Fine Touch did a very large landscaping project for us and did a fantastic job! They were the only company that was responsive and quoted the project in a timely manner (out of 4 companies). The work and workers remained as unobtrusive as possible and were finished when they ensured our expectations were met. We used them twice, and both times, the work was very poor quality. On the first attempt, they scalped my bushes. They did not weed or edge the beds. We let them know they did not edge, and they said they did and would only acknowledge that the work was not done when presented with pictures. Good luck getting off their text distribution. They definitely hustle hard to get the work, but the quality does not stand up to their competitors. You get what you pay for.

I requested a quote from them a month ago for landscaping work. The quote was too expensive so I went with another landscaping company that did the work for less than half of what Fine Touch quoted. A month later, they still repeatedly call, text and send e-mails. I block one phone number and they text from another phone number. Its borderline harassment. I recommend choosing a company that is focused on the customer and not its own bottom line.

Fine Touch Services responded quickly to my request for an estimate based on a referral from a friend. The estimate was provided quickly, I accepted and scheduled the work. It was done as scheduled. These guys are mulching fools! A crew of 4 spread 8 cubic yards of mulch in no time after prepping the areas in the morning. Unbelievable! We highly recommend their services.

Had a lawn emergency needed the grass cut fast and my mower blades decided to take the day off. I called Jake and explained the situation he made some calls and moved some things around and had his crew out within a few hours to trim, mow, and blow off clippings. Life saver!! On top of that, Grant identified the issue with my mower, fixed it, and did it all without any upcharge. To say I d recommend these guys is a massive understatement. They ve earned my business for all landscaping needs.

We had an amazing experience with Fine Touch. The rep that came out to the house knew his stuff! We needed low maintenance flowers/bushes and wanted a tree and he gave us all the ins and outs of different trees based off our house being full sun. Then Jake helped us narrow down what we wanted vs needed. He kept us informed with timeline. We got pushed back a bit due to rain but expected during this time. Malcolm (over the landscaping/hardscape team) was phenomenal. I kid you not his team takes no short cuts and does an amazing thorough job. One worker even came up to my husband and to chat about how things were going and any concerns and addressed all concerns right away. Overall, was very satisfied with how quickly our large job was completed and how well it was done.

I can not say enough about Jack and his company. We have been working together for a couple of years and never had any problem or complaints. They always supported me with all my needs and in a very reasonable time and price. You will not be disappointed with their work!!!

We arent the type of people that come online to badmouth a company. I waited months before finally posting this, but since spring is upon us, and a lot of people will be starting projects, just wanted to save someone else the same issue. We wanted some flagstone around our existing patio, 4 all around, as well as a french drain, which turned out to be a 13k project. That is a lot of money to us, although it is our understanding that it can be considered a small project among wealthier clientele, as was pointed out to us multiple times. Other than post some photos of the flagstone we had put down, I feel like pictures speak 1000 words, so I wont elaborate as much as I would like to on the disappointment over how much we put into this, and the results we got. On the company website, it proclaims a combined decades of experience statement, which is an outright untruth, as the owners are young, and the company has been in existence since 2018 (in high school). We should have done our research much more deeply than we did. Note: The main issue from the start was the amount of space between the stones, as it was supposed to be a firm surface, with the expectation of a full flagstone, which usually has minimal spacing between the stones. Prior to us saying something, they intended to leave it as sand, with huge 6-8 spaces between in some areas, which was NOT what we wanted nor were quoted. In addition, the project was started WEEKS after the promise date (this was not weather related, as many days of sunny days and good weather went by), which was scheduled at least a month prior, and all requests for repairs, etc. were the same. The rest is explained by photos, as to the durability of what we now have. While we were discounted $1k, we still paid a significant amount of money. In the end, we could have done a do it yourself project if we wanted less than professional results, and spent significantly less. The initial photo shows the significant space between the stones, and the original fill was just sand. The intial fix was spraying some epoxy, which temporarily hardened, but then started to erode, hollow spots, etc. within weeks. Trying to get resolution, places were dug up, more sand put in, only to result in the same way, holes, chipping away, etc. as seen, and actually resulting in more damage than the initial damage. If you would be happy spending 12k for this result (will say, part of that was having a drain put in) then go for it, but this is a beware post. I have many photos, and video, and this is less than one year after we initially were supposed to start this project in May of 2023, for additional reference. Do your research, because anyone can put shiny lovely photos online, and have people write fake reviews. This is REAL. chipping, hollow spots, edges washing away, major space in between what should have been more flagstone shown below.*last photo - EXAMPLE, not ours, of what the expected result was included for reference, and what was promised, as well as what a flagstone path/patio is supposed to look like.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their business model revolves around giving low-ball quotes and demanding more money in the middle of a project. We contacted Fine Touch Services to install mulch in three beds and along a fence line. The area along the fence line had a stack of bricks that needed to be moved before the mulch could be placed. We were contacted almost immediately via email and text to set up service - no one actually CAME to our property to see what we needed. Our original quote for the mulch and labor was $425. The day of the install came and the work crew showed up at like 1:30 PM, but left immediately after to got get the mulch. The owner texted me at 3:00 PM to ask me to pay the invoice, but the crew still hasn t returned with the mulch. I explained that his crew hadn t done any work and I wasn t going to pay until they did. He agreed. At 5:30 PM the crew showed up and installed the mulch in the beds but did not move the bricks or mulch the fence line. I texted the owner to ask when his crew is going to complete the job and he asked for pictures, which I sent. I assumed the crew did not finish the fence line because of rain. To my chagrin, the owner responded that the project would now involve sod removal and more mulch because it was bigger that he originally thought. Cue the mid-project price raise of an additional $250 then $350 (to ensure he has enough mulch). I CONFIRMED that for the original $425 plus the additional $350, all the mulch would be put down, bricks moved, and sod removed - he said yes. His crew has been onsite and he has pictures of the property. We scheduled his crew to come back and complete the contracted work. Fast-forward a few days and the owner texts me at 9PM to ask if his crew could come the next day instead of at the end of the week. He then texts me the next morning to tell me his crew will be there today and to ask if we want to pay $450 and get weed-resistant mulch. We didn t get asked about weed resistant mulch for the first half of the project? This feels like a cash-grab. I decline the weed resistant mulch. At 1:30 PM I get a text from him stating that the area is too large and there are too many bricks to be moved for $350, stating that it is a lot more work than described and there are more bricks than the images show. He has pictures of the property, his crew has been out here before, but NOW he has no clue how large this project is? I didn t even ask how much more this would cost - I was done dealing with this owner that wants to keep upping the price of the project without ever having been on site. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. His crew shows up whenever they want, he manages the entire project via text message and changes the quoted cost because he can t be bothered to show up to the property and accurately assess project scope. His crews work was sloppy - there were gloves and bottles left in my yard and there are massive weeds coming up through the mulch they did put down. I completely OVERPAID for what little work they did.

I had friend that used this company and the boss sent people out that didn t know how to do the job. They was trying to get help leveling so they could put their above pool up and the boss told them just to throw sand on a tarp and pack it down. Very poor service!

We hired Jake and Fine Touch Services to mow my family s house in Fishers in the past. After 1 cut, we told him not to come back. I kid you not there were piles upon piles of dead grass scattered across my yard due to the blade setting they chose. My parents spent literal hours raking the yard to remove these. Not only that, Jake constantly pestered us questioning how we were going to pay him and where we would leave the money. Following our complaints about the shape he left our lawn, Jake appeared very wishy washy as to whether it was he himself who cut our lawn or one of his crew members. Do not use this company s services.

We hired Fine Touch Services to perform edging and mulching of beds. They arrived at the time they said they would. It was a large crew of 10 and Jake the owner closely supervised the job and took extra care with mulching around plants. They worked efficiently and checked back often to ensure I was satisfied.

Their website says free estimates (see uploaded image). After we decided to not choose them he tried to make us pay a $29 fee for the estimate. We do not live out of the area and nothing was said about paying anything ahead of time. No work was completed except for the free estimate. If they charge for it then their website is false advertising!! Because of this I will never trust them again or recommend for anything. Beware.
