Good place for landscaping designs

First time here, Matt showed me what stone I needed.

This company takes care of our subdivision. They do a half way job of mowing, trimming and I m sure they are being paid very well for subpar service! We have pointed out areas that they ve missed and they completely ignore it. They don t care about the quality as they re getting paid to blast through our neighborhood and move on. I do not recommend.

These guys mow our hoa. They do a fantastic job. This review is about the customer service I received today from management. I received a call from mgmt about a small request I had. Extremely professional, listened to my issue. Made zero excuses and we had resolution before I was off the phone. As a business owner I truly understand the challenges we as service folks face in the field. Its nearly impossible to keep everyone happy, although I know thats what strive for! Thank you for your professionalism today! Highly recommend!

Please ask your employees not to trespass on my lawn when treating my neighbors property. Picasso Lawn is a poorly managed company! I used their services for weed control and fertilization one season and they ruined my lawn. Their employee ran over my steel hose and watering wand that I had rolled up on my driveway breaking both. I brought it to their attention and after multiple requests still have not received a response from management. I severed all ties with Picasso Lawn but they mowed my lawn twice more without my consent and charged my credit card on file refusing to reimburse me after once again bringing to their attention I was not interested in their services. Do not give them your credit card information! Please stay off my lawn and quit harassing me!

BRAG would like to thank Picasso Landscape for going above and beyond when cleaning up the brush and removing the unwanted trees. Recognizing all of the trash that had collected over time, the crew took the time to clean up all of the litter even though that wasnt part of their job. We are grateful for our community partners!

We have used Picasso s fertilizer applications for years. Our lawn has never looked better! Highly recommended them, professional and friendly staff!!

Picasso Landscape reset my driveway paver stones that were uneven and looking sad. They did a phenomenal job, and when there was a slight problem responded right away. My driveway looks like new and I am very satisfied. They may not be the cheapest, but I feel as though you get what you pay for. Kudos to David and his team. Thank you Picasso (Danny) for a job well done.

While I am not personally a customer, I find this company to be very disrespectful. Week after week the crew my neighbor uses drives their mowers through my yard - even when I clearly had new seed down. I also spent most of the past weekend cleaning limbs up after a bad storm and when Monday rolled around I watched one of the Picasso guys pick up a large branch from my neighbors property and throw it into my yard. I understand these guys try to hustle from job to job but a little courtesy would be appreciated.

Very unresponsive. Agrees to complete jobs, makes promises, and consistently no call no shows. Very disappointing.

I understand things occasionally happen. With Picasso, it seems to have been a consistent issue with us. On more than one occasion, their issues caused us more time and money to recover. For what it is worth, I suggest alternative lawncare companies.

I just watched one of your drivers go right through the stop sign by my house where there are children playing every day without even stopping thats pretty unprofessional to me

I had a terraced retaining wall system installed. As well as some other misc cosmetics done, mulch, and river rock. Dannys team did a great job. They were on time. Worked until project was complete. Couteous and professional. The end result was beautiful. Thanks.

The whole team is amazing!! They totally cleared my property of heavy brush piles and overgrown bushes and saplings!! Believe me it was a monumental task that took a week to do!! They are all amazing!! The office staff and owners are awesome as well!! You wont regret using them!! They rock!!! And very fair priced as well!!! Dont even hesitate to use them!! I love them!! Great customer service, great landscapers, very easy to set up/change. The mowers were even mindful of the little utility flags that had been placed for a couple weeks. I absolutely recommend them

They are fast and efficient!! We have so many mature trees and its impossible to keep our yard cleared! They show up with seven guys and were gone in 30-40 minutes. Its a bit pricey but I promise theyre worth it!

I called on a Thursday wanting a quote and was told theyd be in touch either that week or the next. I then had to follow up the next Wednesday and after being on hold for 10 mins., gave up. They must be busy this time of year. Will go elsewhere.

Picasso built a beautiful paver patio with a gas burning firepit for my family. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. The owner, Danny, was in constant communication to make sure we were happy and he was flexible with us when we would want to make changes during construction. David, the main builder, is an artist! He took the vision we had and made it a reality. He was meticulous in his work and displayed impeccable attention to detail. Although we received more rain in indiana for May and June than ever before, they still managed to finish in time for us to host a highschool graduation party for 3 graduates. Commitment to excellence, friendly service, professionalism and flexibility, this is what you get with Picasso!

High quality. Really nice. Always on time. I switched from my previous lawn company because the quality of their mowing wasn t good. Danny and his team do my neighbor s yard so I gave them a shot. Outstanding! Best parts: quality of mulch was better because they spade around the edges. Quality of cuts are better because they mow different angles each week. The bush trimming they did looks great. Bonus: everyone is super nice even the guy who does the fertilizer took about 10 minutes going over with me the type of dirt I have and how to fix some dead spots. I m just really impressed.

Absolutely in love with my new landscaping! Picasso did an amazing job and have nothing but hard working crews. Danny Toon took the time in the planning stages, brainstorming and providing recommendations. He listened and understood what I needed. Then we did a walk through the day of with their Crew Leader. On top of that his Crew Leader would communicate with me on the progress of the project. Top notch professionalism through and through! End result is beautiful. I actually feel like I have a backyard and love every time I drive home and get to see my new landscaping. We plan to use Picasso for our new paver patio, which is our next big project. I highly recommend this company!

I cant speak to their landscaping, but their respect for safety is nonexistent. I saw a white Chevy with a trailer hitched and items stacked haphazardly in its bed and trailer, the trailer was NOT hooked up for brake lights, and a busted tail light on the truck besides!

Good experience with Picasso. If there is an office miscommunication and a job is performed incorrectly, the owner will make things right.

The work was for cleanup and it wasn t completed until I called them to come back out and finish the job. They still didn t complete everything I asked and I had to clean the overgrown vines off my shrubs myself. There were patches of weeds they just didn t get. They also didn t take down the dead plants for the season. I also had them fill in a water fountain, which they did but they took the flagstones that surrounded it. I don t know why they would have taken my flagstones and I was going to use them for another project.

Danny, the project manager is very nice and does a good job of answering all the million questions someone might have. Picasso did a good job on our lawn, will use again!

Picasso Landscaping truck going down 116th Street in Fishers weaving between lanes and virtually coming to a stop at points because the driver is on his phone distracted. When I honk at him to pay attention, he hits brakes. I try to get around him before he cause a wreck and he weaves into my lane, I honk at him again and tell him to get off his phone. He gives me a prolonged honk and the finger...classy. And if his behavior is any indication of their business practices stay far, far away. Word of mouth isnt kind to morons.

Not worth the money, weed is still here, and grass not green. Would do better job myself.

My experience with Picasso Lawn & Landscaping was excellent! Their work and customer service were top notch. I had a large patio with a gas fire pit built, flower beds created completely around my house with river rock laid in them, a lot of planting, and various other landscaping related items done. I delt primarily with Danny, one of the owners, and David, the lead patio builder. They were both very helpful with the design, and quick completion of the entire project. Subsequently, I have them treating my lawn as well. I could not be happier. I would highly recommend Picasso!

Love Picasso Lawn & Landscaping! The crew is amazing. They move our soccer goals and trampoline before they mow or fertilize. We ve used other landscaping companies and we had to make sure those items were moved the night before or they wouldn t mow/fertilize. We can t say enough good things about them. If you re looking for a reliable company, give them a try, you won t be disappointed!

The crew do a great job!

Picasso Lawn & Landscape did a great job in putting new mulch, edging, and pulling some bushes. They also mow weekly and I have never had any problems with them. We tried two other lawn mowing services before and the others were horrible. My lawn finally looks great.

Had a great experience!! It started with an estimate that came in way cheaper than several other companies. When the crew came out, lead by a David, they were amazing. They worked hard and did even cleared a patch that I forgot to get included in the estimate. The yard looked so good when they were done. I will be calling them again!!

Ive hired several landscaping companies in the past, and this is the best landscape company Ive ever dealt with! They cut my grass every week. They are dependable, do a good job, and dont require you to sign a contract. The pricing is very reasonable, and the people on the phone are very nice. I would recommend to anyone.

We hired Picasso for lawn fertilization treatment. The first two treatments went great and our lawn was looking healthy and vibrant. However, the third treatment turned into a nightmare. Within a day or two of receiving the treatment, our lawn started to die. When we contacted the owner of Picasso and he came out. When he saw our lawn, he said that there must have been a machine malfunction in the front and the tech must have sprayed the backyard too heavily (the backyard was done by hand). We followed his advice of keeping it wet, but to no avail. Within about a week, our lawn was completely dead and scorched. The owner of Picasso said that they would come to re-seed, however, upon coming and looking at our lawn after it had completely died, the owner refused to speak with us, only relayed messages through his secretary that stated that Picasso refused to believe the damage was their doing and they were not going to take any responsibility for the fact that our entire front and backyard (with the exceptions of the spots they missed) were now dead. It was only after filing complaints with various agencies that we received a call from the owner apologizing for what had happened and offering to re-sod our front and backyard. We were initially understanding, as mistakes happen to everyone, and we appreciate that they have finally made things right, but I wish that they had initially shown more integrity and professionalism with the situation.

Picasso cut and cleaned my mulch beds and then re-mulched. David and the team did an excellent job and went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Picasso!
