So far their customer service has been the best compared to the other 3 lawn care services Ive dealt with in the last 10 years. However the product theyve applied doesnt seem to be on the same level as their competitors. This is the first time Ive ever had to deal with several weeds after the first and second applications. We will see how the rest of the season plays out with their product.

My tech Harley, is always professional and courteous.

I used their full season lawn service which consisted of fertilizers, grub control, weed killer and control and I paid extra in the fall for core aeration and seeding. I had a lot of bald areas. I was diligent in watering the bald areas for more than 3 weeks after the seeding and was very pleased with the end results. My lawn in much fuller and very lush and green. While I still have some very small bald areas I am very pleased with the service and will renew for next year. The service is expensive but is worth it to me.

Jimmy does a great job explaining current condition of yard, results we will see from treatments and recommendations for future treatments. Highly recommend!

I have used LAWN DOCTOR of Carroll County since 2002 when I had a serious lawn emergency. They came out, surveyed the situation ~ and took care of it ~ and they certainly did! Every lawn care season brings me a new lawn tech, NATHAN is my tech this season. Although I did not have a chance to interact with him on his first visit, the work was accomplished as every year. I will have him come to the door so we can get acquainted when he is here next.

So far, everyone and every process has been great! On my first call, I was able to speak with a live person, who was very helpful and kind. Did I say live, yes live!!! Mark came out and he was absolutely the best advisor. He knows his stuff and he shared his knowledge about my lawn. He talked with me to share what was needed, what products would be used and the cost. I have used/called other companies who just take an aerial view and give you, I guess, the same products as they do others. Tom came out and did a soil analysis and put down a couple of products. He was very respectful of my property and he cleaned up afterwards. He prompted me to ask questions and even shared some tips. Andrew came out to aerate and seed my lawn. I didnt see him, but it appeared he took the same care of my property. Also, they really did put down a lot of seed. Im very grateful that my brother recommended them to me. Oh and did I say they have wonderful discounts. Thank you to this entire team!

I switched lawn service companies to Lawn Doctor about a year ago and the results have been astounding. Our lawn has never looked better. Grass is growing in shady areas where we have never been able to grow grass thanks to their seeding program. We moved into a new house a few years ago that has a ton of huge weeds. We looked into lawn doctor and figured we d try them out. They made our grass look great; it s a vibrant green and doesn t have missing spots. The treatment didn t really work on the weeds though unfortunately. If we want even a small possibility of getting rid of the weeds, we d have to pay several hundred more dollars and it s not guaranteed to work. I think we re going to take a year off from using them and see if we can get something else to take care of the weeds. Anytime I ve had issues or questions, I email Angel and she responds very quickly.

We have had Lawn Doctor for the last 8 years and could not be happier . One of our friends talked us into trying a different service. We use them for 1 year and they were no where near as good as Tony and Lawn Doctors. Our lawn looks so good 3 of our neighbors use them as well
