Genuine Lawn Care in Fenton

The company did a great job on our neighbors lawn; however, they blew a lot of leaves onto our freshly raked lawn and into the street in front of our house.

Got a quote from very uninterested uninvested person that never called back to do the work. Got other quotes since I was Ghosted and it was half the quoted price. Buyer beware.

These people just let themselves into my yard to look at a different property. They didn’t try to give me notice or anything. They put their equipment in my front yard and poured gas into their equipment and spilled it on my grass. If they would have asked it would have been one thing but they just didn’t even bother to talk to me first. Some of what they were cleaning up in my neighbors yard was just blowing it into mine. I wouldn’t have thought it but my ring cameras picked it up. When leaving my neighbors house they backed up and drove over my front yard multiple times in their truck and trailer.

These folks recently came to a perhaps smaller job (clearing 30’x 40’ part of overgrown backyard). They quickly came out and gave an estimate. Set a date, kept it, did a great job. Would recommend them highly.

Terry and his specialists have done such a great job on our backyard build out with a patio + rock bed landscaping. We also use him for mulching, aeration, power raking, and leaf blowing. He’s solved a serious yard drainage problem as well. Highly recommend Terry and Genuine Lawn for anyone looking for a landscaping company to help them.

This is the second project Genuine Lawn Care has done at my house. They do professional work at a very fair price and communicate well. The project to screen in the porch on my 86 year old house was challenging but Terry and his team found very workable, elegant solutions. I am very pleased with their work and responsiveness.
