Will cancel my spring green service after this latest experience. Army worm issue, said they would be out the next day, didn t get to my lawn until 5 days later, lawn was 85% dead by then. They have also treated for nutseg with no effect. Failed to answer the phone or return messages while waiting for the 5 days for someone to come out.

By far the absolute worst company I have ever done business with. They over charge you and do not follow through with their services. My $10,000 lawn looks terrible because they short cut you on applications & chemicals. Staff is completely incompetent and cannot get a single account right for 9 months. I constantly had to call an nag them to do what they were supposed to do but yet they still charged my credit card every month. There are better companies to do business with.

Service is good, honest people and prices are fair

My grass is not as green as the advertised photos and I ve complained that there is a mixture of centipede grass that s trying to overwhelm my yard from my neighbors yard. My biggest complaint is when my yard is serviced you will see where his machine came through and sprayed because you will see that lane but not other areas of none serviced area.

Spring green does a good job. I have worked with other companies that have burned my yard with Chemicals. To date, they have done a good job and we have used them for probably probably five or six years. They are very responsive when you call them. I would recommend them.

I have been using Spring Green oh for 10 years and it is a very safe and efficient. I have a pet, it so that makes a lot of difference to me. One thing I do like especially is that it s not a chemical.

I am disappointed with this company. I signed up with lawn care service and saw minimal results in my lawn. After contacting them was promised a return service and that has yet to have transpire yet it was promised/ rescheduled on Wednesday no later than Friday or Monday to no prevail. Customer service is horrible called during business hours and no response

Unlikely that I would recommend them to a friend or colleague. Customer service rates 0 on a 0-10 scale for overall satisfaction. Contacted Spring-green in 2014 on a rental lot with okay, not great results,I called the owner with my concerns and he argued with me over the phone, but he did return, and corrected the problem. Now I have decided to give them a try in august 2019 with 2 different properties that I own with disappointing results. I called with my concerns several times never speaking with the owner only office personnel, I was promised a return call. Several days later I received a call from their office claiming that the office staff inspected my properties without informing me, and she said it looks normal according to their standards. Also she said that its too late in the season to start services to expect the weeds to disappear. They offered to re-treat but with a warning it could harm instead of help. so I was discouraged on re-treating. Now when I first called them to start services they encouraged me to start treatment. the technician went to inspect the properties before treating and the technician stated that both properties are mostly weeds and if treatment began there wouldn t be anything but soil left in yard. I was hesitant at first but a few days later I decided to go ahead with the services. It s now late September and I have mostly weeds and almost no results. After several calls made with promises to return my calls and several conversations with their office, never speaking with the owner, I still haven t found satisfaction it seems they want to blame the weeds and not accept any responsibility. It s like they don t care or don t want to retain their customers! Now July 2022 I receive junk mail from Spring Green lawn care, but no return calls, no remedies,no return visits. Just excuses it s the weeds fault .!!

Ive used Spring Green going on 3 years now and its helped my lawn quite a bit. Not perfect but between moles, voles, grubs, etc. its a constant battle. Good value for the money; the fellow shows up and this year I have a thick green lawn.

The SpringGreen team is always here when they promise and their products have given me the best yard in 25 years with lush grass and no weeds! Plus, their prices are the best.

Contacted Spring Green because of an investigation of sand spurs in the yard. We could not allow dogs out without them getting spurs in their paws. Not to mention we could not walk barefoot either. It was crazy. I was trying to dig them up for three years each year the patch got bigger and bigger. After SG coming out they said they could treat the grass but it would take awhile for the yard to come back and to be patient, So even after one year of treatments there was a huge difference in the yard, annual weeds gone, areas of sand burs killed. There were dead areas after treatment but we were told it would get ugly before it got better. This year we planted some seed and some areas filled in. We will continue next year to repair the bare areas but the sand spurs are no longer in our yard. Can t thank them enough for their ability to handle our lawn issue and make our lawn look sooo much better than ever before. We will continue using them as their treatment costs are minimal considering what we were having to deal with.

David and Dana were awesome. Called before arrival so I could get dogs out. Sprayed under our trailer, our garden, under vehicles and around plants. They went above and beyond what I had seen before except from owner. Highly recommend!

Goldsboro location is so hard to deal with. No email to work with, the guy will NOT pick up his own phone and you have to leave a message. Sometimes he calls back; most of the time he doesn t. I ve called twice now for re-service. He came the first time and re-sprayed (didn t kill the obvious violets), hasn t returned my call for the second re-spray. Holding off on paying my bill until he comes back (if you re reading this). Spring-green; can I switch services to the Fayetteville location?

I want to take time out to thank Spring-Green Lawn Care service for the LAWN GRUB CONTROL service initiated by employee Mr. Nate today 17 May 2022. Mr. Nate was so polite and courteous. His knowledge and professionalism of his job really caught my attention. His attention to detail and vigorous workmanship did not go unnoticed. He has 10 years plus experience at servicing and treating lawns. This is the type of employee I wish always would service my lawn. He seemed to care so much taking care of my lawn. Waste of working with this guys. I have lot of CrabGrass from past 2 years and it is not removed. I bought the week killer $22 in costco it worked very good

Came home to a bill in our door stating they provided services at 11:00am. I noticed there was no sign in our yard so I looked at our ring camera. It clearly shows the employee driving up, putting a bill in our door, then driving away. Have tried to call spring green only to be out on hold and told to call back. We were getting so much weeds even though we got their whole year service. We understand that happenes. So we called them to come back to treat them several times. But Nothing.... our lawn looks so bad. Every notes we got after their treatment said, our yard was in great condition even though it was infested with weeds... I am not sure what their definition of good condition lawn is. It must be it is great if Its green ... our yard after starting their service is in worse condition than before... We are so upset with this companys quality of service and would not recommend them to anybody. I will change my review if they come to fix my lawn.

No improvement in my lawn over the past year. They continue to point out moss on the statement notes, but I havent seen improvement with that or with bare spots despite my efforts to seed the yard. I only paid for one years service however theyll continue to treat and bill you despite only paying for one year which is a complete scam (similar to how xm radio operates). More importantly their billing statement said final treatment for the last treatment I paid for, but it wasnt.... Extremely misleading billing statements and outrageous hikes after your initial year. Treatment was not effective in bringing my yard back to life, despite my efforts with this service and personal efforts reseeding the yard. I do not recommend this company. Lime treatment is 63.00 even though a bag of lime I have sitting in my garage cost me 10.00. what a rip off. Update just to clarify, the business never talked to me about what I could do to make improvements to my yard. Id only actually spoken to them once. And that wasnt discussed.T bills have very small print at the bottom... Not where they handwrite comments...... Yes communicated in a shady way.

This is a pathetic service. Paid these guys (in advance) almost $300 for seasonal service. Failed to show on first scheduled service day. I was personally GUARANTEED by Steve that my lawn would be treated this day, as my Spring Green service was synchronized with/tied to other scheduled lawn care services. I have NO confidence in this organization. Buyer beware! There are too many other - reliable - service providers within this community to deal with Spring Green again. Although Meghan has promised to refund me my payment (what are the odds?) I have filed a payment dispute with USAA. I have also blocked Spring Green from possibly billing future transactions.

I love how their website has a 4.75 star rating and a 3.3 here. Just to be clear i understand yard services.. I hired them to come treat for weeds ($50 paid) and while it took 2 months for the weeds to die i was infected with ChickWeed. While I was waiting for the weeds to die I had them put down a grub killer($100 Holding). I called them to talk to them about the weeds and also about the grubs and they told me they would send someone out. 2 weeks later I call back to see when they would be out and was told they had already come out. There was no contact with me or anyone at my house. I asked if I could have them come back out so we could talk about the weeds and grubs, I was told that they could not meet in person due to covid. Im sure we could maintain a 6 separation or I could talk to them on the phone from across my yard. I was then told that they could not help me until the balance ($100) was paid in full. I have received another bill with a 3rd month of interest added

I have had a yearly contract with Spring Green for several years. They come several times a year: fertilize, core aeration, grub control, etc. I am very satisfied with their service. Their workers are courteous. I have known Nate since I started the service and Doug for a couple of years. Both are pleasant and give helpful advice. I like that they take time to answer my many questions. Even dealing with the office is a no hassle affair. Indeed the service is great but the most important thing is my lawn is beautiful. I love looking at it. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants results and a yard to brag about!

Although, we are now out of state, we have not yet established a seeding company. We called Megan with Spring Green and she was quick to guide us in the right direction with a fungus problem we were having. We loved them when we were close definitely use them when we return!

Started with them a year ago. Had some Poa issues. Gave the company an opportunity. This year the Poa is back and has infested my yard. The only answer I got back was, we had alot of rain and it washed the pre emergent away. Then, why is the post emergent not working. It is a new product. You has Poa last year. Never said, hey we will get it right, or we should have retreated in the fall when we knew the preemergent was washed away. Terrible looking lawn. Nothing from the owner to try to resolve my problem. Did take my money though! Received the check. My yard looks horrible.

Severely disappointed in this company. The grass in our front yard has burnt out and our backyard now needs 3 pallets of sod. Someone came out to look at the back yard and I was told that I could till it up and try to give it a few months to see if it will come back...forgetting to mention that the Bermuda in 1/5 of the backyard has now taken over the zoysia. Would definitely not recommend.

I dunno what they treat my lawn and trees with, but either it doesnt work that well against bugs or the bugs are mutants. Honestly, could be a little bit of both. But they always come and retreat my lawn and trees when the stuff isnt working quite right, often times free of charge. I recommend them. Four stars is strickly because I have to get my home retreated frequently throughout the year, and they have gone above and beyond figuring out what is killing certain trees in my yard.

I have been a Customer of Spring Green many years. Recently, my yard started to look very bad with what appears to look like moss or algae. I asked Spring Green to look at it and had trouble getting that done. When they did come, they asked me some general questions about my lawn but did not make any recommendations on how to fix the problem. I called Steve and spoke to Megan to follow up to get some kind of plan, but could not get hold of them. I called at least 2 more times to try to get some kind of help and was told they would call me back. I called again this morning and was given the number of the person who had likely been the one to look at my lawn (at this point, over a month ago). That number was no good. At this point, I have been told he is going to contact me. I am not holding my breath at this point. Disappointing.

Buyer beware I wish I would have trusted the negative reviews on this company before giving them a shot but I figured I would take the risk. Mistake in my part. The management was never necessarily the issue but the actual lawn service you pay for is horrible. We payed over $100 to have our lawn treated a couple times and it made our lawn WAY worse. The main reason I am giving a 1 star review is because even though they damaged our yard they would not refund us. They did offer to come out to fix it but with the quality of service they showed we were not interested in them touching our yard again. Its very disappointing to not be refunded after being so displeased but it was a lesson learned for us to pay more attention to reviews!
