This company just wanted to get as much money as possible from customer. Paid $160 for Army worms treatment after three weeks the Army worms came back again. I called them and they said I have to pay another $160 for second treatment. The bottom line is they did not used strong chemical or did not spray enough on my yard so I end up to paid a full price again within 3 weeks..Also my back yard still has a lot of weed .. I you dont want to waisted your money then call NATURALS TURF and they always stand behind their job..

I called to schedule a treatment for army worms in my yard and my neighbor was already on schedule to have her yard treated and let them know i d be calling and they told her they could do both today. When I called in the representative was rude and said there was a misunderstanding about scheduling they wouldn t be able to come for 3-4 days. Additionally, their pricing was super high, ranging from $185 to $270, compared to Mr. Turf s $80. Given the poor customer service and the significant price difference, I will be using Mr. Turf.

Good survey and estimate. Roundup person I briefed and showed where and where not to apply. He had no knowledge or initial coordination with estimate person. Later in the day pre emergent people were nearly finished when I saw the in the yard, sprayed everywhere to include where I didn t want treated. No continuity of operations between these groups!

My team from Top Turf is great. We had a yard full of patches and weeds when we first started using Top Turf. Now our yard is full and weed free.

I called to get an estimate for a very small portion of my yard to be treated. I told them that was more than double that I currently pay and I told them no thank you. That should have been the end of it, right? Not with these guys!! Every single day for the past two weeks I have had phone call after phone call begging for me to switch to them. I have called the office on several occasions asking for my number to be taken off their list and the people working at the office simply hang up on you!! No sorry about that, no I still get that taken care of, just click. Never contact the company, you will regret it as they must not do a good job as they seem to be really hurting for business.

I was home when Fred Carr showed up to treat our lawn so I went outside to ask him about an issue we had experienced since the last treatment. Fred explained that the holes we were seeing were in fact from an Armadillo as I had suspected. We talked about what might have attracted the Armadillo and he gave me advice on the subject. Never once did he seem like he was in a hurry to end our conversation so he could move on and get to the next customer. He took his time and we had a good conversation.

Tamichael Calloway was my technician. He greeted me professionally and finished the yard on time. He explained what I should expect based on the many weeds I had in my yard. He also told me about the next treatment so I could rest assured he would return as scheduled.

Tamichael Calloway has been taking care of my yard for the last couple of years. He is very professional, efficient, and does a very good job in my yard.

I was charged $69 for pest control and the person never showed up. The email said the tech name was Jacob Marlow. This is the second time that I was billed for a serviced that I did I not receive. The company said they will send someone but I doubt it since it going to rain the next few days. I made the mistake of signing up with this company again. I m going to cancel both services because I m tired of the tech claiming that they showed up to my home and being billed for services that I did not receive.

The Tech name is Roland he made sure he pulled all the weeds up out of the ground and treated the grass. He was very professional and had great customer service.
