Jim and his crew removed my zoysia grass lawn and seeded with a proper northern seed mix. The results are great and couldn't be happier with him and his crew. Fair price for great work.

Hired me when I had no work. Also have recommended their services to many friends who all had a great experience. Are they the cheapest? Absolutely not ...but they are the best around with the most experience in the area. Do you care about the end result or is it just a check in the block? Based upon several strong recommendations, I hired Grounds Keeper to mow my lawn on a bi- weekly basis. They came this past Friday for the first time. The work was exceptional! The lawn looks awesome and all areas were weed whacked as needed. A top notch job on a complex lawn with plenty of obstacles to deal with.

Had a great experience with this company.they were extremely thorough and meticulous!!! They even cleaned up the leaves and dirt in the garage!!!! We have never had any other landscaping company go that extra mile without tagging on an extra fee! Excellent service!! Fast and prompt service. Very professional and made my curb appeal to my house so beautiful! I will be recommending to everyone one! Great prices and service. Also had my lawn mowed by them and clippings were picked up. Left my house looking Beautiful!!!

We have used this company several times. First for lawn mowing, then landscaping and then a retaining wall. We have always been very pleased with the work and the costs for the job done. This past weekend someone ran over our retaining wall pulling some of the blocks apart. I was so upset that I left a message on the voice mail on Sunday. We have not had them do any work for us since they put in the retaining wall several years ago since that was the last big project. Well Monday morning I got a call from Jim. He asked me what happened. I told him. He was working on a job but said he would come by sometime that morning or afternoon to take a look at the damage. He did and then called me in the afternoon. He pulled the rocks away and put the blocks back. He said he didn't have any glue with him but he would come back and do the another day. He knew how upset I was so he wanted to get it back to the way it was. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said nothing. He said he couldn't charge me for it. I got news for you, most people don't do work for nothing but Jim did. He fixed my wall and now it looks as beautiful as it ever did. Time is precious to all of us so when someone does something for me and doesn't charge me I want to tell the world. It is a shame that more people don't take time to say thank you. We hired them to come and do a final mow after our other landscaper had to close early for the season. When he quoted us a price he said he would be back on a given day. My son raked all the leaves up and bagged them the morning they were due to come so it would be clear for them. They came days later. When my husband talked to him about the leaves he said, "Don't worry about it." We were so pleased that they had done a nice job for a new customer. We planned to hire them for next year. Then we got the bill for $90! We had never been quoted a price for this service and we wouldn't have agreed to that as we have an able-bodied son and my husband has been out of work for several months with a back injury. When we talked to them about this. We said we'd pay it even though we hadn't approved the work but would have to make payments and they said fine. Today we got the new bill with the first 2 payments applied and a billing fee of $5. So unless you are looking for someone to take advantage of you, we would not recommend this business.
