PLC replaced fabric and installed border edging under my deck. Team was efficient and performed in a timely manner. I like the new appearance of my deck. During first year corner brick started creeping to the side and out of position-see picture on the left. I contacted PLC and in one week the brick was put into place- see picture on the right. I am an HOA trustee for a 7-acre villa community with a small lake and 22 villas. We were in search of a good lawn care company over 4 years ago because our current service did not produce the quality lawns our residents wanted. We had many residents maintaining their own yards even though they were paying for a service through the HOA. We hired Pinnacle Lawn Care and Outdoor Aesthetics to provide turf management services that included weed control, fertilization, lawn mowing, trimming, edging and blowing. Due to some of the uneven terrain, a few areas need to be cut with a small push mower. They also provide our landscaping services including spring clean-up, mulching. bush trimming, weeding, and fall clean-up. After two years of seeing our yards go from weeds to healthy green grass, we also hired them to manage our irrigation system. As we fast forward to today, the residents are extremely pleased with the health and look of their yards and landscaping. Since Pinnacle Lawn Care took over our irrigation system, our water bill has gone down significantly. This is a result of the system audits, repairs, and adjustments they made to our 340+ sprinkler head system. As a trustee, I could not be happier! Going with Pinnacle Lawn Care has made my job so much easier! They are very responsive to our needs and communicate with us on a regular basis. We always know when their team will be on site and we are part of the decision when schedules need to change due to weather. They are also proactive in assisting us in maintaining our community. As an example, we had trees around our lake that were showing stress. Pinnacle Lawn Care reached out to us and said they had identified the cause of the stress and put together a treatment plan to address the fungus that was causing the stress. This proactive approach saved us thousands of dollars in tree replacement as we saved all the trees.
