Unprofessional.. they don t have a business line/voicemail. For full transparency, called to get a quote (2 times after 10), once after 10:15 and this is the text that comes in. Obviously Im busy right now why do you keep calling over and over again text me what you need and Ill respond back when I have time Im out on a job How is it obvious that you are busy right now? If there was a voicemail set up there wouldn t be a need to call multiple times to get a person. Rude and unprofessional.. Hire someone to handle calls/quote inquiries if you don t have the capacity to be polite or the knowledge to set up a voicemail.

Lucas from Picture Perfect Lawn & Landscaping is an A-1 professional. He and his staff removed rocks from our flower bed and built a very nice patio out of pavers, finished off with sod. He was great in communicating with us about his process and schedule, and his prices are very reasonable. Plus he s just a really nice person!! I highly recommend this company!!

This is the most unprofessional company Ive ever worked with. I hired him to complete 3 jobs around the exterior of my home. A couple days after completing the job, he asked for a review. I stated I was waiting to ensure the grass grew in the area that was planted because it appeared that the crew did not use enough seed. He immediately became defensive and said they used $150 worth of seed (thats what he quoted me on materials, but not sure how thats my responsibility). He also charged $1,000 for labor and had 2 people at my house for 5 hours total. Then, he accused me of having the crew complete more work than we had initially discussed (not true at all). I asked him to clarify what specifically, but he was unable to provide any details. Then, he told me it was way too hot to even be planting seed, told me to Google the directions for EZ Seed and that I picked the wrong time to plant seed. Needless to say, this was never mentioned during our initial discussion. A professional company would say... Im more than happy to do the job, but it would be better for you to wait until later in the summer when its cooler. In addition, I had him bury a sump pump line to the back of my property. Now, water pools in the back yard at the pipe and goes back into the line creating the potential for my basement to flood. Lastly, he decided to ghost me and not return texts or calls. If you want to be ripped off and blamed for their terrible work afterwards, then this is the right company for you.

In April 2017, we hired Luke from Picture Perfect Lawn & Landscaping to edge our landscape beds and trees on a 1/2 acre lot in addition to spreading 5 yards of mulch. He did a fantastic job and made the beds look their best ever. He showed up promptly on time and worked non-stop throughout the day to finish the job. He was very affordable and cleaned up the yard and driveway following the installation. Ill be hiring Luke again!
