Great service! I called these folks for lawn aeration and they scheduled me for the next day. They showed up on time and aerated my lawn and only charged me about 60% of the cost that they had initially quoted.

Flakes. They advertised aggressively on next door and responded quickly to my request for a quote. They sent out two friendly and knowledgeable guys (who knew my property already). We walked and talked for about 30 minutes and I was ready to hire them regardless of price. Two days later I get a Dear John letter: "After careful consideration and review of our schedule, we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with providing a quote at this time. Our decision is based on several considerations, including our existing project commitments and the current capacity of our teams." So what you're saying is, you want more business, but doing so would cause you to need more resources. Joke company, do not use.
One Call handles all of our exterior property maintenance. They are very prompt. They bring a team and are in and out quickly. They do a GREAT job and they go above and beyond. We had an issue with our office park irrigation water. They worked overtime to get our sprinklers running to keep our grass alive until the irrigation system was repaired. When I called to see what was happening with the sprinklers, they were already working on the solution. They didn’t wait to be asked which was amazing! Great people to work with.

Very professional and easy to get in an emergency. They do our sprinklers at Gracehill,Evergreen and Briarwood Apts. They have done several jobs on a moments notice.

Very professional. Cleaned up a tremendous mess former company made happen. Other company said they fixed sprinklers, fertilized, mowed and etc. Did nothing but turn off the water and destroyed 8 lawns. One Call Property Solutions did and is still doing all the maintenance, lawn mowing, sprinkler repair, and fertilizing. Wow what a difference they are wonderful!

Ty and Amber with One Call have kept the lawn at the apartment complex I manage looking beautiful. I constantly receive compliments from the residents on how beautiful everything is. They assist in multiple ways keeping our grounds beautiful as they also take out dead trees, plant new trees and assist with our landscape planting needs. They also remove our snow and ice in the winter. I highly recommend them!!

I m a property manager who has had a difficult time finding a good responsive handyman. Out of desperation I googled and found their services. I was impressed by how quickly and professionally they responded and took care of the problem! I will definitely be using them again!

Missed electrical problems in the attic. Lightning fixture in the kitchen was connected (hot wired) to an extension cord. Same problem was with 2 other fixtures in the kitchen. Was accused of doing the job after they inspected, because saw dust was still present, but the house was filthy and saw dust was left everywhere. Found water mark from a leak and they just said well we found that the roof was leaking. No where in the report was a leaking roof mentioned. But the good thing, instead of just paying the electrician, they offered to buy the house back under there warranty. Are they in the business of flipping homes? Customer Service terrible.
