Sundown has been helping me for years with grass maintenance and recently redid my back yard, including replacing a collapsing old retaining wall and designing and replanting a big bed. The workers were so diligent and did a wonderful job that just looks perfect. The process was so easy because everyone is so very professional and knowledgeable and polite and kind. There are a couple other families I know who have used Sundown for similar projects and they too are totally happy with their designs and work, even years later.

Jeff and the crew from Sundown just completed a week-long project transforming a 65ft hillside from blah to beautiful. From design to delivery the process smooth and painless. Sundown and their designer really stood out from the other companies who proposed on this work. Their design incorporated all the critical items to us - color, depth, evergreens, pollinator garden, etc. The crew was super pleasent while on site and the jobsite was clean and tidy at the end of each day. They went the extra mile to make sure the job exceeded all expectations at completion. I would recommend Sundown for any of your landscaping projects!
We have had Sundown do our landscaping at our current home and our previous home. They do outstanding work from start to finish. We met with Dave and he truly listened to our desires. He combined those with suggestions based on his tremendous knowledge of plants that work well with our environment to come up with an outstanding design. The installations have been flawless! In addition, we have used their annual service to make sure all the plants are being properly maintained and continue to look awesome. We have use Sundown Landscape Contracting exclusively for over 20 years. They have installed a paver patio in our backyard, a berm in our front yard along with new sod and numerous other projects. While talking to folks while walking the dog we have found out that our yard is known as the yard where Sundown made the berm for us!
Our large yard has been maintained and improved by Sundown Landscaping for a few years now. They continue to do a great job! They are thorough, professional and very sensitive to my plans for the garden beds and pathways. I think they are the best!
Sundown Landscape Contracting recently installed a raised berm with multiple plantings and laid sod in our front yard. Prior to the job staring, they created a landscape plan for our review which included a new configuration for the sidewalks leading to our front porch from the driveway and around the side of our house. The plan achieved all of our requirements as they listened to our initial thoughts for this project. We are extremely pleased with the results and are getting many positive comments about our "new" yard from neighbors walking down the street. This was our third project with Sundown. They installed a patio for us in early 2019. We thoroughly enjoy the patio and sitting outside and enjoying the view of our backyard. Sundown also placed PVC pipe underground to divert some of our downspouts away from our foundation. We must also recognize the professionalism and dedication of the Sundown crew. They worked as a team. We were impressed with their foreman, Paul. Along with setting up projects for the members of the crew, he was also sharing his knowledge on why things were being done a certain way to achieve best horticultural practices. That is how you build a cohesive team and develop team mates who can accomplish many duties. We highly recommend Dave Haring and the team at Sundown Landscape. We look forward to our next project with them.

We have used Sundown for landscaping plans, installation of said plans, spring cleanup and grass maintenance since 2008. The only thing we haven t used them for is grass cutting. Have been very pleased with the processes, ideas, implementation and communication from all their employees. Their teams are efficient and clean up after every project. We wholeheartedly recommend Sundown Landscape.

Sundown is the best. They care. We trust them and they are ultra careful about closing up our fenced in yard so we don t have to worry about our dogs when we let them out. We recommend them without hesitation or reservation.
We have used Sundown for years, starting with design and installation as well as maintenance. We have the best looking yard on the block (my humble opinion, but others have said so too). Would highly recommend Sundown Landscaping for any landscaping needs! We wanted to add curb appeal and also solve a draining problem and Sundown came up with the best solution for our issues. Jeff, Mike and the crew were amazing with recommendations, presenting their vision and bringing it to life in our front yard! One of our favorite parts of the process was seeing the breakdown of product, material and plantings that would be used. We approved of everything before it was brought in. Everything from step one to completion was explained in the best detail, Jeff even made multiple trips to our house after a days work to explain what the crew had done and what was on the agenda next. Transformed our front yard.
Sundown has done several projects for me over several decades, but this was the most extensive, with placing stone edging around my entire house and large front beds. The stonework looks great! The crew members were friendly, quick with answers to my questions and suggestions, and every one of them thanked me for the work. And the whole area was cleaned up very nicely after the work was completed. Thanks so much to Dave and Jeff and all the guys who worked on my project. Sundown will always be for my first choice for any landscaping work. The brownies will be waiting for you!

These folks are great!Our designer was right there through out the process, we felt very comfortable working with her. The garden was exactly what we wanted. Barbs designs for the front of the property make our home warm and inviting. The lighting really enhances the entire installation. Everyone we met is a real professional. We will call Sundown again.
I just had a consultation and have not decided whether we will pursue Sundowns services. I wanted to say however that my experience was excellent. Dave took the time to understand our situation and our goals. Sundown landscaping is doing business the right way, it is a customer first approach. We now have some of our own decisions to make so that we can be comfortable moving forward. I am very thankful for the time Dave took with us this morning!
We contracted to have a landscape block wall installed to replace an existing rotting railroad tie wall. The installation was complicated, since it needed to be built around piers under an existing deck and going into an adjacent asphalt parking pad. Also, a 10 foot x 18 inch deep concrete curb hidden beneath the tie wall had to be cut up piece-wise for removal prior to installing the block wall. They cut the asphalt pad at the correct location and angle relative to the deck and wall. Sundown Landscape Contracting did a great job adjusting to the changing complexities, showing a depth of engineering expertise and finished the job on time at no additional cost. They cleaned the work area very well at the end. Thank you Sundown!
We love our new garden and patio created by the Sundown team. We are enjoying our new space very much. Dave and the team were creative, efficient, friendly, courteous, meticulous, and I really couldnt be more pleased with the experience. This is the second garden Sundown has created for us. Our first is 10-years old and looks great. It is low maintenance, which is important to me. I expect to enjoy the new garden just as much for many years.
We have used Sundown Landscapings services for 20 years. Most recently they landscaped our 2-tiered retaining wall. Although they have always completed fantastic jobs for us, this project may be the best one they have done for us. Dave Haring, the owner, incorporated our ideas and added his expertise and knowledge to create a colorful mixture of shrubs and perennials. Installation was a breeze with his crew, who were professional and punctual. Sundown treats you like family and doesnt forget you after the project. A few weeks after the project was completed, Dave called just to make sure everything was fine and we were amply watering the new plants. We are very picky consumers and would never consider using anyone other than Sundown for all of landscaping needs.
The Sundown team was absolutely incredible. They were a professional team who were obviously well prepared for the task at hand and got right to business. Our yard had been quite an eyesore but within 10 minutes they had already removed the most offending small trees and bushes and before long the entire area was cleared. The reconstruction was careful and well executed. Id recommend them to anyone. Thanks for your hard work guys, The yard looks great and the sod has really taken off.
