I have been using Yard Groomers for last couple of years. Very reliable and responds quick to calls or texts with sometimes able to work on the lawn the next day. Eric explains what the yard needs and what he’ll do and sways sends pictures to show the after of the lawn. Lawn always looks nice.
Scheduled service online, owner came to my house, he said his standard price is $125. I said ok, he said do you mind if I come next week it’ll be hot this weekend over 100 degrees June 21st 2024. I said sure and never heard from them. Gave me his card Eric Carter 🤷🏽♂️. Got a really good person from Thumbtack less than his price - my experience

Absolutely pleased with Yard Groomers' professionalism and service. Eric was able to provide me a lawn service quote the same day and completed the service the next day. Five days later I still have not heard back from the three local landscape companies I contacted prior to Yard Groomers. Glad that I found my go-to lawn care company.

They’re very professional! When we aren’t home or in town they always stop by to check on the house and always offer to help if and when needed. Eric always give amazing feedback on anything that has to do with landscaping around the house. Also the other guys he brings to help him are amazing as well! i HIGHLY recommend their services!! best in town!
I hired this company to come and clean my yard up to get it ready to go on the market. I asked them to trim the bushes, the little amount of grass we had, and to clean up the patios. He came and left within less than an hour. I don’t feel that they spent the amount of time needed or that they truly cared to ensure that I was please with the work. They were more worried about payment and me not leaving a bad review. Their idea of cleaning off the patio was blowing the debris against the fence and I asked him to fix the mess that was made with a rake and he kicked it with his feet. This was a waste of my time and money. I do not recommend this company if you're expecting quality.
Yard Groomers was the only company to call me back with a plan of action of three highly rated companies I reached out to. I contacted them when I was eager to get help with a family property’s out of control yard. Mr. Carter provided me with the estimate on the same day he called me and then the work was done with a short turn around time. He was professional, personable, and very helpful. The yard has been rehabilitated. Doing what was promised, for the price promised: that’s integrity.

I called Mr. Carter on a holiday weekend for first time yard service. He came over right away gave an estimate and even took care of my yard then. These guys went above and beyond for an honest price! I had only requested the bare minimum around the front of my yard but they went ahead and mowed/ weeded/ and even shaped the bushes around the entire house! Highly recommend their services!
Eric was amazing!! I called him in a panic as a new client due to m previous lawn company not having availability to cut my lawn anymore. He came out the next day and was able to help and he did just that! They went above and beyond! He noticed poison ivy and removed it for me even said there were snakes in my backyard which he took care of! Literally could not have asked for a better lawn company!
Eric made time on very short notice to take care of a wilderness of a lawn--he made it look move-in ready for my homebuyer at a generous price. I will recommend him to many others in the Fayetteville community and use Yard Groomers for my own landscaping projects in the future.

These gentlemen went above and beyond. I had contracted another lawn mowing service(not going to name) and they ended up canceling on me. I then called Yard Groomers and explain to Eric my situation since im getting married and needed my yard to look nice and it was last minute, he did not hesitate to work with me and came the day after. The work they did was above my expectations! They did an awesome job and very proffesional. Definitely the best mowing service in the city hands down. They are very knowledgeable and very professional. Will definitely use them again 5/5 if i can give them a 10 i would. Thanks to these guys i can enjoy and show off the house to family and friends!
