I have been a lawn treatment customer of Spring Green for a number of years and the reason I stay with this company is because of personnel like Luis. He personally has been my lawn technician for the last couple of years and is extremely professional, very punctual, does a tremendous job with taking my yard and takes it s amenities ( fence, flowers, shrubs & even my dogs) into consideration. Whenever he shows up to do the lawn treatment service, it is always done completely, and in a very clean fashion never a mess at all. It is always comforting to know that someone you can rely on has a professional attitude, and a positive flow of energy for it is always beneficial when it comes to being the customer; there are competitive companies in this metro area and they are all on the average around the same price. With that being said it gets to the personnel who steps foot on my property that I want to be comfortable with and once again , this person, Luis is top-notch in what he does. First off let me just say this. I did not have a problem with their service. The part of my yard that was treated looked OK. The problem I had was they didn t treat my entire yard and didn t even bother to tell me they weren t going to. I went online to their website and clicked on the get a quote link. I received the quote and promptly prepaid. After about 4 weeks or so I began to notice dandelions coming up in my side yard. Thinking they had mistaken my property line I called them. Someone came out and told my wife that our yard was larger than normal , and they could only treat so much for what they quoted. But if we wanted to get the rest treated there would be an additional charge. Sort of a bait and switch kind of thing. For the record I have a simple residence in a normal subdivision. I did contact them about what normal was and was told matter-of- factly I should be grateful because I was given such a good price on the part they did treat. Imagine accepting a quote for a new roof and discovering later your roof was larger than normal so only part of it was done. My suggestion to anyone wanting to use these guys is to have them come out and meet with you. Get in writing exactly what they will be treating and exactly what the cost will be. If you don t you might find out latter your yard is larger than normal and they were too lazy to come out and look at it before they gave you that quote for doing part of your yard.

I received a flyer in the mail quoting a price for lawn care. I contacted the business two times yesterday and verified the quote. I signed up for auto draft and paid for 5% of the yearly service. The same evening I was contacted by the local representative and he informed me the price would be nearly double and their call center often makes these mistakes. After disputing the agreed upon price his solution was to refund my initial payment.

We have used this company for years & our lawn keeps looking better every year. The quality is so noticeable that our neighbors have signed up as well. The technicians are always thorough & have immediately addressed any issues that we have had. I would recommend this company & their services to anyone who values a great lawn.

Due to all that has been going on, we were having a little social distance get together in the front yard. He was so nice and told me hed be happy to come back this week and we should enjoy ourselves (and he did come back today). That is some great service. If you are looking for quality lawn care and great customer service, these are the guys. This is my review from a year ago: My neighbor has used Spring Green for a long time and his yard always looks great. So I decided to hire them this spring cause my yard was terrible. They said two years which is understandable. I mowed my yard this morning and I cant believe how much better it is. Cant wait to see what it looks like in two years. They have done a great job.

These men are NWA natives with U of A College of Agriculture BS degrees. They have provided lawn care for our home and rental properties since 1994. During this 20+ years, we have occasionally tried other services. This has always been futile. The Spring Green guys are experts and you will not find anyone who can do a better job.
