Corporate does not communicate with locals. Manager never follows up. Most recently a tech aerated without overseeding which I prepaid for, now I am waiting to get seed put down. If you hire the Indy northside get the managers cell and be prepared to babysit the techs that service your property.

David M gave me information I needed. He did an excellent job. The phone communication in this company is terrible. Should be able to talk to the people in your area.

I contracted with TruGreen Lawn Care in November and told them I would need a call or text before services were performed. I have a dog and my back yard is gated and locked. They came with no notification and serviced the front yard - didnt knock and see if I could open the back gate (I was home), and I had to call and have them come out again. The call took more than 15 minutes of my time and the man argued with me. They came back (no call or text but I had left the gate unlocked). I received many annoying text messages and decided to cancel the service. I called and cancelled - that took almost 20 minutes. Today (months after I cancelled), I received a text that I was scheduled for service tomorrow. I am on the phone now cancelling ...again. So far, I am 16 minutes and 23 seconds into the call and still having to tell this person that I am cancelling. She keeps trying to help me. Find someone on CraigList....you will have to call them but at least they wont require several calls to cancel their service.

They have always done a great job. One year I had no grass growing after aeration and re seeding. They came out 2 extra times and repeated the process at no extra charge.

My fault with the Fishers office is that I can never talk directly with them. Service has degraded the past 4-5 yrs. I get fertilizer, weed, grub, pre-emergence service. I find evidence (granular) that areas were missed (detectable by bare areas), guy did no spot weed control (when doing fertilizer only) as stated on order left at house because I was watching, guy went 200mi/hr spreading granular. I have no way of discussing the above to the persons involved. Telling Trudy way across the country somewhere makes me feel like I am invisible to the office that does the work.

cancelled services for my two properties today. the Trugreen agent sprayed my neighbor yard instead of mine which made my neighbor upset.

I was just told by the Tru Green tech Walter O. that no one wants to come out to my house because I have a special needs child and a mother with Dementia and they dont want to deal with it. The tech Robert was to come out last week saw him down the road from my house then canceled. So is my money not good because my daughter is an amazing special needs child, and my mother whom is elderly has Dementia? Tru Green is NOT ADA friendly. It saddens me to see a company employ people with that mind set.

Great customer service.

I called for a quote and the guy was completely rude. He refused to give me a quote in writing outling what the service would include. He spoke so quickly which is what caused me to ask for the quote in writing. If treated this way trying to get a quote, I can only imagine the level of service if I hired them.

We ve had TruGreen for almost two years now, and I finally decided to cancel today. We had both their services for weed/fertilizer control for our lawn and the tree and shrub treatments for other stuff around the mulch beds. The first year (2020) we had TruGreen was great. They always came out on time, the technicians were nice and informative, and they always left us with a receipt on the door explaining exactly what was done. Then in 2022 and the beginning season of 2022, nothing is every left at our door or if an envelope is left, it doesn t contain a receipt about what was even done. They even have sprayed my neighbors yard instead of mine a couple times by accident. Not the neighbor beside me, the neighbor across the street and 3 houses down. Also, I have observed that they have stopped applying granular fertilizer and use a liquid spray instead, problem is that they come out sometimes and spray during a rainstorm so all that fertilizer just washes away. I even did my homework and called several other companies to ask if that was a good thing, to spray in the rain (as a TruGreen Tech told me). Out of the four other companies that I asked, they all said no. The last straw for me was when I called to have them treat some moss growing in my backyard. They suggested a lime treated, which I ordered, and then never showed up to complete the service. UPDATE (5/27/2022): Even though I cancelled my services on 5/18/2022, TruGreen decided to spray my lawn again. I called them, they denied that I had cancelled, and proceeded to say that I owed them for the service. After refusing to pay and asking to speak with a supervisor, customer service messaged his supervisor and the were able to pull up my last call on 5/18/2022 (which apparently was record). After waiting on the phone for 30min for them to make a decision, it was finally cancelled or at least I hope it is. So folks, make sure to get a confirmation number when you cancel.

The last few months the service has not been good. They would do the front and not the backyard. They came the other day I got no information stating what was done on my door ( like normally) and the stay of grass sign was on my neighbor side of grass so not even sure they did my yard. And my grass looks terrible more yellow then green. I normally have nice looking grass.

I started using trugreen last year and all started off ok. Until they started skipping my yard. Would not recommend.

We o ce had a beautiful lush green back yard. Now it looks terrible. Last year grubs showed up. It was treated. Now were loosing a lot more of the yard to grubs. We have always paid for grub treatment. Weve never had grubs before. Weve never had such a deteriorating yard until now. We have irrigation and do our part but something huge has changed in the last two seasons. Very disappointed. Will be canceling service.

I have had trugreen out several times i still dont think they sprayed by house, by garage, and by fence. Ok im not sure if they sprayed at all. If they did, they used the wrong chemicals because weeds are everywhere!

I had brought up the fact that a portion of my grass turned brown a day or two after being treated. They sent somebody out who took a picture but never notified me what they believe might have happened or what they could do to fix it. I called back stating that no one contacted me after they were out. They assured me they would get someone to let me know what they found. This was weeks ago and they still have not got back to me.

After 18 years of using TruGreen out of Fishers Indiana, we will be cancelling services Today! We pay yearly in advance for 5 or 6 treatments through the year. This last trip they were to aireaite and overseed. The aireation went fine, but the reseeding was attempting miserably with little to no seed being spread. My wife was home during this process and said they went around the house once and left. Literally 5 minutes. Mind you, we have a large corner lot. We took pictures of large areas with No Seed. We called for them to return and do it properly. Two guys show up, set inside their truck and texted on phone for over 20 minutes. Then 1 guy getout and get seeder out and runs 1 row between sidewalk and street about 8 feet and loads back up. I talk to them about what they did and what they were here to actually do. They tell me ok. So I go back into house and look back out the window. They both drive off...Not Professional at All!! Done!!!

TruGreen has been very proactive in helping to address the issues with my grass. Burnt grass and weeds. Theyve been great with reaching out and sending follow-up emails to make sure Im happy and the issues are being corrected. Thank you, TruGreen.

Hello - I have been with TruGreen customer with the local Fishers Indiana for over 1 year, and my lawn has weeds everywhere, and other patches where there is no grass. I have tried since 08/02/2022 to get a technician to come out and look at my lawn with me, and discuss these issues to come up with a plan. Every time I call the local office, I get someone in another state. I got the local office one time and they said a manager would call. That was days ago. The Trugreen people setup and missed appointments with me 4 different times. Then I call them, and then the send out someone who throws some seed down or fertilizer, but they never knock on my door to talk with me. And I work from home! I have spent so much time on the phone talking to Customer Service but yet no results. Ready to cancel and ask for money back.

We have used TruGreen for years. This year, their treatments have done nothing. I ve been picking weeds nonstop. On Friday, they treated my next door neighbor s yard, instead of mine! They said they were here, but we have cameras that show otherwise, and our neighbors had TruGreen signs in their yard, despite not being a customer. When I called, they said they would send a crew out later this week to spray with something new, that s stronger. My best guess is that they ve been using a less effective treatment in order to get people to pay a higher price for their new treatment (which I didn t know even existed until I complained about all of the weeds in my yard). There was no offer for any type of additional treatment(s) or refund, which was extremely frustrating.

Two years in a row it has been a huge hassle to get my lawn Aerated and Overseeded. The crew has either said they did my lawn and fully skipped or most recently did half my front yard and bailed. The Reps reschedule the service but they just skipped me again today. Makes me feel real confident thst they even show up days Im not home. Update: Corporate contacted me and promised someone would be here today to complete the work. But the tech now canceled my appointment with no explanation. Contacted customer service and have to wait for someone to call back. This is a total joke.

Dont submit an inquiry for services unless you want to be hounded non stop. I submitted an online pricing request and received at least 6 calls per day every day for at least 2 weeks along with texts telling me they would be at my property without requesting a site evaluation. The excessive calls, texts and emails kept me from ever wanting to contact them in the future for services.

They take care of my lawn and tree, pest control and weed and feed.

Very Professional

After deciding to prepay $650 last spring to treat my yard for a year, it looks absolutely no better in any way than it did before. Several times throughout the season, I experienced technicians who never completed the job as stated, several times with them not even leaving their trucks before marking the job complete! In particular, with my overseeding and aeration, which cost approximately $300 alone, neighbors and my Ring doorbell confirmed that the technician never even left his truck before marking the job complete. Obviously you can tell when a job has been aerated, as there are dirt plugs all over your yard. There was not one plug or proof of work in my entire yard. After I called customer service, I was scheduled for a free redo, which I found comical considering the fact that I had paid heavily for a job that had not been completed. Upon arriving for the free redo, the technicians laughed and noted that obviously no work had been done before, and they had no clue why it had been marked complete. In addition to the aeration and overseeding, several lawn applications had been marked complete when no work had been done. I just called customer service to indicate this after todays application, which will be my final application, and I was given a two and a half hour wait time. What a business. Extremely dissatisfied, and I will highly discourage connections to look elsewhere for their lawn care services.

I was told they were spraying my lawn on Friday. Its Monday and they are still not here. I called to determine when they were coming. They put me in the call queue for 2 hours. They did call back but the rep was having computer problems and transferred me. I was then told it would be a 3 hour wait. So a total of 5 hours to learn when they will be spraying my lawn. Very poor customer service.

Used TruGreen all of last year. I think they showed up 1 time on the date they were actually scheduled without rescheduling. I still had so many weeds at the end of the year. I called and complained and they came out to do just a weed spray for no charge and finally killed my weeds. This year I knew I did NOT want to use them. I ve been trying to call for nearly 3 months now to cancel so I keep having to reschedule the service because you can only cancel on the phone with them. Everytime I call for my account it says 3 hour wait. I ve left my number to hold my place in line and never received a call back. I just called the new customer line because I assumed they would answer at first ring which of course they did. The first call they hung up as soon as they answered and didn t say anything. Second call, I could HARDLY hear the guy and told him my issues and needed to cancel and he said alright and put me to a Spanish speaking line? So I called AGAIN and could tell it was same place by the background noise and I told the lady and I wasn t happy at this point and she interrupts me while I m still talking after 30 seconds of her answering and says it s done I got it cancelled. Haha this place is a JOKE. Do not recommend. TERRIBLE service and unprofessional. I m using my husbands google account, so if they try to say I m not a customer. That s not true.

Absurd wait times. Poor communication

The tech came out to fog the yard for Mosquitos. The tech got out of his truck, walked up the sidewalk, fogged the flowerbeds in the front. Then the tech returned to his truck and sat for 10imutes and left saying the job was completed. The tech did not go down the side of the yard, the back yard, behind the fence, or the right side of my property. This was my first service since signing up on 5/3 and it was a terrible first impression. If I was not working from home I would not have been the wiser, this is fraudulent behavior, and is stealing from individuals not being able to keep an eye on their yard while away. Called and canceled immediately and yet they were still trying to charge me for the application. I would say avoid tru green at all costs, as they will skimp on the job and sit in the truck while you get charged money for no work being completed.

Stole $180 dollars from me. Service was never completed. Impossible to get a refund. I scheduled seeding for spring. They scheduled for August. I requested refund. The original card had since been cancelled. They said they would send a check. Month later, multiple customer support calls that have 3 hour wait times later, and still have not been refunded. Their customer support systems are woefully inadequate.

This was by far the worst experience I ve had with any company. After prepaying $100 s to get several treatments for weeds and mosquitos, we thought the mosquitos weren t quite being taken care of and trugreen offers and respray of this happens. I called May 17th for the respray and they said they would be there the 21st. The 21st comes and no one shows up. I call the 22nd and they say oh no, it was for the 26th . The 26th comes and no one shows up. I call again and they said oh no, it s the 28th . This whole process happens again on the 28!!! And they are now telling me it ll be June 1st. Throughout this whole process, I repeatedly ask to speak with a manager. I get told that they will call me back, which has never happened. Or the rep just hangs up on me right then. So with all the issues after our first and only treatment, I cancelled and asked for a full refund. I then had to explain to the rep what all I paid for and how much I paid before she would get the refund amount correct I would highly recommend going with a more reliable and professional company. Because TruGreen is by far the worst out there!!

DISHONEST! I have cameras all around my property so I can view them from the moment they pull into my driveway until the time they leave. Twice they said they sprayed the entire yard but my video shows they only sprayed half yet billed me as if they did the entire yard. This last time the driver literally pulled into my driveway and got out of his car and put a bill on my door and left and never did anything. It is one thing to be bad at your job and incompetent but to just be a dishonest business is fraudulent. A friend also had a similarly bad experience where they billed him and said they sprayed but the time they said they did that was during a thunderstorm. Stay away from this company! DISHONEST!

Was outside and seen truck go by house. Stopped 2 doors down didnt get out. However got a bill for service 2 days later. Customer service the worst, kept passing me around. Been a customer for 15 years and now wonder if service was always done when said.

We love Trugreen. A nearly weed-less yard didnt happen immediate but after a few years, our yard is beautiful.

Just a complete pain to work with, they lie, and will take your money. I have used them at previous residents with no issues, so I pre-paid for 9 treatments + aeration and seed. They consistently missed appointments, would mark appointments complete without actually going to our house, watched them sit in their truck multiple times and never get out then drive off and mark it treated. They decided it would be a good idea to aerate and seed right before a snow storm so they said they would provide a free service in 2021 to make up for it. I had 4 services left on my account and the aeration when I moved, they said they would transfer the services and instead removed my old account... I asked them right when they did it where my information went on my account and they said they are transferring it. Turns out they just deleted everything and now wont share my previous service information. They literally deleted everything from my account in 2020 except that I had paid... I can no longer see previous services or anything. Now after two weeks they are saying everything is complete and if I want the pieces I mentioned/paid for that Id have to pay again. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional group and disorganized company than this experience, they literally STOLE my money... based on how much was left and what was promised they took around $300 from me. Highly recommend doing it yourself or finding another competitor. If you do decide to work with them try and get them to send you things in writing and not through your account as they will delete pieces to ensure that they keep your money.

They may have the science, but their customer service & accountability for results are horrendous. If you dont call & followup when things arent right, they wont care enough to correct it themselves. Really a shame for such a well publicized company to not deliver on their reputation.

3 Times they said they would come out and never showed up. Lawn looks worse than ever since they started taking care of it. Weeds completely out of control. They came out once this entire summer. It s a shame this business survived the pandemic but so many better ones did not. Will never be hiring again. TO TRUGREEN: Don t bother trying to contact me, your shoddy service is irreconcilable. You told us you would give us a free lawn treatment if your services didn t work, but you never even showed up for the paid appointment. I hope your families know what bottomfeeding scam artists you are.

Lost me at the quoting process. Employee was very unprofessional and misogynistic with me after I told them I wanted to discuss the decision with my wife before purchasing. Literally suggested I just get my wife a visa card for her hair and nails and I should take care of the rest.

Don t even bother calling them. As a new customer, I was promised services within 7-10 days. On day 10, the tech arrived and apparently both of her backpack blowers were broken. She told me she d reschedule within a couple of days, which didn t happen. I called to follow up and was again promised service within a couple of days, which again didn t happen. After they cancelled on me a third time, I canceled my services. Communication and follow-up was abysmal. Save yourself time and trouble and find another company

Did not treat my yard 2 weeks ago because our dog was barking at him from front door. I called and they promised to come out within 3 days. They have still not come back. I am not very happy.

Apparently I just found out that Trugreen bought Unique lawn care. Or at least their weed business. I only realized this after receiving a past due notice when I didn t even realize that they came. As you can see from the photos. This is what my lawn looks like after the switch from Unique to Trugreen. Either no-one has been showing up, and they have just been billing me. Or whatever product Trugreen is using is complete garbage. The photos kind of speak for themselves. My lawn has looked like this the since the spring when they apparently took over. I also attempted to call and figure out what was going on, and got a voicemail. So, customer service is also very lacking.

Do not waste your money. These people and their services are a joke. I prepaid the entire year of services on their top tier package along with their seeding and aeration. They apparently came once which I cannot confirm or deny. The following week they came to overseed and aerate. I came home later in the day and found they completed the aeration, however proceeded to leave the cores from the aeration all over my sidewalks leaving me to clean their mess. Also I found seed in a 1sq foot bare area next to my sidewalk and none anywhere else throughout my yard. I called to talk about the lack of seed that I paid $200 for, they apologized and scheduled a day to come do it again correctly. They were to come today (9/23/21). Luckily I was home. I received a text at 0841 saying the technician had arrived as I was sitting on my porch. No one had arrived. I received another text at 0853 saying they completed the service and got the PDF stating they seeded my entire yard, all the while Im sitting on my porch. Now unless this con company has ghosts working for them with invisible work trucks, no one ever showed up. I can only imagine how many customers this is done to on a regular basis. They will no longer be on my property again. Do not waste your money on these a-holes.

Ive been calling TruGreen for 3 weeks and no one seems to want to help.... until I posted this. well, heres a photo of what a service tech did to my brand-new sod. after I brought it up, it seems like they are giving me the run around. I would think this would be an easy fix but, I guess not. CAN SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE HELP WITH THIS???

We used True Green for 3 years, our grass never turned green. We complained a few times giving them a chance but we are done.

Absolutely awful. Not responsive. They went to the wrong house twice and performed our service there. Continued to correct them and they finally got that problem straightened out. Next issue was our overseed and aeration service. It was scheduled and cancelled five times, without anyone calling us or telling us they couldn t perform the service on the day it was scheduled. We tried getting a hold of a manager, anyone, but no one could give any answer or response as to what was going on. Go to any competitor of theirs and I guarantee you a better experience. Avoid at all and I mean all costs! I would give them a negative 3 stars if that was an option on Google Reviews.

We were charged 250 for a service never provided. The truck drove in front of our house, tech never got out of the car, then left and we got charged! Still trying to get ahold of customer service for a refund. Outrageous.

Ive had to follow up 6 times now to get them to complete the services I paid almost $700 for. They repeatedly stated that they completed the lawn applications, but did not come out (I was home most of the days). They finally did, but I had to hound them every time to complete them. They were supposed to complete an aeration and overseed, and did not. They marked it complete, but did not do it. Its obvious when you get this service, because you can see the seed and dirt plugs in the yard. There is none of either. At this point, they have not completed the aeration/overseed, and Im not sure which lawn applications they have actually done vs. simply saying they did. I have contacted them via phone, chat on the app, and Twitter, requesting a manager call. I wanted to address both their dishonestly and sleazy business practices, and also request a refund. I have still not received a call. There are plenty of great, local lawncare services in my area, and I will be switching next year. Avoid Trugreen at all costs - they are unethical and shysty, and if you have the misfortune of contracting them, you will be chasing them to make sure they do the work or refund your hard-earned money. This business is trash.

Seems to be a theme..Here!!! Dimitri was on the way at 7:21am arrived at 7:51am. I walk out my door at 7:58 as seen on my cameras to No Dimitri BUT.. A nice little sign telling me how my service was completed. WOW 9000 SQ. INCLUDING unload and reload of equipment is 7 mins & your no seen on any Cameras... and the completion text at 8:21am...... Priceless..!!! 5 calls not one returned!! NOT HERE & NOT ME!! DONE!! SUGGESTION Run and Do Not look back.. on the way hold on to your Money tight they seem to have a way of doing things Really Quick and Un-Noticed..!!

My lawn looks better than it did when I was the only one taking care of it. On of the techs also helped my solve the problem with my trees.

Canceled my aeration service appointment twice and tech lied and stated that it was customer request. It wasn t my request. I was promised a call from local service manager but that never happened either. I would never recommend Trugreen to anyone let alone friends. Had I not prepaid for the year s service, I would never let them back on my property.

Physically watched the technician this morning, at 7am and still pitch black, get out of his Trugreen truck, stick a yard application sign in the ground and drive away. Wasn t out of his car more than 5 seconds and obviously never applied anything to our yard. I immediately called and cancelled service and posted a message on our neighborhood website, only to find out that 4 neighbors have cancelled Trugreen service in the past for the same issue. Theft? Fraud? Wonder how many times this has happened. Needless to say, don t use Trugreen and if you do, cancel and find someone else. Garbage company.

Very rude and pushy salesman. Glad I didnt get caught up with this company.

Technician literally just left. I watched spray about 10ft of my front yard, walk his hose to the back corner of my back yard and watched him spray roughly 10ft of my back yard and leave. He didn t spray a 1/4 of my front or back yard. Pure laziness! I called into the Fishers, IN office to report and they scheduled me for a redo service free of charge. If one of these guys are doing this I m sure more are so keep your eye out. I will be for now on that s for sure. If it happened again I m going to cancel and go with someone else.

From start to my eventual refund nothing was handled correctly. From the quote, billing, or application. After my refund for the wrong amount I received an email with a 79.00 BILL over a week after the refund was requested. Ive spoken to 6 different people, with different responses and information. Forget asking for a supervisor or manager, they just pretend not to hear that. Please, if you are looking for someone for your lawn care needs, pick anyone but TruGreen

Watched one guy barely spritz a tree. Another time never sprayed bushes. Another only spread stuff on the perimeter never hitting the problem areas. We ve addressed this issue many times. Prepaid for services and having trouble talking with someone who can speak clear English to ask about refund. We re done. Won t be using them next year.

Ill be honest - I used TruGreen when I lived near Lafayette for many years. Always had a beautiful yard and the crew was knowledgeable and helpful. I moved to Fishers and have been using this branch for two years. The crew is VERY unknowledgeable. They have no clue what they are treating for or what their chemicals will kill/grow in your yard. I have so many clovers, crabgrass and other weeds in my yard than I ever have in the two years. They came to do a Free weed treatment and I asked the driver prior to the application what he was putting down and what he was treating to today. His response was Im told im treating for crabgrass but im not entirely sure what they have in my truck or backpack today I was highly disappointed in this response. My suggestion: Find a nice locally owned company that will personalize your treatment, not give you a blanket treatment like they are doing. Contact Master Lawn, Tuff dogs etc.... Not to mention TruGreen is twice the cost as the local guys.

We used TruGreen for a year before realizing we were being ripped off. Since I went on leave of absence from work I had been home when our service tech worked on our yard. I noticed him in the front yard and waited but he never went to the back! This happened multiple times. Our yard is .25 acres with 80% of that being our back yard. Therefore we were paying $50 ish some dollars for them to apply weed and feed to like .10 acres. Taking money for a service and only doing 1/4 of it is stealing. I never leave bad reviews, but this truly angers me.

Makes our lawn thick and a nice shade of green compared to our neighbors. Downside is we have to cut it more often.

Very professional and dependable services. The results were great. Im embarrassed to have one of the best looking lawns in the neighborhood but Im working through this.

Mosquito treatment is absolutely wonderful as they are bad where I live, I will get this treatment for years to come!
